The two found the restaurant and could hear Matthew's cheerful laughter from afar.
Kaman Dorrance frowned in puzzlement, and upon approaching, he discovered that he was the only one dining in the restaurant with a three-year-old child.
As soon as Matthew saw them coming, he spoke to Yuan Shuo.
“Your son can really eat, even more than me.”
Yuan Shuo approached with a headache and said with a stern face.
"Yuanbao, you can't eat anymore."
Little Yuanbao's face was covered in sauce, making him look like a little kitten. He blinked pitifully.
"But I didn't finish it. Didn't you say... we shouldn't waste food?"
"But we can't stuff it all into your stomach."
Yuan Shuo took the spoon from his hand, wiped his hands and face, and took away the food he hadn't finished eating.
Little Yuanbao stared at the juice on the table. "Daddy, Yuanbao can't eat solid food, can Yuanbao drink juice?"
“I believe you have already drunk it,” Yuan Shuo refused his request.
Sigh, neither he nor Yuanmeng are greedy people, so who did this child take after?
However, Kaman Dorrance had already placed the juice in front of Little Yuanbao.
"Drink it."
As soon as Xiao Yuanbao picked up the cup, he was glared at by his own father.
"You're not allowed to drink."
Little Yuanbao blinked pitifully, "Then I'll just take a sip."
Yuan Shuo sighed and gave in.
Just one bite.
Little Yuanbao picked up the cup, took a big gulp, and obediently put it down, pushing it in front of him.
"Dad, drink."
Kaman Dorrance and Matthew were both amused by the adorable little guy. After years of scheming against adults, seeing a pure and lovely child suddenly made them feel inexplicably happy and cheerful.
Little Yuanbao lay on the table, blinking his round eyes as he watched the three of them eat.
Suddenly, he stared at Kaman Dorrance and said in a childish voice.
"Grandpa, you need to eat carrots so you can grow tall."
Kaman Dorrance chuckled, "Grandpa's getting on in years, he won't grow any bigger even if he eats a lot."
Little Yuanbao looked at his father in confusion. Didn't Daddy say that eating more vegetables would help him grow taller?
Yuan Shuo answered his son's question, "Adults don't grow, only children do."
The three were still eating when a group of tall, muscular foreign men came in, each carrying two boxes.
"Matthew, where do you put the things?"
Matthew looked around and pointed towards the living room.
"Everything's installed over there on the balcony."
Kaman Dorrance frowned. "What is that?"
He remembered that Matthew didn't have the habit of stuffing things into his house.
After the three finished their meal, they went to the living room balcony and found it piled high with toys.
"Childish things clash terribly with the classic and elegant style of the castle," Matthew said to Little Yuanbao with a wave of his hand.
"Go."
"Wow!"
Little Yuanbao excitedly rushed towards the pile of toys, almost rolling around on the ground in excitement.
Yuan Shuo's lips twitched slightly. Had he had someone rob the toy store?
They've only dismantled half of it, and there's already so much stuff piled up. And there are still so many boxes that haven't been dismantled yet.
“Matthew!”
Matthew could tell from his expression that he was unhappy that he had bought so much.
"I bought it for my own enjoyment, and only lent it to Xiaoyuanbao to play with for a while."
There was no way around it; Xiao Yuanbao was just too adorable. In his excitement, he had all the toys from the nearby supermarket brought over.
Yuan Shuo picked up a toy gun nearby and held it in front of him.
"You played this?"
Matthew took it, pulled the trigger of the toy gun, and instantly the colorful toy gun started glowing and playing music.
“biubiubiubiu…”
However, he found it very fun.
The people who were helping to dismantle the toys were all stunned by what they saw.
Matthew, who has an M9 on his back and is an expert marksman, was having a great time playing with a children's toy gun.
