On Saturday, Kyle arrived at the auditorium early.
He did not go on a night tour yesterday. He went straight to bed after dinner and did not get up until dawn. His mental state recovered very well.
Breakfast was sausage and corn chowder and a big plate of baked potatoes.
Kyle was halfway through his meal when the others came over.
"It seems like you had a good rest last night." Cedric sat opposite him and asked, "No more strange dreams?"
Kyle smiled and said, "No, I slept until dawn."
"That's good."
Cedric picked up a baked potato and began to peel it. "By the way, I told Professor Clelawney about your situation yesterday. Do you want to know her opinion?"
Kyle didn't even think about it and immediately shook his head and said, "Forget it. I heard that her predictions never have good results."
"Um...you're right." Cedric nodded.
According to Professor Crillone, Kyle would have dreams for seven days in a row, and then he would have to be admitted to the school hospital due to a mental breakdown. After being discharged from the hospital, he would encounter a troll and be beaten back again.
All in all, it's pretty unlucky.
But now it seems that Professor Crillone was wrong in her first sentence, and what followed was even more nonsense.
What about encountering a troll in the castle... That's simply impossible! If a troll really broke into Hogwarts, he would eat up the whole plate of baked potatoes in front of everyone.
Cedric rubbed his forehead in annoyance.
Just as others said, Professor Clarney was a liar. If he had known this, he should not have listened to the Weasley brothers and chosen the Divination class.
Isn't digital divination good? But it's too late to say anything now. Even if he wants to change courses, he can only wait until next semester.
Cedric sighed.
At this time, Fred and George also came.
But their condition was not very good, both of them looked like they had not woken up yet.
Although they had suffered from lack of sleep before due to long-term night tours, today was different.
Professor McGonagall rejected their request to change classes and only agreed to add an additional Ancient Magical Runes class.
The three elective courses make their days very fulfilling.
Yesterday they stayed up until the early hours of the morning to do their ancient magic homework.
"Merlin, you guys actually do your homework in advance?!"
Cedric was so surprised that his hands trembled and the potatoes he had just peeled fell to the ground and rolled under the table.
"You guys are not fake, are you? Who drank the Polyjuice Potion?" Kyle also looked at Fred and George suspiciously and asked, "What do you think of Percy?"
George frowned and said with some dissatisfaction: "Hey, of course we are real."
"Percy is a big idiot who only knows how to tell tales, by the way," said Fred.
"Uh...it's true."
Kyle was even more confused now, and asked in confusion: "Then why did you do your homework in advance?"
“For the ideal!”
Fred said seriously, "You are right. Ancient runes are indeed very helpful in studying magic items. We have already come up with two great ideas during class."
"It's just... too difficult." George said with a bitter face, "The characters have many variations, and different combinations represent different meanings. No wonder Percy has been looking at them all summer."
Cedric agreed with this because he also chose Ancient Runes. Fred and George were not kidding at all, it was really difficult.
"Forget it, let's talk about something else."
Fred yawned and said, "Kyle, you've decided to join the Quidditch team, right?"
Kyle said: "I have already told Harris a few days ago that he will directly take the final test next week.
How about you, have you decided on the new captain and seeker?"
"The captain is Oliver Wood, he is the most suitable."
"But the Seeker hasn't yet."
Kyle noticed that Fred and George's faces looked even uglier.
Finding a good Seeker is as difficult as learning ancient runes.
Many people signed up, but not a single one was qualified, and many people couldn't even see the thief right under their noses.
If they were allowed to play, Gryffindor would have to compete with Ravenclaw for the third place.
These days, Wood is worried about losing a lot of hair, and his hairline has been moving up despite his young age.

Fred and George, worried, finished their breakfast in a few bites, then dragged their tired bodies towards the Quidditch field.
They will continue to interview the seekers today. They don't expect them to be comparable to Cedric, as long as they meet the requirements in all aspects.
And Professor McGonagall will also be there, and she is also very concerned about this matter.
Following Professor McGonagall's advice, Li Jordan temporarily gave up submitting his application to be a narrator.
If no suitable candidate can be found in the end, he will be the only one to take the position.
Lee Jordan could still tell the difference between a seeker and a commentator.
After they left, Cedric suddenly raised an eyebrow at Kyle and whispered, "It seems that there is a high possibility that Hufflepuff will win the championship for the second time in a row this year."
"Not necessarily."
Kyle thought for a moment and said, "Maybe they'll have a seeker in a few days."
"It doesn't matter."
Cedric said confidently: "No matter who it is, even if they bring Charlie back, I am confident that I will be the first to catch the Golden Snitch."
Kyle smiled.
In other aspects, Cedric has always been very humble, but when it comes to Quidditch, he is like a different person and refuses to submit to anyone.
Of course, this is a good thing.
On the first weekend of the new school year, Kyle and decided to go check out Hagrid's cabin.
Connor originally wanted to go with them, but was taken away by Snape who appeared out of nowhere.
As for Cedric, he, like the Weasley brothers, was going to the Quidditch pitch.
The teams from the four colleges will conduct preliminary selections in the next two days. He plans to gather some information to see if there are any outstanding newcomers this year.
For example... Qiu, this girl also signed up for the Quidditch team this year, and chose the position of seeker.
Cedric didn't know how strong she was, but he was looking forward to it.
Last year's Ravenclaw team was really bad. They were a complete bunch of free-point players who could get punched by anyone who came. When playing against them, we were basically just doing our job and there was no passion at all.
If Ravenclaw had a reliable Seeker this year, the game would be more interesting.
As for whether he would lose to them... Cedric had never thought of such a possibility.
Hufflepuff was the champion last year, and with Kyle this year, they will only be stronger.
