Chapter 154 Meeting His Friends
At 6:42, the dishes were almost all served. Lin Shutang didn't pick up her chopsticks. She could tell that someone else was coming tonight.
Li Yansheng took the bowl next to him, poured a bowl of soup and placed it in front of Lin Shutang: "Drink some soup first to fill your stomach."
"good."
Lin Shutang picked up the spoon and tasted it. It tasted good.
He scooped a spoonful and handed it to Li Yansheng: "It tastes good, try it."
She felt a little uncomfortable, so she acted impulsively. Such actions might be a little fun when they were just the two of them, but they were inappropriate when dining with outsiders, especially since they could arrive at any moment.
Lin Shutang realized what she had done and was about to withdraw her hand when Li Yansheng drank the soup from her hand.

After drinking half a bowl, she put down her spoon and leaned back. Her period was approaching, and her waist was aching. If she sat too straight, it would ache.

A few people sat down chatting and laughing. Li Yansheng didn't rush to introduce them. He stood up and said a few words to the waiter who had just come in.
After listening to this, the waiter nodded and left.
Returning to the dinner table, a man spoke up: "Yansheng, why don't you introduce us to your sister-in-law?"
There was a teasing smile in his tone, but there was no malice in the look he gave Lin Shutang. It was simply the habit of getting along between friends.
After Li Yansheng sat down again, he began to introduce people to Lin Shutang.
"Zhang Ran, childhood friend."
Lin Shutang followed his gaze and saw that the man looked about the same age as Li Yansheng, but his expression was not as serious as Li Yansheng's.
When she looked over, Zhang Ran also looked at her and said in a friendly manner: "Sister-in-law, I am a few months younger than Yansheng. You can call me brother."
The other man nearby heard this and punched him: "Yansheng is still here. You're not afraid that he'll come back and punish you when you say this."
After hearing this, Lin Shutang's ears turned slightly red.
Afterwards, Li Yansheng introduced two other men to Lin Shutang. Ji Dongquan was his college roommate, and Zhou Xi was his high school classmate.
Zhang Ran was accompanied by a girl wearing a sailor suit and carrying a popular, cute, ugly doll hanging from her bag. She had been looking down at her phone since entering, refusing to interact with anyone. She seemed a bit out of place among the others in the room. Li Yansheng didn't introduce her, and Zhang Ran didn't seem to want to either, so she probably wasn't someone important.
After Lin Shutang finished the introduction, she stood up and poured tea for the group. Li Yansheng watched her greet people and didn't say anything to stop her. His eyes were fixed on her the entire time, his affection evident.
Until the waiter who had just left appeared again, holding a cushion in his hand.
Li Yansheng turned his gaze to the waiter, put down his folded long legs, stood up, took the cushion from the waiter's hand, and placed it on Lin Shutang's lower back.
Seeing this, the other men in the box had meaningful expressions that deepened a little.
Zhou Xi: "Yan Sheng is now like a good boyfriend."
"Indeed, I've never seen him so considerate before. It's all thanks to my brother-in-law and his wife, otherwise, we wouldn't have seen him like this."
Lin Shutang's ears were burning with anger because of what they said. He lowered his head and picked up the tea on the table and pretended to drink it.

Halfway through the meal, Lin Shutang felt a severe pain in his waist, so he said to the people around him, "I'm going out for a while."
Then I went to the bathroom.
Lin Shutang had been out for about ten minutes and hadn't returned yet. Li Yansheng put out the cigarette in his hand, stood up and walked out of the box.
