Before dinner, Fu Hanzheng and Fu Shiqin returned home together after get off work.
As soon as he got home, Fu Shiqin showed off the couple rings on his hands.
Fu Shiyi glanced at him sideways and snorted disdainfully.
"It's not a wedding ring, what's there to be so proud of?"
"Then show me something impressive." Fu Shiqin said with a smug look on his face.
"It's just couple rings. Dongdong and I already have them. We also have matching shirts, matching hats, and matching WeChat profile pictures. Do you have any?" Fu Shiyi retorted.
People who haven't been in a relationship for ages only become so smug once they're finally in a relationship.
Fu Shiqin gritted his teeth. "I'll have it right away."
It's just matching couple outfits; he'll go buy some in a bit.
It's just a couple's profile picture; he'll change it when he gets back.
Although Fu Shiyi was verbally criticizing Fu Shiqin, he was already panicking inside, wondering how to get past his future in-laws.
Fu Shiqin had his things loaded onto the car, then reluctantly hugged the two adorable little buns.
"Youyou, Tiantian, your second uncle is leaving. You'll miss him."

"I'm not eating anymore, I'm going back to cook for Jiaojiao."
