Chapter 1082: Snatching the Meat (Part 2) "We rescued this meat, so why don't we split it?"
"One of the void creatures said."
"I think it's a good idea. As long as the two of us join forces, those little bastards are no match for us!"
Another void creature echoed this.

The two exchanged a smile and then pulled the two pieces of snow pork from the charred void creature's arms.
Each person took a piece, not caring about the heat, and stuffed it into their cloaks.

The other void creatures, who arrived late, saw this and began to question it.
"What do you mean?" One of the void creatures widened its eyes and glared fiercely at the other void creatures. "We rescued this meat, so it's naturally ours. What are you complaining about?"
"That's right! We rescued the meat, what are you complaining about!"
Another void creature chimed in.

They arrived before these void creatures.
The car window slowly rolled down, and a thin, pale face peered out. The face glanced at the void creatures and asked calmly, "Excuse me, does anyone know the location of the Void Archmage or the Void Queen?"

They all turned their staffs around and aimed them at the RV.

If we can manage to grab them, there's no need to fight amongst ourselves over a mere two pieces of meat.

Xia Mu chuckled, observing the clamoring void creature with interest, and calmly said, "Did your parents ever tell you that you're very courageous?"
The void creature looked surprised: "What do you mean?"
Xia Mu's smile gradually turned cold.
He stretched his left hand out of the window.
He beckoned to the void creature with his finger.
Upon seeing this, the void creature immediately became alert. After some observation and assessment, it concluded that the sickly-looking fellow posed almost no threat to it, and only then did it step forward.
However, just as his body came to a stop.
That seemingly powerless hand swiftly reached out and gripped his neck tightly.
Immediately afterwards, a tremendous force struck, and his throat was gripped tightly, as if it were about to be crushed.
Before he could react, there was a loud "bang," and the void creature's head exploded.
The sudden bloody scene startled the surrounding void creatures, who screamed and hurled their staffs at each other.
