Ron and Hermione were confused.
What are these two people talking about?
"Professor Lupin is also dangerous?" Hermione guessed.
Harry said nothing, looking at Lupin, the badge in his hand still calm.
Lupin hesitated: "It's hard for me to say this, but I hope you can trust me. I am safe and will work hard to become a qualified professor."
Hermione looked at Harry. She would not trust a man she had only met once.
Harry nodded.
Hermione nodded and said, "Then I believe you, Professor Lupin."
"Me too," Ron agreed.
Lupin breathed a sigh of relief: "Thank you, Harry."
"In return, can you tell me what kind of person Sirius Black is?" Harry leaned forward and stared at him. "You and he used to be best friends. Maybe you know how he escaped from Azkaban?"
Lupin fell silent.
The amulet hummed again.
Harry raised his wand.
Ron and Hermione did not hesitate, they took out their wands and pointed them at Lupin.
Lupin raised his hands high: "Harry, I really don't have any ill will towards you."
He said this, but the amulet was still vibrating, a strong wind blew outside the window, the raindrops dripped and hit the glass, and the train slowed down.
"Sirius." Lupin sighed, raised his hand, and slowly narrated, "I mean Black, he is the person your father trusts the most."
Having said this, he paused slightly.
"He's a typical Gryffindor. I mean, to people from other houses, he's a typical Gryffindor."
"Reckless, brainless, impulsive."
"I actually always found it hard to believe that he would betray James."
"It's not because I trust his character, but with his intelligence and cunning, he wouldn't be able to do such a thing. He will be exposed on the first day."
"But if he wants to escape from Azkaban, he might be able to do it..."
The badge vibrated even more.
Just at this moment.
With a clang, the train paused and stopped abruptly.
The lights in the car also went out abruptly.
"Fainted!"
Harry cast a Sleeping Spell without hesitation or thought. Lupin didn't expect him to be so decisive, and he was hit by the spell before he could react.
The badge's vibration continued for another two seconds before slowly stopping.
Is that really Lupin?
Harry was a little surprised.
"Harry, what's going on?" Hermione waved her wand and lit up the carriage. "Did Lupin do that?"
Harry leaned over to look into the corridor. "I'm afraid not."
In the darkness, a harsh friction sound like the squeaking of mice came from afar.
Ron wiped the window and looked out: "It looks like someone stopped the train and is now getting on board."
"This is the Hogwarts school bus!" Hermione was shocked. She pushed Ron away and looked over. However, she was a step too slow and only saw the last figure disappear in the blind spot of her vision.
Outside the carriage, the noise of the little wizards gradually rose.
But after a while, it suddenly stopped.
The dark, evil, ominous smell grew stronger and stronger, rushing towards Harry's nose.
He opened the sliding door.
In the corridor, a tall and big figure wearing a black cloak, with its head against the ceiling, floated forward. Wherever it passed, there was silence.
The air was frozen with its arrival.
It greedily absorbs the joy, enthusiasm and vitality around it.
Harry knew immediately what it was - a Dementor, the Ministry of Magic's jailer in Azkaban, an extremely dangerous creature of the Dark Arts.
"Is Fudge's brain made entirely of bezoars?" Harry gritted his teeth, his eyes filled with astonishment.
Even after last year.
He had been forewarned about the Ministry of Magic's incompetence, but he never expected that they would be so incompetent as to put such a creature on the train!
He raised his wand and chanted the spell.
"Expect God to Guard!"
The silver lion pounced and slammed into the huge Dementor, opened its mouth to bite it, tore off its cloak, and used its claws to smash it to the ground.
The Dementor exhaled a breath of black air.
The lion held it in its mouth and pounced on the front of the car, sweeping across the way and dispersing almost all the Dementors.
After a moment.
The train lights were turned on again, the whistle blew and vibrated, and it started again.
Harry stood at the door and waited for a while. When no Ministry of Magic officials came, he went back into the carriage.
Lupin is still unconscious.
He waved his wand and a piece of clothing flew out of the suitcase, turning into a hemp rope that tied Lupin tightly.
After a while.
Lupin woke up, he opened his eyes blankly, looked at the lights in the carriage, a little dazed, struggled to sit up straight, only to find that he was tied up.
"Harry?" He asked, confused.
Just as he woke up, the amulet began to vibrate violently again.
Harry looked at him calmly: "Professor, for our safety, I have to inconvenience you."
Lupin stared at the lion emblem on his chest with sincere eyes and nodded with some difficulty: "Harry, I absolutely have no ill will towards you."
Harry met his gaze.
He didn't dodge, nor did he act sincere; his eyes were calm, even a little relieved.
This look is not what a bad person should have.
"I'll untie it for you when we get to Hogwarts." Harry said calmly. He was not infected by this look.
He had encountered such a look before.
Then he turned around and stabbed me with a sword.
The only things people can believe are the facts they have experienced.
"Perhaps we can continue the topic we were talking about?" Harry continued to ask, "How did Sirius escape from Azkaban?"
The badge vibrated even more violently, again.
Lupin opened his mouth to answer.
The sliding door was roughly opened, and an Auror walked in. He looked at the people in the carriage and frowned: "Who summoned that Patronus just now?"
"It's me." Harry looked at him.
Hermione's face twisted a little.
She couldn't help but think of what happened when they first met.
The Auror noticed those eyes, stepped back, and his tone softened, "Mr. Potter?"
"As expected, only you can cast such an excellent Patronus Charm."
"But those are our employees at the Ministry, used to search for ..."
Harry interrupted him impatiently: "Fudge's brain is broken, and your brain is broken too?"
"Putting Dementors on a train and letting a bunch of little wizards face them, is this something that can be done?"
The Auror couldn't help but lower his head.
Lupin was a little surprised: "Dementors, on the train?"
"I've already driven him away," Harry replied.
The Auror didn't know how to respond and he twirled his fingers.
The train slowed down and gradually stopped.
We have arrived.
The Auror breathed a sigh of relief, "Mr. Potter, now that we are at Hogwarts, I will not disturb you."
After saying that, he trotted out, not forgetting to close the carriage door.
