Chapter 1: Kurosawa's Sweet Talk Online

Chapter 1: Kurosawa's Sweet Talk Online

"How dare you betray me, Elrod! I've given so much for you, and you betray me! Everything I did was for you!!!"

A woman hysterically rushed onto the bed, where the naked couple looked frantic.

She screamed and irrationally tore at another woman's hair.

"Aaaaaah, Ellie, you crazy woman!" the woman whose hair was being pulled screamed back, "Eraud, say something, Eraud!"

"Aaaaah, you scratched my face! My face! I'll fight you! Aaaaah—"

I'm going to kill you!

...

The scene was filled with screams, chaos, and tearing...

With a loud bang, Buddha burst through the door, and the movie ended.

I don't know how others saw it, but Shinichi Kudo's expression was quite speechless.

"What? The ending has no mystery at all. It just tells us the truth so bluntly. How can there be such a suspense film!" Shinichi frowned, his young face full of bitterness and resentment.

This film was made by a famous suspense film director, which is why the Kudo family came to see it. However, they will probably be disappointed.

Shinichi wanted to share his review of the film, but the person sitting to his left beat him to it.

All that could be heard was a casual, lazy voice that smoothly slipped into Shinichi's ears.

"The logic is flawed, the murder methods are childish, and the reasons for the murders are absurd. This movie is more like a farce."

Following the sound, a silver-haired, blue-eyed man dressed in gray casual clothes looked at Shinichi with a smile. This man was Kurosawa Jin, a person from another world.

He leaned back in his chair, seemingly deflated, and sighed, "Sigh, I used to really admire this director..."

"Although the plot is a bit melodramatic, the actress who plays Ellie is quite good at acting," commented Yukiko Kudo, who was standing next to her.

Kurosawa Jin looked up at the stunningly beautiful woman and smiled, "That actress is truly lucky to receive such praise from Ms. Kudo Yukiko."

"You know me?" Yukiko asked, somewhat surprised.

"You're joking. How could anyone not recognize a beautiful and world-renowned actress like yourself?" Kurosawa Jin stood up from his seat, speaking respectfully.

"My mother is a fan of yours. I wonder if you could leave her an autograph?"

He produced a pen and a notebook from some pocket and handed them to Yukiko.

"I never expected to run into fans while watching a movie," Yukiko thought to herself as she took the pen and paper.

Yukiko was already very happy because of the compliments, but when she heard that the young man's mother was a fan of hers, she couldn't stop smiling.

While Yukiko Kudo was signing autographs, Jin Kurosawa politely extended his hand to shake hands with the novelist who had been observing him.

"This must be Mr. Yusaku Kudo. I've heard so much about you. I am Jin Kurosawa, and I have had the pleasure of reading your works."

His words were impeccable, though his tone was a bit more polite compared to when he was speaking to Yukiko Kudo.

Upon hearing the other person's name, and combining this with Kudo Yusaku's observation of Kurosawa Jin's clothing and speech, he instantly guessed Kurosawa Jin's identity.

"Is Mr. Kurosawa's Kurosawa the Kurosawa of the Kurosawa Group? I remember the name of the young master of that group..." Kudo Yusaku hadn't finished speaking when Kurosawa Jin interrupted him loudly.

“Mr. Yusaku, I want to play a little longer.” Kurosawa Jin put his index finger to his lips.

"Oh, so it seems they snuck out." Yusaku Kudo understood immediately.

On the other hand, Shinichi Kudo wasn't interested in the pretense and politeness between adults, so he habitually began to observe the people around him.

The theater was sparsely populated; many people had already left, grumbling, and only a few remained, probably waiting for the post-credits scene.

If it weren't for Kurosawa Jin suddenly appearing out of nowhere, the Kudo family would already be outside the movie theater by now.

A tall, capable-looking woman with short hair sat in the row in front of the Kudo family, who looked like a company executive.

A couple sat in the row behind, whispering sweet nothings to each other, completely absorbed in their own world.

A few seats away from the couple sat a greasy middle-aged man with shifty eyes who kept glancing at the couple.

That uncle is definitely suspicious! Shin-chan came to this conclusion after observing him.

Just as he was trying to deduce the relationship between the uncle and the couple, a clear voice suddenly rang in his ears.

"Hey, what are you looking at?"

"Ah!" Shinichi was clearly startled and looked terrified.

"Hahaha." Kurosawa Jin did it on purpose; it's quite fun to tease kids sometimes.

"Your name is Shinichi, right? Can I call you Shinichi-chan?"

"what ever."

"That arrogant brat is kind of cute," Kurosawa Jin thought to himself.

He quickly reached out and patted the child's head, and the child ran away in a panic, as if a toy had been switched on.

"Don't touch my hair!"

Shinichi looked at the boring and wicked adult in front of him with a resentful expression, and muttered to himself.

The feel of a child's fur is different from that of a cat's fur, but cats are still a bit easier to pet. Kurosawa Jin seemed to be thinking of something happy, and the corners of his mouth curled up.

His silver, shoulder-length hair cascaded over his shoulders, and under the light of the movie screen, he appeared incredibly gentle, his emerald green eyes shining brightly.

(As for my Qin Ye's looks, everyone knows what I mean! (*I`*))

At that moment, Kurosawa Jin's face was firmly imprinted in Shinichi's mind. Little did he know that this face would bring him endless nightmares in the future.

At this moment, the movie's post-credits scene finally ended, and the lights suddenly came on as the audience left.

Kurosawa Jin took the signed notebook from Yukiko and kept thanking and praising her, making Yukiko a little embarrassed, which was unusual for her.

The group exchanged pleasantries and prepared to leave the theater; everything was so peaceful.

Normally, this tranquility would be expected, but this movie theater is filled with the future Grim Reaper, the father of the future Grim Reaper, and Jin Kurosawa, an otherworldly being, so this movie theater is destined to be extraordinary!

"Ahhh—" The sudden scream came late, but it did. Even though it wasn't the first year of Conan's Age, the crime rate in Beika City was still as high as ever.

A distorted corpse, panicked people—an extraordinary murder occurs in an extraordinary movie theater, and the one who sees through the truth is…

Ahem, I digress. Kurosawa Jin shut down the internal speaker and then looked at the Kudo father and son who were studying the corpse.

The deceased was the man in the couple, and his girlfriend looked terrified with tears streaming down her face, clearly suffering a huge psychological shock.

However, this cannot wash away the label of "suspect" from her.

Aside from the Kudo family and Kurosawa Jin, the capable short-haired woman and the greasy middle-aged man could also be considered suspects.

The classic three-choice question: So there was a classic three-choice question even before the first year of Detective Conan? Kurosawa Jin wondered.

“Yusaku has always been like this; when he encounters a case, he’s like a hunting dog that has caught the scent of its prey,” Yukiko Kudo explained. “Shinichi often goes with his father to various crime scenes, so he’s not afraid.”

Seeing Kurosawa Jin's puzzled look, Kudo Yukiko assumed that he was surprised by Kudo Shinichi's fearlessness towards corpses.

"Indeed, for a child of this age to dare to watch a suspense film filled with patriotism, your son is indeed courageous." Kurosawa Jin praised him, but then changed the subject.

"To be honest, my mother was heartbroken for a long time when you married Mr. Kudo Yusaku."

"Haha, now that you mention it, I'd really like to meet your mother."

There will be an opportunity.

"..."

When he thought of his mother, Kurosawa Jin imagined a girl in a white dress and black-rimmed glasses—Gu Gu.

The story of Kurosawa Jin and Gu Gu's encounter begins with Kurosawa Jin's death.

——

"Hahaha, I never expected you to be an undercover police officer," said an old, decrepit man who exuded an aura of death and decay.

He lay on a hospital bed, his ugly face hidden behind a breathing mask, leaving only a pair of venomous eyes staring viciously at the man in front of the bed.

"Hehe, there's a lot you don't know, BOSS." Kurosawa Jin drew his sword and pressed it against the BOSS's head.

"The base has been surrounded. If nothing unexpected happens, Vermouth and the others will either be captured or dead."

A gunshot rang out from outside the door, seemingly confirming Kurosawa Jin's words.

The man's image was reflected in the BOSS's murky pupils.

The black trench coat contrasted sharply with the man's long, silver hair, and his green eyes coldly stared at the dying man on the bed.

Kurosawa Jin sneered, "You're all alone now, Boss. You've lost."

"Hahahahahaha, Gin, did you think I would lose so easily! Hahahaha!" Like every great villain, the BOSS used his last bit of strength to laugh wildly.

With a flick of his right hand, he pressed the button hidden in his palm. In less than a second, the surrounding buildings trembled and the explosion was deafening.

"Gin, come to hell with me, you're my most loyal..."

"Bang—" Kurosawa Jin fired the shot decisively, personally sending the BOSS to his death.

He has to get out of here quickly, the building is probably going to collapse!

"Damn it, the door is locked." Kurosawa Jin raised his gun and fired at the door, but the door was clearly bulletproof and indestructible.

“Calling Kuro...calling Kurosawa…” came through the earpiece in a broken call.

"Tsk." Kurosawa Jin threw away his headphones in annoyance and leaned against the door.

He looked at the BOSS's corpse and suddenly laughed.

Then, a violent sound exploded in his ears, and the tall buildings collapsed with a crash.

This marked the complete end of Kurosawa Jin's undercover career as a public security officer...

life……

To be honest, Kurosawa Jin was unwilling to accept this. If he could get out of here alive, with his great achievements, a promotion and a raise would be a dream come true.

Unfortunately... there's no chance anymore.

"No, no, no, there's still a chance!"

"Huh? Who's talking?" Kurosawa Jin suddenly opened his eyes and saw a girl with a black ponytail.
