Chapter 173 Potter, Potter, and Potter

Most of the young wizards went back to rest early.

There were many little wizards who had the same idea as Ron. They all wanted to invite Krum to their dormitory to rest, including some bold little Gryffindor witches.

Before Krum could even react, Karkaroff rushed to him like a mother hen protecting her chicks: "Okay, Viktor, we should go back to the ship and stop communicating too much with these women."

"They are just like your female fans. They have bad intentions towards you and want to interfere with you and make you perform poorly in the Final Three."

Krum nodded blankly.

The remaining students of Durmstrang did not dare to stay any longer and left the castle dejectedly following their headmaster.

Maxime was a big man, but she was very gentle to her students. She allowed them to visit the castle and go back at noon at the latest.

Fleur wanted to invite Harry, or at least trick the adorable red-haired boy next to her into taking her around the castle. But as soon as she turned around, the three of them disappeared, and no one knew where they had gone.

The next morning.

Harry went out for exercise as usual, there were more people around, and Hogwarts hadn't changed much.

Krum was the only exception. He also got up early, but his training method was different from Harry's. He took off his robes, revealing his tall body, which was a little thin compared to a normal person, but just the right size for a seeker.

He dived into the Black Lake and waited for Harry to run a lap before climbing back into the boat.

After Harry finished two laps, he continued to do some training to increase his endurance and strength.

When Harry finished practicing swordplay, Krum was nowhere to be seen.

The little wizards all got up very early today.

They all wanted to sign up for the competition in the morning when there were few people around, but everyone wanted to go together, and when Harry walked into the hall, he saw a group of little lions, little badgers, little eagles, and a few little snakes standing next to them, forming a circle around the Goblet of Fire.

They looked at each other with gentle yet polite smiles on their faces.

When they heard footsteps, they turned around and saw it was Harry, with an even more panicked look on his face.

It feels like you are doing something secretly, and when the situation is at a stalemate, the person who is doing it suddenly opens the door and comes back.

The little lions were the most panicked. They tripped over each other and fell down in an embrace. At the moment they hit the ground, they crumpled the paper in their hands into a ball and threw it into the Goblet of Fire.

The little badgers were also a little anxious, for they were afraid of being seen by Harry.

Only the Slytherins and Ravenclaws seemed the least nervous. They lined up and threw their papers in one by one.

Harry walked to the long table, without even looking at them, took the breakfast, packed it up and took it back to the common room. Hermione had just gotten up and was reading a book, and Ron was still sleeping, calling out the nicknames of French lamb chops, German sausages, and Swedish meatballs in his dreams.

The atmosphere in the castle was lively.

Harry and Hermione were not affected at all.

After finishing his meal, Harry went to Professor McGonagall's office. He had a bite in Hagrid's hut in the afternoon and then rushed to Snape's office.

Until the dinner party.

Snape and Harry walked towards the hall reluctantly.

The Halloween dinner still had the most classic pumpkin lanterns and bat decorations, but it was obvious that no one cared about Halloween today. Several professors were a little disappointed, especially Professor Sprout. She prepared a lot of candies, but no one asked her for them in the past two days.

Even Ron started complaining, why was there a dinner session? Wouldn’t it be good to just announce the Warriors spot?

The dinner was unusually long.

"Harry, where have you been today?" Fleur fiddled with her fork, looking at the little wizard sitting opposite her. "I've been waiting for you in the hall."

"Please call me Potter." Harry's answer remained unchanged.

"Beauxbatons only taught Miss Delacour magic, but didn't teach her the rules of being a human being?" Hermione said coldly, "Harry has told her three or four times, why is he still so reckless?"

"Miss Granger seems to have a lot of opinions about me." Fleur took a sip of pumpkin juice, "As a warrior who only needs to spit out his name in the Goblet of Fire, I think we need to learn more."

Hermione smiled slightly: "Miss Delacour has so little confidence in herself?"

"I just think what you said last night makes a lot of sense." Furong also responded with a polite smile, "I really should look at the good points of others."

"At least you should see the good points of your classmates first." Hermione took the table knife and tapped the plate lightly. "Harry doesn't need you to stare at him with wide eyes and try hard to find his good points. He is full of them."

"In Miss Granger's eyes, Mr. Potter is so outstanding?" Fleur said teasingly.

Hermione blushed and glared at her fiercely.

What's wrong with this woman who spreads her feathers like a peacock? Why does she say anything?

But because of this sentence, the atmosphere between the two of them eased a lot, which made Ron confused. Women are really strange creatures.

The long dinner finally ended.

Dumbledore stood up, walked to the Goblet of Fire, and said briskly: "Sorry to have kept you waiting. The Goblet of Fire is about to make a decision. Let me see. It will probably take about ten minutes."

"I hope that the warriors who are chosen later can walk to the Goblet of Fire, then walk along the faculty table to the next room." He pointed and there was a brass-hooped door just behind the right side of the teacher's seat.

"There the warriors will receive some guidance and preliminary examinations to ensure the physical condition of each warrior."

As he spoke, he raised his wand and waved it gently.

All the candles were extinguished, and even the pumpkin lanterns floating under the ceiling dimmed. Only the clear starry sky outside cast spots of light.

The young wizards waited with bated breath.

After a while, the Goblet of Fire seemed to have been filled with a large amount of fuel. The blue-white flame jumped up high, emitting a light that was even dazzling. Suddenly, the flame turned red, and a tongue of fire came out with a piece of paper rolled up, with a tail of flaming stars, and floated into Dumbledore's hand.

"The Champion of Durmstrang." Dumbledore said in a serious tone, reading the words aloud, "Viktor Krum!"

The auditorium erupted in violent applause.

This is something that almost all young wizards recognize.

Karkaroff shook his arms and shouted at the top of his voice: "Viktor, great! I knew it was you!"

Krum stood up from the Slytherin table, smiled shyly, walked into the door, and quickly disappeared.

The flames of the Goblet of Fire leaped up again.

The cheers gradually died down and everyone stared at it intently.

After a few seconds, it spit out a second note.

"The Champion of Beauxbatons," Dumbledore called again, "Fleur Delacour!"

At the Gryffindor table, Fleur stood up and nodded to Harry modestly: "I'll wait for you in that room."

Then she shook her long hair, walked proudly to the teachers' seats, saluted to all the professors and students, and then walked into the house in small steps. Before stepping in, she turned back and waved to Harry.

Hermione gnashed her teeth in anger.

Soon, red flames burst out from the Goblet of Fire again.

The third note was spit out.

Dumbledore caught it, a bright smile on his face: "The champion of Hogwarts."

"Harry Potter!"

George, Fred and Ron took out the fireworks they had prepared long ago and shot them into the air.

A huge griffin was flying around the entire auditorium, and even let out a long and clear cry.

Harry stood up, put on the Sorting Hat, and walked towards the teachers' seats.

"Harry, come on!" Fred yelled.

Harry looked at him, a little confused. What? He wasn't drunk yet, so it might be inappropriate to take off his clothes and dance like a swan.

"Guardian!" George added for him, "Hurry up, we only have thirty seconds for fireworks."

Harry shook his head, chuckled helplessly, and raised his wand.

"Expect God to Guard!"

A huge, silver-white griffin flew out and flew side by side with the golden griffin formed by the fireworks.

Maxim and Karkaroff's faces changed.

Patronus charm!

Krum and Fleur could do it, but not to such a high quality, not to mention in the form of magical creatures.

The appearance of the two griffins ignited the atmosphere in the hall. Even the Slytherins raised their hands symbolically and gave Harry Potter a small round of applause.

Cedric stared at Harry in a daze. He had anticipated this result a long time ago, but when it actually happened, he still felt uncomfortable.

Zhang Qiu squatted, slipped across the Ravenclaw table to his side, and handed him a handkerchief.

Harry walked towards the door.

Just at this moment.

The Goblet of Fire burst into red flames for the fourth time and spit out another note.

Dumbledore was stunned. The note flew past his eyes. When it was about to fall to the ground, he waved his hand and let the note fly into his hand. The words on it were imprinted in his eyes, making his face become strange: "Harry Potter?"

Harry looked back.

Dumbledore shook his head: "No, Harry, I'm not calling you, please go in quickly, your name is written on this note."

The auditorium fell into an eerie silence.

Everyone looked at Dumbledore in disbelief, finding it hard to accept this fact. Karkaroff and Maxim also stared at the note with wide eyes.

The Goblet of Fire, which was supposed to spit out three pieces of paper, now spits out a fourth one, and it is the name of the same warrior.

I'm too optimistic about him. Is it not enough to vomit once, so I have to vomit twice?

Harry was stunned, and he was a little unresponsive.

At this moment, red flames burst out from the Goblet of Fire for the fifth time, and another note was spit out.

Dumbledore caught it immediately, and the words on it made his expression even weirder: "Harry Potter, Gryffindor?"

In the auditorium, people were a little numb.

This is the third time I uttered the name "Harry Potter". Will there be a fourth time?

Harry frowned and wanted to walk back, but it was his own name again.

This is not a good sign.

Dumbledore shook his head at him: "Harry, our judges' bench will handle this matter. You are the undoubted champion of Hogwarts. Go quickly and don't keep them waiting too long."
