A person climbed over the window and entered the luxurious single hospital room.

So, Jiang Shiwan looked at him carefully and noticed the clues.
“Oh, I think I remember you a little,” Jiang Shiwan said.
It turns out he was a fanatical fan who pursued Jiang Shiwan. He surrounded Jiang Hua and said those nasty things to her, which led to her being beaten and verbally abused.
