So Jiang Hua said goodbye and tried to turn and leave, but Xu Wei wasn't about to let her off so easily. She had deliberately taken advantage of Gu Yiming's absence to have a serious talk with Jiang Hua.
So she walked over and blocked Jiang Hua's path. Jiang Hua didn't want to have any unpleasant experiences with her, but Xu Wei kept pestering her, and she wasn't afraid of her.

Xu Wei knew she had hit Jiang Hua's sore spot, but Jiang Hua was still just pretending.
So she said dismissively, "Let me make this clear to you today. I like Gu Yiming, and I think I'm a better match for him than you are. I'm better than you in every way. You'd better have some self-awareness and leave Gu Yiming as soon as possible so you won't suffer too much in the future."
Xu Wei actually told her to leave Gu Yiming as soon as possible. Jiang Hua felt like she was listening to a joke, and she couldn't help but laugh: "You're really something. You dare to say anything. Aren't you afraid of being laughed at?"
Seeing Jiang Hua mocking her, Xu Wei felt very embarrassed. She angrily shouted at Jiang Hua, "You still dare to laugh at me? You'd better think about your future. So Gu Yiming called Xu Wei over and asked, "Do you know what's wrong with Jiang Hua? Why did she suddenly get angry with me? What happened just now?"
Xu Wei would never tell Gu Yiming what had just happened, because if he knew, it would only worsen her image in his mind.
So Xu Wei said, "Who knows? She's been acting strangely, like she has a bad temper. I don't know what I did to offend her, but she's been unhappy and has a long face."
"What happened? Jiang Hua isn't usually like this," Gu Yiming asked, puzzled.
Xu Wei thought this was a good opportunity to make Gu Yiming hate Jiang Hua.
So she deliberately said a lot of bad things about Jiang Hua.
"Who knows? Maybe she thinks she's the boss here and doesn't respect us anymore. It's not good that she's taking her temper out on you. I really don't understand her." Xu Wei kept talking badly about Jiang Hua.

Gu Yiming wanted to go out and chase after the female lead, but he still didn't understand why Jiang Hua was angry.

Gu Yiming had no idea what Xu Wei was thinking. He looked at Xu Wei with a puzzled expression and asked, "Why are you stopping me? I have something to take care of right now."
Xu Wei would never let her go so easily; he wanted to stall Gu Yiming and create a misunderstanding between them.
So Xu Wei quickly thought that the only way to keep Gu Yiming was through work.
