Chapter 885 Sleeping with the Marriage Certificate 2

During dinner, Fu Shiqin reminded his older brother to drink soup three times, but his brother refused to drink a drop.

After dinner, Fu Hanzheng went upstairs to his study for a video conference with the head of the European branch.

Fu Shiqin went to the kitchen and instructed the maid, "Don't throw away the soup. Heat it up later and let my brother drink it."

"Fu Xiaoer, can you please stop showing such concern?" Gu Weiwei asked angrily when he brought it up again.

Fu Shiqin looked at the person blaming him with an innocent expression, and the two of them walked aside, avoiding the servants, before speaking.

"Sister-in-law, there are some things I shouldn't say, but... if I don't say them, no one else will. I know you two have a good relationship, but you should still be more restrained in certain aspects. Didn't you see how weak my brother looked today..."

Before Gu Weiwei could finish listening, she started beating him up with the sofa cushions.

"You were away on a business trip for two days, and then you didn't sleep a wink all night after you got back. Aren't you tired?"

"You guys didn't sleep a wink all night..."

Fu Shiqin stared in astonishment, his thoughts clearly having gone astray again.

"What the hell are you thinking? Your brother went out last night because of something." Gu Weiwei said angrily.

What does this guy mean? Does he think she drained his brother dry, so he had someone make soup for him to replenish his kidneys?

"They...they went out?" Fu Shiqin raised an eyebrow.

That shouldn't be the case. His brother was away on a business trip for two days and then proposed so sweetly at the old house. After his return, shouldn't they have been enjoying a period of reunion? How could he have gone out again?

"Stop letting your imagination run wild."

Gu Weiwei threw down the cushion, patted her hands, and went upstairs.

Fu Shiqin scratched his head. His brother went to get married during work hours today, and his sister-in-law went to get married crying. He felt that something was wrong, but he couldn't see anything unusual.

After thinking about it for a while, I couldn't figure it out, so I simply gave up.

Anyway, they're already married, so what could possibly happen?

Gu Weiwei went upstairs to take a shower, changed into her pajamas, tidied up the room, picked up the marriage certificate from the bed, and unconsciously flipped through it again.

After Fu Hanzheng finished the video conference and returned to the room, he saw her staring blankly at the marriage certificate again, and asked her with amusement.

"Is this thing really that interesting?"

I need to hold him while I sleep, and he can be so engrossed in watching me.

Although the wedding was a bit rushed today, he felt it was a wise decision.

Gu Weiwei snapped out of her daze and said with a grin.

"This is very pretty, but not as pretty as you."

Fu Hanzheng approached and took the little red book from her hand.

"You don't need to sleep with it anymore, and you don't need to stare at it all the time. I don't want to break up, and I don't want to get a divorce."

Looking at the man's handsome and gentle face, Gu Weiwei asked in a low voice.

"Why aren't you angry?"

She's been lying to him for so long, and she even has the surname Gu. It's understandable that he's angry or even furious.

However, he was neither angry nor did he blame her.

Fu Hanzheng reached out and pulled the person into his arms, sighing with regret.

"I can't think of anything to be angry about."

She went through such a terrible death to come to his side, and she loved him despite all the burdens she carried alone. What right did he have to be angry with her?

He wasn't angry; he just felt sorry for her. She had endured so much all by herself, and he knew nothing about it and hadn't been able to help her at all.

“But I might make Grandma Fu and the others angry and disappointed in you,” Gu Weiwei said in a somber voice.

Grandma Fu and the others have always been very kind to her. If they knew that she wasn't Mu Weiwei as they thought, but Gu Weiwei from the Gu family, who has always been an enemy of the Fu family, they would be very heartbroken.

Consequently, she would also feel angry and disappointed with Fu Hanzheng, who was still with her.
