Chapter 100 Packing
Qin Buzhu took a sip and felt that it was not as delicious as the juice that Shi Feiye usually squeezed. He didn't say anything because Shi Feiye opened another bowl, which contained three round balls covered with ochre powder.
Qin Buzhu listened to Master Feiye's enthusiastic introduction:
"This is the Three Big Cannons. The so-called cannons refer to the fact that when making it, the balls will be smashed on a board, making a loud noise. There are three smashes in total, so it is called the Three Big Cannons. However, this is made with special powder, and it tastes especially good. You can try it."
There was only one serving of the Three Cannons. Qin Buzhu saw two spoons in the bowl, so he picked up one and scooped up a ball. He brought it to his mouth and took a bite. The sweetness of the glutinous rice and the unknown powder instantly spread in his mouth. After a few bites, the whole ball was finished.
"How is it? Is it sweet and not greasy?" Shi Feiye looked at him eagerly, waiting for an answer.
"It's okay." For Qin Buzhu, who was used to eating good food, this thing was just okay.
But Shi Feiye was already satisfied: "That's pretty good. After all, your standards are different from others."
In addition to these, there were many other snacks. Shi Feiye took a portion of each. She didn't eat much herself, mainly because she wanted Qin Buzhu to have a taste. It's true that Qin Buzhu had eaten so many delicious foods that he had no sense of them a long time ago. This was the first time for him to eat snacks, and no one had ever invited him to such a place before.
Even during the two years when he was thrown out by his grandfather to train and had no money, he was so busy that he had no time to come to such a place. These snacks are not necessarily delicious, but they are novel, and this is what Master Feiye wants.
Seeing that they were almost done eating, Qin Buzhu asked Shi Feiye: "Why did you eat so little?"
There were still quite a few snacks on the table, but Shi Feiye barely touched them. She smiled awkwardly:
"My weight has gone a little over the limit recently, so I don't dare eat that much."
A faint smile flashed across Qin Buzhu's eyes: "Then let's go."
Shi Feiye glanced at the table and couldn't help but picked up a skewer of lamb, took two bites and put it back: "Okay, let's go."
Qin Buyu: "...If you really want to eat it, you might as well pack a portion."
"Ah? Oh, okay, okay." Shi Feiye's eyes lit up, "Then wait here for a moment, I'll be there soon."
She didn't think about eating it herself, but wanted to pack a portion for Qin Si. This place is a bit far from the rented house, and they don't come here often, so she took this opportunity to get a portion for Qin Si so that he can have a taste.
Qin Buzhu had no choice but to sit down again and waited for about fifteen minutes before Shi Feiye came over with something in his hand and said with a smile on his face:
"Let's go, everything is fine."
But the two of them had finally managed to avoid the crowd that kept rushing towards them. When they were about to reach the exit, they heard someone calling Qin Buju:
"Second brother! Second brother!"
Shi Feiye didn't react to the address, but Qin Buzhu in front of her suddenly stopped, causing her to bump into his back without any preparation, and she narrowly avoided falling.
"Hey, second brother, I called you several times, why are you here?" Shi Feiye turned her head and found a man running over. It was Qian Bowen. This guy first looked at Qin Buju and greeted Qin Buju, then he saw her behind Qin Buju, and his eyes suddenly widened.
