Chapter 15 That Delicate Flower (15)

Song Qi played on her phone in bed for a while before getting ready to sleep, when there was a knock on the door.

The other three people in the dormitory gasped.

Who could it be so late?

"It couldn't be... that senior student, could it?"

"Probably not, why would they come looking for us?"

"Stop talking, you're scared to death."

Song Qi could roughly guess who it was: "It's nothing, I'll go take a look."

"Okay, then be careful."

Song Qi: ...

The person at the door knocked gently again.

She opened the door and saw Gu Si standing there, wearing pajamas and holding a pillow.

"What's wrong?" Song Qi asked in a low voice.

"Can I sleep with you? I'm scared." Gu Si gripped the pillow tightly, looking up at Song Qi with a nervous expression.

In the dim light of the corridor, you could see her slightly red eyes.

"Come in." Song Qi took a step back, making way for Gu Si.

"Yang Nuan, you're so kind." Gu Si breathed a sigh of relief.

"fine."

"Sorry to bother you," Gu Si said softly as she walked in.

The other three breathed a sigh of relief, smiled, and said it was all alright.

The dormitory was noisy for three seconds, then quickly quieted down again.

“I’ll sleep on the top bunk, you can sleep on the inside,” Song Qi said.

Gu Si looked up and said, "This is my first time climbing to the top bunk. It looks so high!"

You'll get used to it.

Gu Si grabbed Song Qi's sleeve: "I'm a little scared."

"It's okay, I'll catch it if it falls."

Gu Si glanced at Song Qi, tossed the pillow onto the bed, looked back at Song Qi, and then, trembling and cautious, climbed up, sat on the edge of the bed, and looked down at Song Qi: "That's terrifying."

Song Qi nimbly climbed up and shooed Gu Si inside: "Go to sleep, don't talk."

"Mm." Gu Si nodded.

The bed wasn't big, only 0.9 meters wide, so the two of them were practically touching, and any slight movement would cause them to bump into each other.

The dormitory was quiet, and Song Qi could clearly hear Gu Si's breathing.

He felt her turn to face him, her warm breath gently brushing against his ear.

It's a little itchy.

Gu Si moved a little closer to her.

Song Qi glanced to the side, but because of the blackout curtains, he couldn't see anything.

Tsk.

Song Qi closed his eyes.

When Song Qi woke up in the morning, she felt a soreness in her left arm. Gu Si held her tightly, and while sleeping, she rubbed against her chest.

Song Qi froze for a moment. She pulled back the bed curtains to let in the light, and this time she could finally see her face.

I don't know how long she had been lying on my chest, but there were button marks on her face, her mouth was slightly open, and she occasionally made a few "snap" sounds.

She gently moved Gu Si aside, got out of bed to wash up, packed her things, and left the dormitory.

"Host, didn't you make an appointment with her?"

"Isn't she unable to get up?" Song Qi walked out with her backpack on, glancing at the boys' dormitory not far away, where someone was also hurrying out.

It's Qin Xiao.

"So, host, what exactly do you want to do?"

"Let nature take its course, don't do anything," Song Qi said calmly. "I'm curious about what she's going to do."

Qin Xiao hurriedly caught up: "Hey, class monitor, what a coincidence."

"Um."

"Why didn't you wait for me? Didn't you see me?"

Song Qi gave Qin Xiao a look, but didn't say anything else. However, she believed that this person would understand.

Qin Xiao glanced behind Song Qi and breathed a sigh of relief.

"That woman isn't coming, is she?"

"I don't know, anyway, I haven't gotten up yet."

It was still dark, and the cafeteria wasn't open yet.

However, Song Qi bought a bag of bread last night, and Qin Xiao watched as she ate three or four of them by herself.

As someone who basically never eats breakfast, I suddenly felt a little hungry.

Song Qi glanced at Qin Xiao, noticed his burning gaze, and handed two to Qin Xiao.

"I'm not hungry."

"Then why are you staring at me like that? Go ahead and eat. Don't come to me halfway through your lesson in the classroom and say you need to go buy something to eat."

Qin Xiao glanced at Song Qi, then at the bread, and took it: "Thank you."

"Need not."

Qin Xiao glanced at Song Qi and keenly sensed that she seemed to be in a bad mood.

I was going to ask, but then I thought better of it.

After all, one's good intentions might just earn one a round of ridicule.

By the time Gu Si got up and arrived at the teaching building, it was almost time for school to start. She stood at the door and looked at Song Qi.

Song Qi felt the gaze, looked up at her, and then curled her lips into a bright smile, though her eyes held no real joy.

Gu Si shuddered, smiled at Song Qi, waved, and then ran away quickly.

Today is Saturday, the day to go home.

When Gu Si finished school, she told Song Qi and left with a few girls. There was a hint of panic in her expression, and she didn't dare to look Song Qi in the eye.

Song Qi didn't say anything, packed his things, and left the school gate.

There are many alleys around the school. She walked about 100 or 200 meters from the school when a pair of hands pulled her directly into one of the alleys.

She coldly observed the group of girls with brightly colored hair standing in front of her.

"Is there something you need?" Song Qi shook off the girl's hand and straightened his clothes.

"Stay away from Brother Qin, understand?" The girl in the lead stared at Song Qi, saying this while trying to grab her collar.

Song Qi raised her hand and grabbed her wrist just before she touched him, applying slight pressure as she looked at her coldly: "I don't know."

Gu Si sat in the bookstore across the alley, watching the situation in the alley through the curtain, her hands tightly clasped together.

A battle was about to break out in the alley. Song Qi was not a good-tempered person to begin with, and coupled with the long period of suppression he had been under, he was too heavy-handed, especially after discovering that there were no cameras.

Song Qi knocked the last person to the ground and looked up at the bookstore across the street.

Gu Si shuddered, her face turning slightly pale.

"Could they have seen us?" a girl asked cautiously.

"No way, we can't see through this curtain from the outside."

"What do we do now? I'm a little scared."

Gu Si bit her lip hard and lowered her head.

Song Qi patted his clothes and glanced at the person on the ground: "Don't bother me again, understand?"
