Ling Jiao remained silent for a moment, then said in a cold voice.
"That's your problem. The world doesn't revolve around you."
After saying that, he picked up his bag and prepared to leave.
Fu Shiqin followed closely behind, his anger and grievances evident as he entered the elevator and went downstairs with her.
Then, he opened the car door and said menacingly.
"Get in the car, I'll take you to the airport."
Ling Jiao glanced at her, but instead of getting into his car, she drove her own.
Upon seeing this, Fu Shiqin rushed over, opened the passenger door, and sat down.
Ling Jiao turned her head to look at her, "What do you mean?"
"I said I'd take you to the airport!" Fu Shiqin said angrily.
Ling Jiao pursed her lips and said coldly.
"No need, it's over between us. Let's not see each other again."
"You said it, I didn't agree to it." Fu Shiqin fastened his seatbelt, showing no intention of getting out of the car.
Ling Jiao checked the time and started the car to head to the airport.
Fu Shiqin sat in the passenger seat, his sharp gaze fixed on the person who was focused on driving, his eyes practically piercing the person's heart.
Ling Jiao initially didn't want to care, but Fang's presence was so strong that she couldn't ignore it.
"Why are you staring at me?"
"I'm investigating what kind of heart you have that you dare to break up with me," Fu Shiqin said viciously.
Ling Jiao stared straight ahead and said in a cold voice.
"We were never really boyfriend and girlfriend, so it's not a breakup, it's just a termination of our cooperation."
"Which business partner do you have that leads to a sexual relationship?" Fu Shiqin scoffed.
Ling Jiao couldn't argue with him, so she simply stopped talking, silently drove the car to the airport, opened the car door, and prepared to get out and leave.
"Explain yourself, who is that bastard?" Fu Shiqin got out of the car first and stopped her inside.
Ling Jiao looked at the person blocking the car door. This person called her a beast yesterday and called her a bastard today. She really had some nerve.
"I won't tell you," Ling Jiao said firmly.
Fu Shiqin stood outside the car door, gritting his teeth. "Ling Jiao, you're really something."
Ling Jiao checked the time. "Move aside, I'm going to miss my flight."
Fu Shiqin gritted his teeth in resentment. Judging from her expression, she wasn't planning to tell him who that bastard was today.
Moreover, continuing like this seems to be of no benefit to anyone.
So he stepped aside, let her get out of the car, and then escorted her to the boarding gate.
Because of Ling Jiao's words, he lost interest in going to work and simply drove her car back to the Fu family's old house to ask Gu Weiwei for advice.
Fu Shiyi was on vacation when he saw the man who didn't return until after his trip. There were faint hickeys on his neck, where his shirt collar was loose.
"Fu Xiaoer, we know you had a rare night of passion last night. Your sister-in-law even helped you get a leave of absence from our brother's office. Please thank us."
Fu Shiqin stormed to the liquor cabinet, grabbed a bottle of the strongest vodka, poured himself a glass, and downed it in one gulp.
"Ling Jiao wants to break up with me."
Fu Shiyi was stunned. "Break up? You and Ling Jiao?"
Last night went so smoothly, it looks like we even slept together, so why are we breaking up again?
"No way, Fu Xiaoer, you can actually do something as heartless as this?"
Fu Shiqin glared at her fiercely, "She's the one who wants to break up with me!"
Fu Shiyi shrank his neck. "No way, is Ling Jiao really that much of a scumbag? She just slept with you and then you were all breathless."
"You're not allowed to call her a scumbag," Fu Shiqin angrily corrected.
"Alright, alright, I won't say." Fu Shiyi stared at Fu Shiqin, who was holding a bottle of vodka, with a gossipy look, and asked curiously, "Fu Xiaoer, why did she break up with you?"
They slept together last night, but are breaking up this morning. Could it be that she's not satisfied with Fu Xiaoer in bed?
He guessed this and looked at his second brother with sympathy.
