Chapter 116 Dumbledore: Ah I'm Dead

Ron was indignant and defended himself: "George and Fred have been drinking with you since third grade."

“Such a big bottle!”

He spread his arms and gestured in a very exaggerated manner.

"But they're not afraid of Percy." Harry nodded. "As long as you dare to talk back to Percy, there will be no problem."

Ron shrank his head and said nothing, his attitude said it all.

He is not as lawless as Fred and his friends.

There were gradually more and more young wizards in the bar, most of them were senior students, male and female pairs.

After Harry and the others finished drinking, they returned to the castle.

Even Ron felt that staying here was a waste of time.

It’s better to go back and read.

Today at Hogwarts is a day worth celebrating for the young wizards. They go shopping in Hogsmeade during the day and have a Halloween dinner at night.

It seems to be an attempt to make up for the shock that a series of events last year had on students.

Dumbledore invited a ghost band this year, which had been playing since before the dinner started, but as someone whose mind only had syrup in it, one can imagine his aesthetic taste.

Neville had a gloomy face, which reminded him of last year's Halloween.

It's very unlucky.

Harry and the others didn't go there until dinner time.

As soon as she entered the hall, Hermione frowned and noticed the band performing happily in the corner of the hall: "Who invited this?"

She paused and said, "This kind of performance is a bit too futuristic."

"Who else but Dumbledore?" Harry looked towards the teachers' seats. Dumbledore was laughing the happiest, even immersed in the music, moving his fingers lightly to keep the beat.

Hermione rubbed her temple in pain.

Ron muttered, "I actually think it sounds pretty good."

"Little Ronnie, you should clean your ears." Fred came over and heard him say this. He sighed and said earnestly, "You are so old now, you should have a normal aesthetic taste."

Ron was very angry: "Why am I abnormal?"

"No normal person would think this band is good." George nodded in agreement.

Ron looked around and pointed at Sir Nicholas: "Look, he seems to be listening very happily."

"He's a ghost." Fred deadpanned.

Ron leaned over again and pointed towards the teacher's seat.

Before he could speak, George spread his hands and said, "That's Professor Dumbledore, you know..."

In the eyes of many people, Dumbledore has always been a little crazy.

Ron pursed his lips, falling into self-doubt.

"Harry, I have something important to tell you!" Fred pulled Harry and sat at the long table. "Guess what we encountered in Hogsmeade?"

His face was full of joy and his expression was excited.

Harry guessed: "Did he meet a big client?"

George shook his head: "Guess again."

"Have you contacted the channel distributor who can provide stable shipments?" Harry made another guess.

Fred still shook his head: "No, no."

Harry threw the can at the risk of his life: "Meeting a naked Veela dancing at the Three Broomsticks? If that's true, it's a pity that we left too early."

Hermione's face flushed and she punched Harry's back with her little fist. The snakeskin armor bounced back, making her grit her teeth.

"That sounds great." Fred's eyes flickered with longing, "But it's too bad that Veela don't do these things."

"We ran into the same guy we ran into last time!" George said bluntly, to save Harry from saying anything shocking. "In your first year."

Harry was stunned, recalling that the first time he went back to Hogsmeade, he encountered adult scum who wanted to rob the young wizards.

"He's still doing that kind of thing?" Harry was a little surprised. Didn't the man have any hands left?

Fred shook his head, "Of course not. He's begging in Hogsmeade now. But he recognized us."

"While we were buying materials," George lowered his voice and continued in a very serious voice, "he went to call a helper to take revenge on us."

"The situation is really dangerous!"

"We almost had all our money and materials taken away by him."

"Guess what happened then?"

Harry still gave up: "A bunch of naked veela..."

Fred interrupted him: "No, Harry, you can't do this, Hermione is still here."

Hermione glared.

"We wanted to do the same!" George slammed the table, his tone excited, "but in the end it was a black dog that saved us."

"It suddenly jumped out from the corner and bit the man's hand."

"Take his wand away from him."

“It’s really handsome.”

Fred's eyes sparkled. "Besides, it is very well behaved. It only attacks bad people. It knows to praise us when it does good things. It pulls our trouser legs to ask us to buy it food."

"Black dog?" Harry interrupted their fantasy of the black dog. "A big, pure black dog?"

"Yes." George nodded, "We wanted to keep it as a pet, but it refused and ran away with the food in its mouth."

Harry sighed, "What's wrong with you Weasleys?"

George and Fred were stunned.

Ron turned his head away awkwardly, picked up a lamb chop and started to eat it.

Harry took the Marauder's Map out of the Sorting Hat, placed it on his lap, and tapped it gently: "I solemnly swear that I am up to no good."

The map expands.

A lot of names emerged.

But there was no mention of "Sirius Black", and Lupin was nowhere to be found. There was no trace of him on the map, but the name of Peter Pettigrew lay quietly in his office.

"What's wrong?" Fred asked curiously.

Harry shook his head: "I see Professor Snape and Professor Lupin haven't arrived yet. I'm a little curious if something happened."

Fred and George were immediately excited.

They lowered their heads to explore the map, but soon became bored. "Professor Snape is not here, and Professor Lupin is not here either. Did they go to Hogsmeade to fight?"

"No, Professor Snape is not that rude." George retorted immediately, "He would poison elegantly."

"But Professor Lupin is an excellent Defense Against the Dark Arts professor! He's not a jerk like Lockhart," Fred argued with him. "He would definitely be able to see that."

Is Snape better, or will Lupin escape?

This is a question that is worth further exploration.

Gradually, other little lions also joined in. The Ravenclaws at the next table couldn't help but come over to eat and discuss. The little eagles had to be more rational and think about potions, spells, and drugging techniques.

Little lions are more emotional.

It all depends on the power of "I think" in my mind.

There were many little lions standing for Snape. Even Lupin was also a Gryffindor. However, Snape's "power" had been rampant for too long, and they believed more in Snape's cruelty and cunning.

Harry closed the Marauder's Map and stuffed it back into the Sorting Hat.

"Is that black dog Black?" Hermione leaned her head closer and asked in a low voice.

Harry nodded.

"Fortunately Black is innocent." Hermione sighed, "Otherwise Weasley and the others would be in trouble."

Ron, chewing on a lamb chop, leaned forward and said, "Harry, what do you think of Professor Snape and Professor Lupin? If they start fighting..."

"Professor Snape." Harry said without hesitation, "Uncle Lupin is very good, but a little worse than him."

Ron was a little disappointed, as he firmly believed that Lupin would win.

"Professor Lupin is not here. Did he go out to catch Black?" Hermione continued to lower her voice, tearing off a small piece of bread and asked in a low voice.

Harry shook his head, thinking of the moonlight these past few nights: "No, I probably won't see him during this period."

Hermione chewed her bread and nodded thoughtfully.

Halloween night was fun this year.

The Hufflepuffs became a little bolder, and the first and second year students were transformed by the seniors and dressed in all kinds of strange costumes.

There's even a ghost with a Hufflepuff on his head.

They ran to the teacher's seat, shouting "trick or treat".

The professors were happy to give them sweets, and everything was going well - until Dumbledore brought out a jar of cockroaches, and the little wizards immediately scattered.

The little lions also started their performance. They skipped the part of asking for candy and went straight to trick or treat.

They bought a batch of fireworks from Fred, the kind specially made by the Weasley brothers, and when they were lit, they shot up into the sky and exploded everywhere with ketchup.

One of the bullets hit Dumbledore. He cooperated very well, covering the place where he was hit by the fireworks, and lying on his tongue, "dying" on the chair.

Seeing that the professors were not angry, the little badgers plucked up their courage and started doing business with the Weasley brothers.

George and Fred set up their stall right there.

Looking at their beaming smiles, we are sure to have a good harvest tonight.

The Slytherins were like outsiders, and even though the younger wizards were a little envious, they were all suppressed by the older students.

Don’t be envious!

The noble Slytherins don't need anything that Gryffindor has touched like they do. They don't want it.

There was a lot of noise and noise until almost curfew.

Professor McGonagall shooed them back to their respective common rooms.

Led by George and Fred, the little lions sang all the way back, but the entrance was crowded with people. Percy pushed through the crowd and walked in: "What's going on? Have you forgotten the password?"

Percy paused, waved his wand, and a piece of parchment flew out of his bag. He wrote a string of words, made two copies, and flew away quickly.

Harry stood on tiptoe and took a look, his face suddenly changed.

The entrance to the Gryffindor Common Room was guarded by a portrait of the Fat Lady, but now the Fat Lady had disappeared.

The canvas was torn into pieces, leaving a large gap, and the torn pieces were scattered all over the floor.

The guard was destroyed!

Harry grabbed Hermione and Ron's hands, walked around the crowd and went to the empty stands: "Cover me."

He pulled out the Marauder's Map.

When the map slowly spread out, there was still no name of Sirius Black on it.

"Black did it?" Hermione frowned.

Harry nodded, "It should be him. He came to look for Peter. He didn't go into the common room, got angry, and did something stupid again."
