In response to Zoltan's question, Harry replied, "A woman."
Zoltan was not surprised at all. "Yes, a woman, where can you expect to find news about Dandelion? But Harry, we all know that he can't just mess with one woman."
"I can't remember her name." Harry shook his head. "She was a female bard who sang very beautifully."
"Geralt said that her singing has a magical power that touches the heart."
"A bard?" Zoltan raised his eyebrows. "You remind me of someone, Priscilla."
Harry nodded.
Zoltan went on talking: "She is different from other women. I think Dandelion is really infatuated with her."
"She's the spitting image of Dandelion."
"Then let's go find her," Harry said softly, "I remember she'll be performing at the Kingfisher Hotel?"
"That's right." Zoltan nodded, his eyes fixed on the table.
Hermione waved her wand, cast food magic, took out ingredients from the Sorting Hat, and made a table full of food and two bottles of butterbeer.
"Come and try some food from another world." Harry waved at him, "and butterbeer."
"Now is not the time to drink strong liquor, otherwise I think you will love those vodka and whiskey."
Zoltan walked to the table and sat down.
Hermione looked again as if to confirm that the man's ears were really like those of a human, and not like Professor Flitwick's, with the slightest trace of pointed ears.
"What's wrong with my ears?" Zoltan was very perceptive.
"No, nothing, just a little unexpected." Hermione shook her head. "In our world, there is someone similar to you, but he has a pair of pointy ears."
"Pointy ears, and a hybrid of an elf?" Zoltan tore off a lamb chop.
Hermione whispered, "No, it's a race called goblins."
Meals are a great time for small talk.
Hermione briefly introduced him to the other world, and Zoltan listened with great interest, especially the mysterious magic, which sounded more interesting than the warlock's spells.
Even when the oil lamp was lit in the room, it was still shrouded in a thick darkness.
"We should get going." Harry stopped their conversation and stood up.
Zoltan raised his head and looked out the window: "Ah, time flies, it's already dark now."
"Let's go."
The Kingfisher Tavern is the largest tavern in Novigrad, located next to the central square. Most of the people who come in and out of it are nobles or at least commoners with some assets.
Not far away.
Walking over there is just the right way to help digestion.
The tavern was bustling with activity, and all the important people in the city were there.
As soon as she entered the room, Hermione felt a refreshing feeling.
clean.
Completely different from this era of cleanliness.
The floor looks like it has been waxed and can reflect people's shadows.
A lady was sitting and singing on the stage in the lobby on the first floor.
She was holding a lute.
When fingers pluck the strings, waves of clear and pleasant sounds like the sound of spring water are emitted.
The melody is simple.
The singing style is also very simple.
One person, one stage.
Ancient yet new, the feeling of being in the movie is overwhelming.
“Left behind aromas of cloves and gooseberries”
…
"I would like to follow the wolf's trail into the storm
Looking for true love even if love is empty"
…
Just a few lyrics.
Hermione leaned towards Harry and lowered her voice: "Is the song about Geralt and Yennefer?"
Harry nodded. "Dandelion liked to write about the White Wolf in poetry."
"Yours?" Hermione asked with a smile.
Harry tilted his head: "There should be one for me."
"His inspiration comes either from women or from us."
The poem is not long.
When she finished singing, the pub was silent.
After a while, there was a burst of cheers.
The young female bard thanked the audience and walked off the stage holding her harp.
Harry and the others stood up and walked over quickly.
Priscilla seemed to realize that they were coming for her and was waiting for them in the corridor behind the stage.
"Lady Priscilla?" Harry called to her.
"Snake Tongue Harry?" Priscilla waved at him cheerfully.
Harry whispered, "Do you know me?"
"Dandelion told me many stories about your adventures together." Priscilla nodded. "Your ability to talk to snakes and even command them has helped him a lot at many critical moments."
"He is just like White Wolf. He is his most reliable friend."
Harry opened his mouth.
Priscilla lowered her voice: "I know what you want to ask, but this is not the place. Come with me."
She turned around and led the way, taking a winding path, and led the three people to her room.
"Are you here to see Dandelion?" Priscilla took a deep breath.
Harry nodded. "When was the last time you saw him?"
"It was a few days ago. He said he was going to rob Sigi Lewin's vault. I haven't seen him since."
"I've also been trying to find out where he is, but all I know is that he caused a big scene in Hawthorne II's lair, and a bunch of hyena-like guys searched the whole city."
She carefully observed the expressions of the three people.
It's all very peaceful.
"You're not surprised?" she asked.
Harry nodded: "These are the news we already know. This is really bad news, Hermione, we are late again."
"We'll go rescue Dandelion later."
Priscilla was surprised: "Do you know where Dandelion is now?"
She hadn't said anything further.
Now that we know all this...
Why ask yourself?
"I'm just not sure what he's done." Harry saw the thoughts on her face and waved his hand. "Now that we know what he's done, we'll naturally know where he is."
"He should be imprisoned on Temple Island now."
Priscilla was even more surprised: "How could he have provoked the Eternal Fire?"
In Novigrad, the thing that you must not offend the most is the Eternal Flame.
"Wait for him to come back and let him tell you his legendary story in person." Harry shook his head, "We have to do it as soon as possible. Are you sure it was a week ago?"
Priscilla nodded, "Of course, I'm sure."
"Then we should still have time." Harry said softly.
"You're going to Temple Island?" Zoltan frowned, his voice worried, "That's the haunted lady hunter's lair. It's very dangerous."
Harry took out his wand: "Don't worry, we can do these things easily now."
He waved it gently and chanted a spell at Hermione.
The Disillusionment Charm took effect immediately.
The little girl who was standing next to them just now disappeared immediately.
"Invisibility magic?" Zoltan was surprised.
Priscilla looked at Harry in surprise.
As far as she knew, demon hunters didn't seem to be able to use such mature spells...
"Don't worry, we will bring Dandelion here safely, and maybe we can even help him get rid of the crime." Harry said softly, and tapped the Sorting Hat lightly, and two brooms flew out.
