Chapter 103 Willingly

Chapter 103 Willingly

The afternoon sun shines through the glass of the rehabilitation room, casting a soft layer of light on the ground.

Savika stood shirtless between the parallel bars. The hideous wound on his back had not yet healed completely, and light red blood seeped out from under the bandage. Every time he exerted force, he was accompanied by suppressed gasps.

The door of the rehabilitation room was gently pushed open, and Su Lixia stood in the backlight, with the suitcase standing quietly at her feet, and the ends of her hair still touched by the humid wind from Bangkok.

Three days ago, she was still shivering in the cold night of Beijing, but now she was looking at the person she thought she would never see again through the misty heat.

After not seeing him for a few weeks, he had lost a lot of weight, and the outline of his shoulder blades was as sharp as a knife, but his wolf-like eyes were still as bright and terrifying.

Savika paused, sweat dripping from his chin, his feet went weak, his right leg gave way and he suddenly fell to his knees, medical equipment crashing to the ground.

"Don't move!" Su Lixia rushed over to help him up, her voice tinged with tears, "The wound will split open..."

Savika turned her head and sneered deliberately: "Why did you come back after leaving?"

Tears fell on the back of his hand, and Su Lixia choked up and said, "I wanted to come back..."

"Isn't China good?" He tried to curse, his voice hoarse, but his throat seemed to be blocked by something. "Clean hospital, bright future... I don't have time to play hard to get with you..."

"No! Because you are not here!" She suddenly collapsed and cried out. All the grievances, longings and fears that had been suppressed in Beijing burst out at this moment.

Su Lixia threw herself into Savika's arms and kissed his cracked lips regardless of anything. The smell of blood mixed with medicine spread between his lips and teeth, like a belated sacrifice.

Savika froze in place, letting her nibble on his lips awkwardly until she tasted the salty bitterness of his tears. Then he suddenly took the initiative and pressed her onto the rehabilitation equipment.

"Say it again." Hu Ya wiped her tear-soaked cheek, a violent undercurrent surging in his eyes, "Why did you come back?"

"I'm saying..." She trembled as she touched the hideous scar on his back. "From now on, I no longer have a home north of the Mekong River. Your side is my only destination."

All the disguised ferocity collapsed in an instant. Savika's kiss fell roughly and quickly, carrying a primitive possession and a fiery breath. It was not until Su Lixia was short of breath and pounded his shoulders that he gasped and pressed his forehead against hers: "...Stupid cat."

At the corner of the corridor, Mo Xiaohan gently covered Ruan Xingchen's eyes.

"Don't peek at the wolf cubs' love affairs." He whispered with a smile, but his palm felt the wetness of her eyelashes.

Ruan Xingchen pulled his hand down, looked at the two people hugging each other in the recovery room, and said softly, "She is braver than we thought. She is obviously the most timid and crybaby, but she dared to tear away her retreat with her own hands."

"You're stupid." Mo Xiaohan snorted and laughed, "You have a bright future ahead of you, but you choose to jump into the fire pit."

Ruan Xingchen smiled and held his hand, pressing it against her bulging belly: "Because in the fire pit, true love is roasting."

Suddenly, a slight beating sound was heard through the fabric, and both of them froze in shock.

Ruan Xingchen was the first to react and lowered his head in surprise: "The baby is moving!"

Mo Xiaohan knelt on one knee, his cheek pressed against her bulging belly. His usually cold eyes suddenly showed a helpless light: "... again?"

Another slight beat, like the flutter of a butterfly's wings.

"He must be a brat." When he looked up, stars flashed in his eyes, "The force with which he kicked me just now will allow him to dismantle an armored vehicle with his bare hands in the future."

"As wild as you are?" Ruan Xingchen grabbed his ear and scolded him with a smile, "What if it's a girl?"

"Girls should be more like me." He kissed her pregnant belly devoutly. "I need to teach her how to defuse bombs and sniper. I need to make her more ruthless than any other man, so that she won't be tricked by some bastard with a piece of candy in the future..."

Before she could finish her words, the baby in her belly kicked her again, as if protesting against her father's tyranny.

As night falls, the neon lights outside the window flow on the ward glass like broken colors.

Savika lay lazily on the hospital bed. Su Lixia carefully changed the dressing on Savika's back. The wound under the gauze was hideous, extending from the shoulder blade to the waist.

Su Lixia's tears fell again: "I'm sorry..."

"I'm not missing any limbs." He frowned and clicked his tongue irritably. "You're crying like I'm dead."

"Don't talk about death!" She was so anxious that she tried to cover his mouth, but he bit her fingertips.

"When you return to northern Myanmar, come with me to destroy the Naga lair." He raised his hand to wipe away her tears: "Here, you must first learn to kill before you can save others."

Su Lixia held the cotton swab dipped in the ointment in mid-air for a long time. She nodded gently, "Yes."

This time she didn't back down.

Savika stared at her for a full minute, then suddenly turned over and pushed her into the bed, not caring about the blood oozing from the wound under the gauze. "Then let's get down to business first...Give birth to a child before going back to the battlefield."

Su Lixia blushed and struggled to push him away: "This is a hospital!"

"Did you touch it? Here... I miss you so much it hurts..." He grabbed her hand and pressed it towards the part of his erection. The hot hardness frightened Su Lixia so much that she retracted her hand: "Your injury hasn't healed yet..."

"I won't die..." He bit open her buttons and muttered, "Before I had a child with you... Yama Thiri wouldn't pick me up..." His rough palm reached into the hem of her skirt, "My child will definitely be more powerful than Mr. Mo's child..."

As the night deepened, the neon lights of Bangkok illuminated the beginning of a new round of bloodshed. And in this land of blood and darkness, someone finally willingly forged a cage into a final destination.
