The Void Devourer cried out indignantly, "What a meddlesome bitch! I really want to swallow her whole!"
The Void Wanderer rolled his eyes at the Void Devourer and said irritably, "If you can devour her, then the position of Void Watcher is yours."
The Void Devourer's crimson eyes burned like flames as it stared intently at the Void Wanderer, as if it wanted to incinerate him. "What time is it? Why are you still picking on me?"
The Void Wanderer remained expressionless and said, "I'm just stating the facts."
The Void Devourer opened its massive maw, and the surrounding purple aura surged wildly.
Like a raging storm, it surged endlessly, forming a huge purple vortex.
"Enough!"
The Void Archmage's voice, like a resounding bell, echoed throughout the void.
He tapped the staff in his hand.
It was accompanied by a buzzing sound.
A faint ripple seemed to emerge from it.
It instantly suppressed the purple aura surging around it.
His eyes widened in fury as he stared intently at the Void Devourer and the Void Ronin, and he shouted, "The Void Monitors' target is us. Are you trying to hasten your death by fighting amongst yourselves at a time like this?"
The Void Wanderer crossed his eyes over his chest, turned his face to the side, and said coldly, "How many Void creatures that are targeted by the Void Watchers can survive? Rather than waiting to die, you might as well enjoy the rest of your days while you still have them."
The Void Demon Chieftain stared intently at the Void Ronin, his gaze like a sharp sword, as if trying to pierce the Ronin's body. "You want to be a deserter?"
The Void Wanderer waved his hand and said, "Don't label others for no reason. I'm just making you face reality."
The Void Demon Clan Chieftain snorted coldly, his face growing even more gloomy. "Even if I can't beat him, I'll fight to the death to tear out two of his teeth so he can't fight the Queen at full strength."
However, the Void Wanderer scoffed at the Void Demon Chieftain's words, mocking, "Whether you're doing this for the Empress or for your own son, only you know the answer."
These words acted as a fuse, instantly igniting the fury of the Void Demon Chieftain.
His eyes widened, his face contorted in a terrifying grimace, and he even drew his weapon, pointing it at the Void Wanderer. "Are you courting death?"
The Void Wanderer placed his hand on the hilt of his sword, seemingly about to draw it: "You think I'm afraid of you?"
Just as tensions were running high, the Void Devourer suddenly spoke up, provoking, "Fight, kill one as many as you can. Devouring you will increase my strength. Maybe I can even defeat that demon."
Upon hearing this, the Void Wanderer and the Void Demon Clan Chief both looked at the Void Devourer and said in unison, "(ノ｀Д)ノ Get lost!"
The purple aura around the Void Devourer receded slightly, and it remained silent.
The Void Wanderer and the Void Demon Chieftain continued to stare at each other, their gazes meeting in the air like two sharp knives clashing, sparks flying, neither willing to back down first.
"Enough!"
The Void Archmage shouted.
Although his voice was not loud, it carried an irresistible authority.
The two men then lowered their gazes slightly.
Of the four, the Void Archmage commands more respect.
He usually got along fairly well with these powerful people, and they all had a certain level of friendship with each other. Everyone was willing to give him face.
