Chapter 86

Chapter 86

"Is this the place you were talking about?"

Mo Laowu followed the skinny ant forward, and the two hunters followed behind them. The place they arrived at looked very similar to the previous nest.

The only difference is that there are many single small houses at the entrance, and each house has only one narrow window. It seems that it is due to the angle, and all you can see through the window is darkness.

The doors of every house were nailed shut.

Mo Laowu looked at the houses calmly, but suddenly stopped.

A pale face has been pasted on a window for a while now.

The facial features were human-like, but the problem was the eyes. They were completely white, with no trace of pupils at all.

"I don't think there are any humans here."

Mo Laowu withdrew his gaze and looked at the skinny ant calmly.

He spoke slowly, but the skinny ant felt his heart suddenly beating very fast.

"Before, everyone here was human."

The skinny ant stuttered as he looked towards the houses.

The moment he saw it, even his uncontrollable trembling stopped.

Is there something wrong with him?

The skinny ant sniffed again with some doubt.

The faint smell in the air is truly the queen's scent.

If the one here is the queen, then who was he guarding before?

The skinny ant felt his mind go blank.

His silence and hesitation caught Mo Laowu's attention. Mo Laowu held the pipe in his hand, took a deep breath, and waited silently.

"They are all human beings."

The skinny ant suddenly spoke, his voice a little tense due to nervousness, and his expression didn't change, so there didn't seem to be anything strange.

"These were just captured."

"The previous one is inside."

The skinny ant walked forward on its own, but Mo Laowu stood there without moving at all.

The skinny ant didn't dare to make a sound and rushed forward faster and faster. The two people behind Mo Laowu wanted to chase him, but were stopped by him with his pipe.

It was not until this time that they discovered the rope on Mo Laowu's pipe.

"Check the conditions in these houses first."

Mo Laowu said as he walked forward.

"They should have already turned into those things. Let's see what happens. If that doesn't work, we'll just wipe them all out."

After Mo Laowu's figure completely disappeared, the two men looked at each other, but it was too late to express their opinions.

They started working separately on both sides. The wooden doors were not strong and the locks were surprisingly loose. They could be opened with just a slight touch.

Both of them were very confident in their own abilities, so they walked in without any precautions.

The fat man called out softly a few times. The light in the room was not good, it was rather dim, and it seemed that nothing could be seen clearly.

After a difficult identification, I finally found a bulge on the bed-like platform.

After seeing similar people in the same position, the fat man had an idea.

The fat man introduced himself softly and took two steps forward. The moment he stepped into the room, he felt a chill on his neck.

Then the whole world turned upside down.

The fat man's head flipped in the air, his mouth opening and closing hesitantly.

Then there was a thud and the rolling stopped on the ground.

"Very weak."

A dark-skinned guy climbed down from the roof. He had a big belly, multiple arms, and the lower half of his face looked completely different from the human-like upper half.

The insect's chelicerae were constantly clamping, and saliva was dripping from its mouth.

"Stop drooling, it's disgusting."

The bulge was suddenly opened, and a woman was sitting inside. The woman looked middle-aged, with thick black hair and very strong arms. The only difference was her lower body. At first glance, it looked no different from a centipede, with dense legs that looked extremely terrifying.

"Hmph, don't think you're still a fertile queen."

The ant with a big belly snorted disdainfully, turned around and walked towards the fat man's body.

Such a large piece of rare meat is all his.

The centipede girl on the bed did not answer him. Just when he was about to leave, she jumped up from the bed and bit his neck hard.

The big-bellied ant immediately cried out in pain, waving his arms and struggling several times but to no avail.

Soon there was no breath. The centipede woman opened her mouth and spat out the blood foam in her mouth.

“It’s really disgusting.”

The centipede girl looked down at the big-bellied ant. She turned around cautiously, and finally bit off its neck viciously.

She was not in a hurry to eat, but instead moved closer to the dead fat man and started to eat with relish.

Just when she was eating with a full look on her face, she heard the sound of footsteps.

The centipede girl immediately twisted her body to look at the source of the sound. A tear-stained face appeared in front of her eyes. Then she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen and flew backwards.

The centipede girl looked blankly at the direction she was in before. The centipede body there looked so familiar. Was there any other one like her?

The tall and thin hunter stood up slowly. As soon as he opened the door, an ant rushed towards him.

The sharp blade released easily cut off the ant's body.

After clearing the ants from the room, he felt that his companion's thoughts seemed to be weakening.

He watched the two ants fight each other to decide the winner before he took action to avenge his companion.

But is he happy?

He was not happy at all when the ant's blood splashed on his face.

But the adults had no time to wallow in sorrow, and the tall and thin hunter immediately finished off the centipede girl.

Bluish-purple liquid was flying in the air. The color that did not belong to human blood gave this scene, which could have been called bloody, a sense of drama.

Sunlight streamed into the dim space from the narrow window, and everything seemed to end in that instant.

All sounds disappeared.

The forest was silent. Kate and her group were walking in the woods. They hurried to their destination based on the intelligence they received.

“This forest is so quiet.”

Xiaojie couldn't help but sigh. Actually, they should have been a group of people running to their destination here, but unfortunately, Little Ant and Pami couldn't travel at such a high intensity.

Especially Paddy, she even asked Kate to carry her.

"There are no animals here, so there are fewer lively noises."

Hua quietly explained the current situation to Xiaojie, and the two of them huddled together and whispered.

But I heard a faint rustling sound coming from the woods.

Hua immediately tensed her muscles as if in response to stress.

Even Gon and Killua looked serious.

Pammy was still trying to hang on to Kate, while Little Ant stood there lazily, looking at the treetops, not knowing what he was thinking.
