While the Fu family was celebrating Christmas, Fu Shiqin took Ling Jiao on a nearly 20-hour journey to Iceland, a land covered in snow and ice.
As soon as they got off the plane, Fu Shiqin picked up the car he had booked in advance and drove Ling Jiao straight to the ION Adventure Hotel on the outskirts of Reykjavik, the capital of Iceland.
The hotel is situated on black soil weathered from volcanic lava, isolated amidst the snow and ice, and boasts a unique design.
Upon arriving at the hotel, the two ate something first. After asking the hotel staff, they learned that the weather was bad today, so the chances of seeing the aurora were very low. Therefore, they decided to go back to their room to catch up on sleep.
However, after returning to her room, Ling Jiao asked with a bitter face.
"Only one room?"
“I had a hard time getting this room from someone else,” Fu Shiqin said.
If he wanted to, booking the entire hotel wouldn't be a problem.
However, that would not have brought us the joy of being squeezed into a room together like we do now.
Ling Jiao looked around the room. Although it was in a hotel, the temperature wasn't very warm, so sleeping on the floor was out of the question.
"Then how will you sleep?"
"Sleep in bed." Fu Shiqin was packing his things when he turned to look at her. "What, afraid I'll take advantage of you?"

They came to chase the Northern Lights, so staying in the city was definitely out of the question.
Ling Jiao glanced at the tall building outside the hotel. It was located far from the city, specifically for viewing the aurora borealis.

After saying that, he took his thick pajamas to change his clothes, and then wearily crawled into bed to catch up on some sleep.
Fu Shiqin dawdled for a long time before finally changing his clothes and climbing into bed.
