Insomnia
Insomnia, dizziness, and pounding heart.
Without an electric blanket, I was too cold to sleep. With an electric blanket, my sleep was inexplicably bad, I was always in a state of half-sleep and half-wakefulness, and it felt like I only slept for three or four hours in total. My heart beat too fast when I was typing, and I was afraid I would die while writing. I took a day off, had a good sleep, and took it easy.
