An ordinary-looking woman bumped into Jiang Ning, spilling the water cup she was holding onto her.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to." She apologized hastily and helped wipe the stains off her body.

“Boss Pi, I’ve got Jiang Ning’s personal belongings. Our plan can proceed now.” The bald man presented the brooch to Lin Tao as if it were a treasure.
Lin Tao fiddled with the brooch in his hand, a worried look on his face:

He had at least 200,000 yuan in cash in his safe. There was also a necklace, supposedly jade, which he bought specially from an antique shop, saying he wanted to please his wife when he got home.
The bald man with shifty eyes affirmed.
Lin Tao burst into laughter, praising the bald man for finally accomplishing something significant, and then made arrangements:
"Then you'd better act tonight. Take the things out of the safe, but leave the brooch there. This time, I'm going to make sure Jiang Ning has absolutely no chance of making a comeback. After this is done, I'll open a nightclub and let you manage it."
"Thank you, Mr. Pi." The bald man was so happy that his head shone brighter.
The office door opened, the bald man went out, and Jiang Ning also came out.
