On the way back, to make Su You completely forget Teddy's idiotic remarks, Kwon Ji-yong told her about their escape plan to Jeju Island. Su You didn't object; she was already prepared to let Kwon Ji-yong arrange the rest of the days. So, the two smoothly finalized their trip to Jeju Island. Since Kwon Ji-yong's recent work had come to an end, to avoid wasting a single second, they went to Su You's hotel to pack and check out. Don't misunderstand, they weren't living together; they had just discussed it and figured Su You would be leaving soon anyway, so there was no need to keep the hotel room open. Some things could be left with Kwon Ji-yong, and she could retrieve them from him when she left, or he could simply mail them back to her country.
After packing Su You's things, the two went to Kwon Ji-yong's house. Kwon Ji-yong first called Kwon Dami to explain that he was going to Jeju Island with Su You and needed to ask her to take care of Iye for a few days. He then ignored her sister's teasing about "an older man dating a younger woman" and hung up. He then notified their manager to remember to take Iye to his sister's house. After settling Iye in, Kwon Ji-yong told Su You to play with Iye for a while while he went to the dressing room to pack a few clothes and accessories. He also bought tickets for the next flight to Jeju Island, booked a private villa he knew, and, right on time, took Su You out to the airport.
