"Quick, he's been hit by a car!" Jiang Hua quickly pulled the paramedics to the man's side. The man was lifted and placed in the ambulance, and Jiang Hua hurried after him. Jiang Hua followed the ambulance all the way to the hospital, anxiously running with the doctors to the outside of the emergency room. Jiang Hua was stopped outside, anxiously waiting for the results.
Jiang Hua waited anxiously outside the door, pacing back and forth, unsure of what was happening inside. She leaned against the wall, slowly slid down, and squatted down.
Jiang Hua waited for a while, and then the door to the emergency room was pushed open. Jiang Hua staggered to her feet and ran towards the doctor.
"Doctor, how is he? Is it serious?" The doctor was startled by Jiang Hua's appearance and took a step back. He steadied himself, pushed up his glasses, and said, "It's nothing serious, just a fracture. Let him stay in the hospital for a few days and take good care of him. It takes a long time to recover from a broken bone."
Hearing the doctor's words, Jiang Hua breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank goodness it's nothing serious, otherwise how could I face him?" Jiang Hua patted her chest and followed the nurse to take the man back to his ward.
Jiang Hua arrived at the ward, calmed herself down, and carefully recalled how the incident had happened. The more she thought about it, the more suspicious it seemed. Jiang Hua stood up and walked to the doctor's office.
"Doctor, how long until that patient wakes up?" Jiang Hua asked.
"It will probably take a few more hours. The patient suffered a shock and is still unconscious." The doctor pushed up his glasses.
Jiang Hua didn't go straight back to the ward, but instead went to find a caregiver. "I have something to do and need to go out for a bit. I need you to take care of him for a while. Please make sure you take good care of him."
The caregiver nodded. "Don't worry, I'll stay by your side until you come back."
With the caregiver's assurance, Jiang Hua nodded reassuredly and went outside.
Jiang Hua found the surveillance footage from the accident site, wanting to see exactly what happened. Jiang Hua pushed open the door to the monitoring room, "Hello, I'd like to view the surveillance footage of today's car accident. I was involved in it."
The person in charge of monitoring glanced at Jiang Hua, pointed to the computer next to her, and said, "Take a look for yourself."
Jiang Hua turned on her computer, found the surveillance footage from that time, and clicked on it.
According to the surveillance footage, a car had been slowly following Jiang Hua. Jiang Hua was too excited to notice anything. When they reached a secluded spot, the car behind her suddenly accelerated, heading straight for her. Jiang Hua watched the footage, breaking out in a cold sweat.
The surveillance personnel nearby were also terrified. "It was really too dangerous. If this man hadn't rushed out and pushed you away, you wouldn't even know where you'd be lying right now."
Jiang Hua's face was pale, and she swallowed hard. "Could you zoom in to take a look at that car?" Jiang Hua turned to the staff member and asked.
"Okay, I'll zoom in for you." The staff member moved the mouse, and the car behind Jiang Hua gradually zoomed in. Jiang Hua looked at it carefully, "Why does this car look so familiar?" Jiang Hua murmured to herself.
Jiang Hua suddenly remembered something, slapped her head, and exclaimed, "I know!"
The staff looked at Jiang Hua with a puzzled expression. Jiang Hua stood up and said to the staff, "Thank you, I understand now. I'll be going now." After saying that, Jiang Hua ran out.
Jiang Hua stepped out the door, coldly dialing Jiang Shiwan's number. "I know, I've checked the surveillance footage. It was your car, wasn't it? I should have known it was you. Who else could be so ruthless as you?"
When Jiang Shiwan saw that it was Jiang Hua calling, her already panicked heart pounded even harder. With trembling hands, Jiang Shiwan answered the phone, and sure enough, Jiang Hua was calling to interrogate her.
Hearing Jiang Hua's words, Jiang Shiwan forced herself to say, "It wasn't me, I wasn't driving the car, I don't know anything." Jiang Shiwan's tone was flustered. She hurriedly hung up the phone.
When Jiang Shiwan realized she had hit the wrong person, she turned the car around and drove away. Her fingers were trembling uncontrollably, and her mind was in complete chaos; she didn't know what to do.
Jiang Shiwan said blankly, "It wasn't me, it couldn't be me, I can't go to jail, Jiang Hua won't let me off the hook." Jiang Shiwan thought she had to find a scapegoat.
Jiang Shiwan took out her phone and dialed her assistant's number. "Let's meet. I have something very important to tell you." After agreeing on a meeting place, Jiang Shiwan drove to the destination.
"I just hit someone with my car," Jiang Shiwan said to her assistant, her hands trembling. The assistant looked surprised. "What happened? How is the person?"
"I drove off at the time. I just asked around, and she's alright, just a minor fracture." The assistant breathed a sigh of relief after hearing Jiang Shiwan's words. "That's good, it's not serious, it's fine."
Jiang Shiwan grabbed her assistant's hand and said tremblingly, "No, I can't do this to her. Jiang Hua finally got this opportunity, she definitely won't let me go. She'll make a big deal out of this." Jiang Shiwan gripped her assistant's hand tighter and tighter, her face full of panic.
"What should we do then?" The assistant didn't know what use it would be for Jiang Shiwan to tell her these things.

"How can I help you?"
“You can say you hit the person and that you were driving the car. They won’t make things difficult for you. They’re targeting me. I’ll take care of things for you and make sure the person who was hit doesn’t pursue the matter anymore. I’ll give you some money, and you can drive however you want.”
The assistant hesitated, "What if they investigate this matter? I'm afraid..."
"It's alright, I'll take care of it. The injured people won't pursue the matter. Jiang Hua and the others have no grudge against you and won't cause you any trouble." After saying that, Jiang Shiwan pushed a check in front of her assistant.
The assistant saw the check and hesitated before speaking, "Then you must make sure you take good care of it. Don't let anything go wrong, or things will get bad."
Jiang Shiwan breathed a sigh of relief when she heard that her assistant had agreed to her request. "That's great. I'll take care of it. Nothing will go wrong."
Jiang Shiwan asked someone to send money to that man and also sent her assistant to apologize to him. The assistant accepted the money and obediently went to the hospital, saying, "I'm sorry, I had a little to drink that night and mistook the accelerator for the brake, which injured..."
