Because the author is an old reader, he naturally incorporates his own requirements when reading books into the writing process.
When I read books before, the author would first require that the things in the book be as real and reasonable as possible, so that I would feel involved, and at least it would make sense logically.
Another thing is that the author wants to know what he should do if he were the protagonist. If the protagonist does something that does not make people feel happy, it does not meet the requirements.
These two points are quite easy to say. As a reader, the author will select books to read based on these two points.
But now that I am writing my own book, I am thinking about following these two points, which is too difficult. It is very difficult to achieve even one of them.
Now this book [Do Whatever You Want] can only be said to have barely achieved a little bit, and there are still many shortcomings, which is really due to the author's limited ability.
