Gu Weiwei and Ling Jiao were having a pleasant conversation in the study when Fu Hanzheng and Fu Shiyi returned one after another after finishing their work.
When Fu Shiyi saw Fu Shiqin playing games at home with Tian Tian in his arms, he smiled in surprise.
"Oh, you've had your fun and finally decided to come back?"
Fu Shiqin glared at Fu Shiyi, then looked at his own brother and said.
"I rushed back to serve you, my dear brother."
Fu Hanzheng ignored him, glanced around the living room, and asked.
Where is your sister-in-law?
"Oh, your wife and my girlfriend are having a pleasant discussion about film art in the study upstairs," Fu Shiqin said frankly.
As soon as he finished speaking, Tian Tian, who was in his arms, reached out her little hands to Fu Hanzheng, wanting a hug.
"Daddy, daddy..."
Fu Hanzheng reached out and took his little daughter into his arms. The little girl smiled sweetly as soon as she was in his arms, which was both cute and heartwarming.
He carried Tian Tian upstairs, knocked on the study door, and then pushed it open to go in.
Upon seeing the person carrying her daughter enter, Ling Jiao immediately stood up and politely greeted them.
"Mr. Fu."
Fu Hanzheng nodded gently, which was considered a greeting.
When Gu Weiwei saw her daughter reaching out to her, she put down what she was doing and went to hug her.
Fu Hanzheng didn't let her hold Tian Tian, saying, "Don't hold her, she's too heavy."
When Tian Tian saw that her mother wasn't holding her, she immediately burst into tears.
Gu Weiwei quickly hugged her, saying, "Look at you, you made her cry."
Fu Hanzheng looked at the little girl who closed her eyes as soon as she was in his arms, feeling helpless and speechless.
She eats the same food as Youyou, yet she's a pound heavier than her brother.
Ling Jiao looked at the warm family and quietly left the study, leaving the space to them.
Gu Weiwei comforted Tian Tian and then carried her downstairs. Fu Shengying saw tears on her granddaughter's face and asked her with heartache.
"What's wrong? Why are you crying all of a sudden?"
Gu Weiwei glanced at Fu Hanzheng, "His dad said she was too heavy and cried when he wouldn't let me hold her."
Upon hearing this, Fu Shengying turned around and scolded Fu Hanzheng.
"A child this age is naturally more attached to their mother. Your wife is your biological mother, but your daughter isn't?"
Perhaps because the daughter-in-law raised them herself, the two children usually stick to her side whenever she is around.
Therefore, they have to spend time with their grandchildren, and she has to be absent for them to have a chance to be there.
“She was already heavy,” Fu Hanzheng said.
Weiwei hugged her all day, and then she had to hug her brother too. After a while, she would get tired.
Fu Shiyi listened and said with a smile.
"They say a daughter is her father's sweetheart from a past life. You two must have been rivals in love in your past lives."
Generally speaking, sons tend to be more attached to their mothers when they are young, while daughters tend to be more attached to their fathers.
However, Tian Tian still prefers her mother a little more.
She absolutely doesn't want her dad to hold her if her mom is around.
“I don’t have a mistress, not even in my past life,” Fu Hanzheng said.
"Fine, fine, whether it's your past life or this life, you'll only ever have your sister-in-law, okay?" Fu Shiyi said, unable to bear it any longer.
His whole family and the whole world know he dotes on his wife, so he doesn't need to constantly show off his doting behavior to them; it's really too sweet.
Gu Weiwei chuckled and muttered to herself.
Who cares if you had a lover in your past life?
“Definitely not,” Fu Hanzheng said firmly.
Gu Weiwei comforted her crying little daughter and carried her to the sofa to stay with Youyou.
The two little ones, just ten months old, weigh 19 pounds and 18 pounds respectively. Sitting together, they are white, chubby, soft, and adorable, and very endearing.
