The maid was very anxious. Knowing that Gu Yiming had returned home, she immediately put down the broom and ran to the kitchen. Looking at Gu's mother, she quickly told her, "Yiming, Yiming has returned home. He's sleeping in the living room. He's probably too tired."

But Gu Yiming didn't notice anything amiss. She just felt that her mother was concerned about her and wanted to ask about her recent situation.
But it was precisely a test for her. Although Gu's mother asked this question, her face remained expressionless as she waited for Gu Yiming's answer.
"Where else can I go? I just go to entertain clients. I work every day, you know that!" Gu Yiming replied to his mother. After hearing this, Gu's mother felt that Gu Yiming had actually lied to her, and she couldn't control herself. Don't blame Gu's mother for not giving Gu Yiming face.
Mother Gu put down her chopsticks and looked at Jiang Hua, who had been eating without saying anything.
"Really? Accompanying clients? Then are you accompanying them to buy dowry jewelry?" Mother Gu asked bluntly, speaking frankly without hiding anything.

Frowning, he couldn't eat anymore, so he simply put the bowl on the table and told Gu's mother that this person was a client and that they shouldn't overthink it. However, this casual explanation was hardly convincing to Gu's mother, who was restless.
“No, I didn’t do that on purpose. I just happened to find you. I was passing by this jewelry store and saw you standing inside. I could see everything clearly,” Gu’s mother replied to Gu Yiming.
Gu Yiming became anxious and kept explaining to his mother that this person was really a client, not some woman, and that Gu Yiming would never do such a thing, asking them not to misunderstand.
"Stop talking, it's no use saying anything now. Huahua, I really hope you two can be together and not have any conflicts, okay?" Gu's mother said to Jiang Hua.
Jiang Hua, who was very shy, looked at Gu Yiming. Gu Yiming, however, showed weakness to Jiang Hua with a slight smile. So Jiang Hua agreed to Gu's mother's request. After Gu's mother persuaded them, Gu Yiming got the opportunity to live with Jiang Hua.
Gu Yiming and Jiang Hua drove to Jiang Hua's house. Gu Yiming was very happy. He looked at Jiang Hua and smiled secretly. He felt very happy. He could finally rest and be with Jiang Hua. He could even live with Jiang Hua. Just thinking about it made him very excited.
"I'm really looking forward to seeing what your home is like. I'm already having some fantasies in my head. Will it be like the old house, with flowers planted and a small garden?" Gu Yiming asked Jiang Hua while driving, wanting her to reveal something.
However, Jiang Hua didn't say it out loud, appearing very modest, thinking that she would see it soon enough, so why bother saying it?
So Jiang Hua smiled slightly and didn't answer. Gu Yiming continued driving. Slowly, the sun shone brightly outside, and the sunlight shone on the glass, making it sparkle. The glass was also very clean. Gu Yiming had put a lot of thought into his car.
Time passed slowly, and we had been driving for almost 20 minutes. We were almost at Jiang Hua's house.
"We're here, we've arrived."
Jiang Hua excitedly pointed to her front door and spoke loudly to Gu Yiming. Gu Yiming looked around and saw that it was very clean.
The ground was spotless, without a single piece of trash. There was also a swing set up next to the entrance, with some green plants growing around the bamboo on it, which looked quite pretty.
"Wow, not bad! I should have praised you as soon as we got to the door. Look, the floor is still clean, and the air is nice too. Great! Come on in and take a look. I can't wait!" Gu Yiming said to Jiang Hua, expressing his eagerness. Before Jiang Hua could even open the door, Gu Yiming's words prompted her to immediately take out her keys from her bag, open the door, and let Gu Yiming in.
Upon arriving here, I immediately changed my shoes, went to both sides of the window, and drew back the curtains. The sunlight was bright, and the whole room became bright. It was a bit deserted when I first came in, after all, the weather outside was different from the weather inside, with the sun shining directly outside.
At that moment, Jiang Hua went to the kitchen to get two drinks. She was a little thirsty after driving here, and wanted to take one out of the refrigerator for Gu Yiming.

Looking at the house that Jiang Hua had carefully decorated, there were four picture frames on the wall, each containing a picture of Jiang Hua, as well as a picture of sunflowers. These were all refreshing images, and they looked very nice hanging on the wall.
The floors in the house are wood-colored, making it feel like living in a log cabin, which is especially cozy.
"Me? Just give me orange juice." Gu Yiming's mind was no longer on the drink; he was filled with curiosity about the design here and wished he could stay in this moment forever.
"It's so beautiful, and there's a warm feeling when you come in. There's a piano in the room, next to the window, and white curtains with patterns next to it. It's so pretty." Gu Yiming muttered to himself, walking around and looking at the surroundings, his eyes sparkling.
