Anthony Gustav grew a little anxious when he heard that Gustav wasn't answering him.
"Mr. Fu Shiqin?"
Fu Shiqin cleared his throat. "Well... let me consult a professional before I answer you."
"How long will it take?" Anthony Gustav pressed.
"Should I call you after I've asked my question?" Fu Shiqin asked.
"Okay, I'll wait for your call." Anthony Gustave hung up the phone and waited patiently for his answer.
Fu Shiqin immediately called He Chi, but He Chi, who was working overtime, didn't call him back for nearly ten minutes.
"Please, I've finished three surgeries, and I have one more tonight. I need to rest. Don't you have any humanity?"
When He Chi called, he scolded Fu Shiqin for being disturbed from his rest.
"Well, I have something important to ask you," Fu Shiqin said, suppressing a laugh.
He Chi yawned repeatedly on the other end of the phone, "Just say what you have to say, or shut up. It'd better be something important, or you'll see."
“Anthony Gustav just called me and asked me to help him with a major medical question,” Fu Shiqin said, suppressing a laugh. “I can only consult you, an expert, because I have no other choice.”
"What's the problem?" He Chi pressed.
“Yuan Meng told him that she didn’t like foreigners, so… hahaha… so he asked me if there were any plastic surgery clinics that could… hahaha… make him… look like a Chinese person.” Fu Shiqin laughed several times before he finished speaking.
He Chi was so shocked on the other end of the phone that he was immediately jolted awake.
"He got plastic surgery to look Chinese? Has he gone mad?"
“I also thought he was crazy, but he asked very seriously, ‘Just tell me, is it medically feasible?’” Fu Shiqin said.
He had seen people who were crazy about pursuing girlfriends, but someone as crazy as Anthony Gustave was truly a first.
Indeed, this is a true warrior.
"Of course, plastic surgery is possible, but while medicine can change his appearance, it can't change his racial genes." He Chi was completely speechless at the person who asked this question.
However, Qin Man is truly remarkable; she managed to push someone to this point.
"No wonder he's been pursuing my sister-in-law all these years; he's quite the infatuated guy," Fu Shiqin remarked.
Although I'm a bit silly, when I really like someone, I'll pursue them without hesitation.
"I think we should let him find someone else to pursue; this sacrifice is really too heavy," He Chi said sincerely.
Fu Shiqin sighed, "I doubt it. He's a stubborn idiot."
Although he didn't understand why he and Qin Man had fallen for each other.
But judging from his past actions, he really is a rather stubborn person.
"How about we persuade Qin Man to be a little gentler with her?" He Chi asked.
Fu Shiqin nodded. "I'll call her first, and then you can call her back. It'll be more effective if both of you do it together."
After saying that, he hung up the phone and dialed Qin Man's number.
Qin Man was working on her computer when she answered the phone and said coldly.
"You have three minutes. Go ahead and say it."
"Qin Man, what did you do to Anthony Gustav?" Fu Shiqin asked.
Qin Man: "I simply rejected him."
“Then you don’t have to force people to get plastic surgery to look like Chinese people, do you?” Fu Shiqin said.
"Plastic surgery?" Qin Man recalled what Anthony Gustave had said on the plane.
Is this guy really taking his dislike of foreigners seriously and going to get plastic surgery to look Chinese?
"Yes, he just called me and asked me to help him find a plastic surgeon. He sounded very serious," Fu Shiqin said truthfully.
Qin Man: "..."
That person must be an idiot.
