Half an hour later, Fu Hanzheng gave the group instructions for tomorrow's work and then kicked them out of the house.
Back in the master bedroom, they saw Gu Weiwei asleep on the sofa without even changing out of her pajamas.
Fu Hanzheng carried her to bed, took off her little dress, changed her into comfortable pajamas, and then took a shower himself.
Gu Weiwei traveled for more than ten hours from Switzerland back to Beijing, and immediately threw herself into the work of the movie premiere. She slept soundly until dawn.
When I woke up early, I found that Fu Hanzheng, who is usually an early riser, was still there. A ray of sunlight shone in through the gap in the curtains.
She looked at the man who was still asleep, leaned forward, and gently kissed his thin lips.
Fu Hanzheng squinted and pulled the person in his arms a little tighter.
"woke up?"
"Don't you need to go to the company?" Gu Weiwei asked.
Fu Hanzheng: "No need to go at noon."
The movie is released the day after tomorrow, and she'll be away for over a month, so we won't be able to see each other again.
Now, I have to spend all the time I can spare with her.
Gu Weiwei recalled that he had called someone to his home last night to give them instructions, which seemed to be to make time for her today.
"The sun seems to be shining nicely today."
"Huh?" Fu Hanzheng looked up, somewhat confused by her seemingly random question.
"I once saw a quote that said, 'Waking up in the morning and seeing the sunshine and you there is the happiness I want.'" Gu Weiwei chuckled and hugged his waist, saying, "The sunshine is here, and you are here too. It's so nice."
Fu Hanzheng reached out and ruffled her hair. "Is there anywhere you'd like to go?"
Gu Weiwei thought for a moment and then said.
"The sun is shining so brightly, let's do some exercise that's good for our physical and mental health."
Fu Hanzheng's eyes darkened slightly as he pinched her chin and chuckled.
"OK."
After saying that, he kissed her passionately.
After a long while, Gu Weiwei lay in his arms, drenched in sweat, and angrily pushed the man beside her.
"I meant we should go for a walk. What are you thinking?"
She meant that it was rare for them to be home in the morning, and the weather was nice, so they took a walk around the neighborhood.
As a result, he pinned me down on the bed and exercised with me all morning.
"This is more beneficial to physical and mental health than walking."
As Fu Hanzheng spoke, he kissed her head and chuckled.
Gu Weiwei originally planned to have breakfast, go for a walk, have lunch with him at the company, and then go to her job.
But it wasn't until midnight that the two of them got up, and Fu Hanzheng took a shower and came out.
"I've prepared the water for you, go wash up."
Gu Weiwei put on her nightgown, rubbed her slightly sore back, and went into the bathroom for a bath and to wash up.
After she finished showering and changing her clothes, she went downstairs. Fu Hanzheng was sitting in the dining room, reading the Financial Daily while waiting for her. Sunlight streamed in through the floor-to-ceiling windows, casting a soft glow on him. He looked so handsome and charming that he seemed like a demon.
"It's getting late. I'll take you there after you've had your meal."
"No, there are too many reporters watching me lately." Gu Weiwei sat down, declining his offer.
There are too many paparazzi digging into her privacy lately. She has to be very vigilant when she goes out and comes home. If he takes her to record a show, she's bound to be photographed.
Fu Hanzheng knew her concerns and didn't insist too much.
"Have Lei Ning take you there. If the Li family pushes too hard, they might do something desperate."
"Don't worry, I'm not the kind of person who would let myself be taken advantage of," Gu Weiwei scoffed.
If she doesn't agree to drop the lawsuit, Zhou Meiqin and her group might really want to silence her.
However, she was not Mu Weiwei who would let them do as they pleased.
