After Gu Yiming pulled Jiang Hua away from the restaurant, Jiang Hua angrily said, "Why do I keep running into him everywhere? Can't he just stay out of my sight? Humph!"
Seeing Jiang Hua's expression, Gu Yiming knew that she was upset by Yi Yong's sudden appearance. He could only look at her helplessly and gently comfort her, "Huahua, don't mind it. Meeting him here today was an accident. We can just not go to this restaurant next time. There are other restaurants around here as well."
Looking into his gentle eyes, Jiang Hua instantly realized that her emotions had affected Gu Yiming. If anyone should be angry, it was not her, but Gu Yiming. After all, Gu Yiming had helped her resolve all the things Yi Yong had done to pursue her. How could she possibly lose her temper in front of him now?

But when they wanted to eat, they didn't want to go out. After all, if they could run into Yi Yong once, they might run into him again, and they didn't want to run into him twice in one day, as that would only make them feel worse.
Just as Gu Yiming and Jiang Hua were wondering whether to go out, Jiang Hua suddenly said to him, "Gu Yiming, since neither of us wants to go out today, how about I cook for you?"
"Really?" Gu Yiming's eyes lit up instantly when he heard Jiang Hua's words. He looked at Jiang Hua with gratitude and, after receiving Gu Yiming's response, she excitedly ran towards the kitchen.
Watching Jiang Hua's departing figure, Gu Yiming looked on with anticipation, wondering what delicious food she would make for him later.
Unfortunately, Gu Yiming's expectations were always dashed. When he saw Jiang Hua serve up a terrible meal, he immediately wondered if he would go to heaven if he ate it.
Although he was full of doubts, he still picked up his chopsticks without hesitation and tasted Jiang Hua's food. Although it looked terrible, the taste was a bit strange. Gu Yiming calmly ate half of it and then put down his chopsticks. It wasn't that he wanted to hurt Jiang Hua's feelings.
Instead, it turned out that the food Jiang Hua had made was poisoned. He had only taken a few bites when he felt a severe stomach ache. He had no choice but to stand up and rush to the bathroom. Jiang Hua had been touched when she saw Gu Yiming calmly eating the food she had made, but when she saw him rushing to the bathroom, she realized what was happening and took the chopsticks he had just put down to eat a bite of the dish she had made.
She immediately felt the food was awful. She quickly spat out the food in her mouth, put down her chopsticks, and ran to the bathroom, shouting to Gu Yiming inside, "Gu Yiming, I'm sorry, I didn't know this food was so bad."
"Huahua, it's alright. Don't worry, it's just a bit of diarrhea, nothing serious," Gu Yiming said hastily to Jiang Hua at the door, afraid that his reaction would upset her.
When Gu Yiming came out of the restroom, he saw Jiang Hua looking apologetic, frowning and staring at him nervously. He gently walked to her side, hugged her tightly, and said softly, "Huahua, it's alright!"
Jiang Hua leaned against him, listening to his words. The guilt she felt vanished instantly. With a smile, she reached out and hugged his waist. Gu Yiming now knew his wife's shortcomings and knew that if he let her cook again, she might poison herself.
For his wife's safety, he had no choice but to let go of her and calmly turn to walk towards the kitchen. Watching Gu Yiming suddenly let go of her and walk towards the kitchen, Jiang Hua was filled with doubt and anxiety, but she also knew that it was better for her to stay where she was now. If she went to do something else, she would not forgive herself.
Just as Jiang Hua was hesitating about whether or not to go in and see Gu Yiming, she saw him carrying a delicious-looking dish towards her. Although she didn't know that Gu Yiming could cook, she was deeply moved by his gesture.
She stared blankly at him until Gu Yiming called her name, at which point she came to her senses. She reached out and took the chopsticks Gu Yiming offered, picked up a dish and took a bite. Instantly, she realized that the dishes she made were worlds apart from those made by Gu Yiming.
After the two finished their meal happily, they lay down on the sofa to digest. Jiang Hua suddenly thought of something and turned to Gu Yiming beside her, asking, "Yiming, what do you think our future will be like? Will it always be the same as it is now?"
Hearing her question, Gu Yiming also thought about their future. Although it was uncertain, he still wanted to be with her for the rest of his life. In the future, the only person he would want to be by his side would be her.
He thought for a moment, then looked tenderly at Jiang Hua beside him and replied, "Hua Hua, I think our future will definitely be wonderful. Even if it isn't, as long as you're by my side, everything will be wonderful."
“In that case, Yiming, let’s work together to build the best life for our future. We’ll be together forever and make the best games together. What do you say?” Jiang Hua immediately said what she wanted to say after hearing Gu Yiming’s response.
When Gu Yiming heard her say that, his smile became even brighter, and he replied gently, "Yes, we'll always be together, and make the best games together."
