Inspired by Aunt Wang's experience last time, Lin Yue couldn't help but feel excited. She realized that perhaps by picking up some seemingly useless items, she could discover their potential value and transform them into useful things.
But the sun was setting, and the most urgent thing should be to have dinner at Zhao Chu's teahouse.
Lin Yue stood there, looking left and right, looking around for a long time, but she couldn't see any teahouse nearby. She couldn't help but wonder, "What should I do?"
After pondering for a long time, Lin Yue finally made up her mind to walk forward and see if she could find a place to fill her stomach. So, she took a step and walked forward slowly, looking around and paying attention to the surrounding shops.
As she was walking, Lin Yue's stomach suddenly started growling loudly, startling her. She quickly covered her stomach with her hands, secretly complaining in her heart: "Oh, why is my stomach so uncooperative? It's growling so loudly, so embarrassing!"
However, when her stomach growled, Lin Yue felt even hungrier. She quickened her pace, hoping to find a restaurant where she could eat as soon as possible to fill her already growling belly.
As he walked forward, he was so focused on looking around for food that he didn't notice the person coming from the front.
Lin Yue cried out in pain, "Ouch!" and rubbed his forehead which had turned a little red. Then he turned his head and looked straight ahead, and found that the person he bumped into was a handsome young man in a white robe with extraordinary temperament!
"Miss, are you okay?" The boy was about to reach out his hand, but before he could touch her, Lin Yue waved her hand awkwardly, interrupting him. "It's okay, it's okay." Lin Yue's cheeks flushed slightly, and she said quickly, "It's my fault. I didn't look where I was going. I'm so sorry for bumping into you." The boy smiled gently, "It's okay. I just saw you looked anxious. What's the urgent matter?" Lin Yue touched her stomach and said embarrassedly, "I was looking for a teahouse to eat. I'm starving." The boy smiled and suggested, "I know there's a good teahouse not far away. Why don't I take you there? I'll treat you to a meal as my way of making amends for bumping into me." Lin Yue hesitated, thinking that she was indeed very hungry, and nodded in agreement.
Arriving at the teahouse, the two sat down. Lin Yue's eyes widened as she looked at the names of the dishes on the menu. She wanted to eat everything she saw. When she ordered, she didn't hesitate and ordered several of her favorites. After the dishes were served, Lin Yue wolfed them down. The boy looked at her like this and couldn't help but find it amusing. He smiled and poured her a cup of tea, "Young lady, eat slowly, don't choke." Lin Yue ate while mumbling, "It's delicious. I'm really starving." After the meal, Lin Yue had eaten until her belly was full and she had a great time chatting with the boy. The meal was full of fun.
It is understood that the boy's name is Xia Zichen, and he is the son of Lord Xia from the Xia family's royal palace.
"Then let's say goodbye, Brother Xia!" Lin Yue muttered to herself: As expected, men are always a nuisance! They're keeping me from making money. She couldn't help but smack her lips a few times. This seemed adorable to Xia Zichen, who inexplicably developed a strange affection for the woman before him. "Okay, I hope to see you again someday." Xia Zichen nodded slightly, and they each silently waved goodbye, then walked away in different directions...
