Chapter 227 Entering the Examination Room

Several children walked into the examination room with their admission tickets in their hands.

Cheng Cai and the other children told themselves not to be nervous. At first, their hearts were pounding, but they calmed down when the test papers were handed out.

Cheng Cai and his classmates first looked through the test paper and found that they knew all the answers, so they immediately relaxed and started the test.

It was impossible for Tingting and Jianjun not to be nervous, but they believed that these children could do it, absolutely could.

"Mom, why aren't you and Dad talking?" Qiuqiu asked.

"It's not that I don't want to talk, but your brother went to take an exam, and I'm really worried."

"Mom, didn't you tell your brothers to relax? Why are you all so tense?"

"You don't understand. When you and your sister take the exam, your mother will be nervous too. Your brother will be back soon."

"Mother, we're back."

Hearing the children's voices, Tingting immediately stood up.

"I've prepared all the food, so please eat quickly."

All the children applied for liberal arts majors. Tingting wanted to ask them how it went, but she was afraid that it would put too much pressure on them.

"Mom, we've practiced some of these questions before, they're just phrased differently."

Following up on what Zhu Zi was saying, Tingting asked, "What do you all think?"

"Auntie, I answered all those questions correctly. I think I did pretty well on the test."

"Mom, we were quite nervous at first, but when we answered correctly, we weren't so flustered anymore."

"Alright, alright, you guys hurry up and eat. When the results come out, Chengcai, write a letter to your grandfathers."

“Okay, Auntie, don’t worry. Grandpa wrote to me when the exams resumed, and I gave the extra books to the people in our village.”

"I didn't even notice what you were talking about at the time. You did a good job, helping others when you had the chance. That's great."

After their exams were over, Tingting took a lot of things and went to see Captain Guo.

"Uncle Guo, are you there?"

"What's wrong, Tingzi and Jianjun? Why are you coming so late?"

"Uncle Guo, thank you for taking care of my family all these years."

"How can you be so angry? You two children are good, don't be so formal."

"Uncle Guo, my health hasn't been good these past few years, and I haven't been able to participate in the spring planting many times. Thank you for your understanding."

"You're being too polite. We're from the same village. You call me 'Uncle,' and of course we have to be understanding since you're not in good health."

"Uncle, it's so late, we're sorry to bother you. We'll be leaving now, you should get some rest too."

"Okay, you guys go back now."

After they all left, Guo Fengshou came over and asked his father.

"Father, why are these two thanking you for no reason?"

"Jianjun and his wife are not troublemakers, and they are good people."

"What does this have to do with coming to our house, Dad?"

"I don't know now, but I think Ma Shan will find out soon," it has to be said that this old man Guo is quite remarkable.

Even if I don't understand why they did it now, I always feel that Tingting and Jianjun are not stupid.

When the two of them went back, the children, who had been quite stressed during the day because of their exams, all slept very soundly once they relaxed.

Tingting took out her phone and took a lot of photos of the children, hoping to print them out later.

After all, these are all memories for the future; people will grow old.

"Honey, let me take some photos of you to preserve these precious moments."

Tingting nodded. "Jianjun, before the children start school, take them to the county to take some family photos."

"Okay, we'll take some pictures of our parents too, they're getting old."

Time flies, it's amazing how fast it goes. I wish time could slow down now.
