Chapter 203: On the Fire

Ludo spoke in a loud voice, and his words were met with deafening applause.

The griffins are flying with pride.

It smashed the sunken ship, tore the big horse apart, and finally flew into the air with a pitiful little green snake in its hand, stretched out its neck, and swallowed it into its stomach.

The Slytherins were so angry that their faces turned blue - in this kind of situation, if you used Durmstrang and Beauxbatons as targets, they would understand.

But what about the last snake?

Slytherin and the Triwizard Tournament have a half-Natt connection?

Stupid Gryffindor!

Ludo continued to praise.

"We have to admit that Mr. Potter's performance is indeed beyond our expectations. It is a mature and great potion. I can already see how popular it will be if it doesn't cost so much."

Dumbledore thought of something and burst out laughing.

"He performed extremely well. Within half an hour, he successfully rescued his treasure - Miss Hermione Granger, also from Gryffindor."

"And he possesses the virtue of a knight. When he saw Miss Delacour unfortunately eliminated, he decisively lent a hand and rescued Miss Delacour's treasure at a faster speed."

"Even if we went into the water twice, the total time did not exceed the one-hour limit."

Krum felt a burning pain on his face.

Another puzzle solved.

Why was Fleur eliminated and Gabrielle on the shore? She was rescued by Mr. Potter.

But this brought him only shame.

Two round trips, the other person ran two round trips and it took him less time than just one round trip.

Maxim was about to take out his wand and give Harry a score.

Ludo took a deep breath and continued, "I know that although many people are confused about Mr. Porter's actions, the rules state that warriors are not allowed to enter the water again after they have exited the water."

He said, giving Karkaroff a meaningful look.

"But Mr. Porter's situation is different. We don't allow the warriors to enter the water again to ensure the fairness of the competition. Each warrior only has one chance to save his treasure."

"But he has rescued his baby."

"He went into the water again, not as a 'Hogwarts Warrior of the Triwizard Tournament', but as a true 'warrior' to save other people's treasures."

"I'm sure everyone has seen how dangerous it is under the Black Lake."

There was a tut-tut of noise from the Slytherins.

Danger?

Is the Black Lake even a little bit dangerous to Potter?

More than a dozen mermaids were no match for Harry.

Don't you feel guilty for saying this?

Ludo said solemnly, "Everyone has seen what happened to Mr. Krum underwater. It was so dangerous. Even an excellent wizard like Miss Delacour almost died in the Black Lake."

"This is the limit that young wizards can bear, but Mr. Potter dares to take such a risk, and the risk of violating the rules of the Triwizard Tournament, to save other people's treasures."

"This is the warrior spirit we should truly advocate!"

"This is the character and performance of an excellent warrior."

As soon as he finished speaking, there was thunderous applause. In addition to the Slytherins, the other young wizards and the audience who came from Hogsmeade all cheered.

"He's so boastful." Hermione looked helpless. "Is it to avoid Karkaroff giving you a low score?"

"I wonder how many Galleons he bet, and what he bet on." Harry deadpanned, "How stupid the Ministry of Magic must be to allow such a man to continue presiding over the Triwizard Tournament."

"It should have been Mr. Crouch." Hermione blinked, looking innocent, "But he wanted to do something else, but he had to be the professor of Defense Against the Dark Arts. It's a conflict with you, Harry."

Harry scratched it.

Hermione couldn't help laughing and dodged, "Harry, stop it."

"Then let's start grading!" Ludo ended his impassioned speech, "We always start with Ms. Maxime, how about we start with Mr. Karkaroff this time?"

Karkaroff's face darkened and he raised his wand with difficulty.

He really wanted to give a low score.

But all the reasons he thought of were blocked by Ludo, and now he couldn't say any of them. Even he knew how to spell the words "righteous and confident".

"Mr. Karkaroff, are you asleep?" Ludo asked gently and concernedly when he saw that he hadn't moved. "Or are you sick?"

"Shall I call Madam Pomfrey?"

He did not remove the amplification spell on his throat, and these words were heard clearly by everyone.

Karkaroff turned his head away, not wanting to look at his wand, and shook it slightly.

The fireworks exploded in the air, flashing a small number "8", and were blown away by the wind in the blink of an eye.

"Sorry, Mr. Karkaroff, I didn't see it clearly. Could you please give me a new score?" Ludo reminded him tactfully with an innocent look on his face.

Karkaroff's body became even stiffer. He shook his wrist and another firework exploded, the same tiny number "8", but it stayed in the air for three seconds before dissipating.

"Very good. Even under Mr. Karkaroff's high standards and requirements, Mr. Potter performed so perfectly and did not exceed the time limit. He actually received a good score of eight points!"

Ludo clapped his hands, his voice enthusiastic and somewhat touching.

He almost bit his tongue and emphasized the words "perfect" and "no timeout".

Such a high evaluation was met with boos from the little wizards.

Eight points!

Only eight points!

Did Karkaroff grow the eye in his butt onto his head?

Dumbledore raised his wand happily, shooting out fireworks that exploded with the number "10".

Ludo and Umbridge also scored 10 points.

Ms. Maxime hesitated, looked at Fleur who was holding Gabrielle, sighed, and finally gave a ten.

"Incredible result!" Ludo raised his hand high, his face flushed. "Forty-eight points. Mr. Porter scored almost full marks in the second event. A great score of forty-eight points!"

"Well, let's score Mr. Krum next."

"Although he was out of time, his performance underwater was still outstanding. He also has the responsibility, courage and ability that a warrior should have."

"Ms. Maxim..."

Ludo hadn't finished speaking yet.

Karkaroff raised his wand impatiently and typed his ID, a huge number '8' floating in the air.

Ludo was stunned. After a while, amidst all the boos and Krum's helpless expression of covering his head, he continued, "Mr. Karkaroff gave Mr. Krum a high score of eight!"

"Perhaps he thought there was something in Mr. Croom that impressed him."
