Chapter 11

Chapter 11

Good news: The plan to attack the Panxing Cult was a great success. All the curse masters in the cult have been captured and are being taken back to the High School for interrogation and detention.

Bad news: Yuta Otsutsuki’s girlfriend is gone!!!

The remaining three first-year students who came to support after the war told Yuta Otsutsukota about the deeds of Sugawara no Michizane in detail.

At the same time, Rika, who was not far away, was changing her figure little by little.

Gojo Satoru walked up to Yuta Otsutsukotsu and whispered the hidden truth: "It's not Rika who cursed you, but you who cursed Rika."

It turns out that when the one who casts the curse voluntarily gives up the master-servant relationship, and the cursed one shows no intention of revenge, the curse will be lifted naturally. As this relationship is lifted, Rika's figure slowly sheds the cursed shell, gradually returning to her original appearance.

Yuta Otsutsuki was instantly overwhelmed by a huge amount of self-blame. It was his curse on Rika that turned her into that state, and it was also because of him that he hurt so many people.

Little Rika hugged him tenderly, comforting him softly. The two people, bound together by fate, cried together at this moment.

Rika gently held Yuta's face, with a slight redness at the corners of her eyes: "Yuta, thank you..." She looked at Yuta Otsutsuki, her tone reluctant but firm, "Don't come to see me too early, bye."

Her figure transformed into countless tiny bubbles like the Little Mermaid, rising and circling gently in the air, slowly floating towards the sky, and finally dissipating in the sky without a trace.

"Wow... My beloved couple is gone just like that." Shiori, who witnessed the whole scene, sobbed and wiped her tears silently.

Seeing this, Gojo Satoru handed over a tissue, saying with a somewhat helpless tone, "Why are you crying so pitifully, Shiori?"

Imprisoned by a special cursed tool, unable to move either his cursed power or his body, Geto Suguru stared at Yuta Otsutsukota and angrily shouted, "You're a womanizer!"

Yuta Otsutsukota calmly replied, "How rude! We are pure love."

The Panxing Cult curse masters who were brought back to Tokyo High School had different final outcomes.

The black magician was originally hired by Geto Suguru from abroad to fight Gojo Satoru, but he was captured before he could even take action. He was acquitted, but his weapon, the black rope, was confiscated by Gojo Satoru.

As for Geto Suguru's two adopted daughters, they were knocked unconscious by Tadano Shiori at the beginning. Considering that the two had never harmed ordinary people in the past, they were bound and became sorcerers. From now on, they need to obey the management of Tokyo High School and participate in the task of exorcising cursed spirits.

Among the other curse masters, those with serious criminal records have been executed; the remaining ones with less serious crimes have been dealt with in the same way as Takeshi Suguru's two adopted daughters, and have been bound to become curse masters, under the management of Tokyo High School, responsible for exorcising cursed spirits.

The only exception is the case of the leader of the Panxing Sect, Geto Suguru, who was sentenced to suspended death sentence by the Jujutsu Directorate.

This judgment stemmed from the unique nature of his technique. The Curse Master Council was unable to determine how many cursed spirits he had subdued, nor could they predict whether these spirits would become uncontrollable if he died. After all, cursed spirit manipulation techniques are extremely rare, with only a few records even among the Three Great Families.

What's more, most sorcerers are still recuperating from the previous fierce battle, and there are not enough people to deal with the possible sudden surge in the number of cursed spirits.

In order to stabilize the current situation, the General Council can only impose multiple restraints on Geto Suguru, make him wear a cursed tool that suppresses his abilities, and imprison him in the High School, leaving him under the care of the High School.

To facilitate supervision, his residence was arranged in the teachers' dormitory area.

Shiori Tadano couldn't stand this idle man hanging around in front of her every day, and finally couldn't help but knocked on Geto Suguru's door.

"Hello, Takeyu-senpai, I'm Shiori Tadano." After the door opened, Shiori was the first to introduce herself.

"I know you, and we've met more than once, haven't we?" Geto Xiayou responded while leaning against the door frame, with a hint of understanding in his tone.

"In that case, Senior Takeuchi, please accept this gift as a testimony of our formal acquaintance." She handed over the cardboard box in her hand.

"Thank you... "The Complete Works of Marx and Engels"? " After seeing clearly what was in the cardboard box, the smile on Xia Yujie's lips froze instantly.

"Yes, I feel this set of books will be very helpful to you." Shiori said calmly.

When she had previously learned from Gojo Satoru that Geto Suguru's noble cause was to kill all non-magicians, she had concluded that what he needed most was precisely this set of "The Complete Works of Marx and Engels"!

Geto Xia Yu, read this carefully! When you finish, you will understand how untenable your so-called righteousness is.

December 24, 2017

On Christmas Eve, the streets of Shinjuku were already ablaze with colorful lights and pine wreaths. The sound of bells tinkled in the wind, and the Christmas trees in the glass windows, adorned with silver balls, shimmered in the lights. The air was filled with the sweet aroma of cinnamon and mulled wine.

Pedestrians walked past each other wrapped in their coats, laughter echoing. There were no cursed spirits haunting the place, let alone ghosts roaming the night.

"It's such a rare moment of peace." The cold winter wind blew past her ears like a knife. Shiori Tadano buried half of her face in a thick scarf and breathed a sigh of relief. Fortunately, she didn't have to rush around to exorcise the cursed spirits on Christmas Eve.

Ever since the curse master of Panxing Sect was recruited, the task bar has indeed become much emptier. This is also the first time this month that she has had a full vacation.

Her original plan was to sleep soundly in the dormitory, but the Christmas limited edition collection of Tokyo dessert shops sent by Gojo Satoru made her stare at her phone and swallow her saliva. In the end, she succumbed to the temptation of sweets, crawled out of the bed, put on her coat, and rushed into the cold wind in her boots.

She quickly locked onto her target, her gaze tracing the throng. In front of Shinjuku Station, Gojo Satoru was surrounded by a group of girls. He rarely took off his teacher's uniform, but he chose to dress like a nighttime black cat, his few white hair swirling in the wind like blossoming snow.

Shiori stood under the streetlight across the street and didn't bother him. He just bent his knees and turned around, posing for photos like a patient idol.

"Sorry, the person I made an appointment with is here~" A clear voice penetrated the crowd. Gojo Satoru pulled down his sunglasses towards her, revealing his eyes that glowed blue in the neon lights.

Shizhi crossed the street and walked up to him. Her eyes first fell on his short black jacket, then she caught a glimpse of his open collar and couldn't help frowning: "Teacher, you are wearing so little, aren't you cold?"

Gojo Satoru, who had just gotten rid of the group of girls, raised an eyebrow and tugged at the hem of his clothes: "I have no limits. This cold wind can't even get close to me."

Shiori was not convinced. She reached out and poked his face. The cold touch came along her fingertips. She muttered softly, "But your face is so cold, teacher."

She took off the scarf from her neck. The scarf was long enough to wrap around Gojo Satoru's chest twice, and now she was putting it around his neck: "I'll give you half of my scarf."

Shiori tiptoed to adjust the scarf, her hair brushing his chin. When she stepped back half a step, their necks were already tied together by the same scarf, like a clumsy knot.

"It's much warmer this way." Shiori clapped her hands in satisfaction.

"Thank you, Shiori~" Gojo Satoru's eyes curved into crescents behind his sunglasses, and there was a smile in his voice.

Shiori recalled the scent she had smelled when she was close to him. The teacher was wearing the perfume she had given him. She thought to herself, "It suits him so well! I'm such a gift-giving genius."

Crossing the bustling sidewalk, the Christmas stickers on the glass door shone softly in the warm yellow light. Gojo Satoru pushed open the shop door, and the doorbell jingled softly. The clerk behind the counter immediately looked up with a smile: "Welcome."

The two of them sat down in a corner by the window and enthusiastically ordered all the Christmas specials on the menu. Ever since bringing the Bankei Cult's curse master back to the high school, Gojo Satoru had been busy and absent, and this was the first time Shiori had seen him in many days.

"Teacher, I heard from Senior Naoko that you and Senior Gouyu were classmates." Shiori scooped up a piece of cake and put it in her mouth. The slightly intoxicating aroma of cream and rum melted on her tongue, like a warm cloud in her mouth. She nodded happily, her cheeks puffed up with the sweetness, like a little squirrel that had stolen a nut.

"Hmm? A close friend." Gojo Satoru lowered his head and smiled, his tone suddenly becoming serious, "My only close friend."

While eating, he talked about the past: those unrestrained, passionate and bright daily lives in high school, the free times hidden in the ordinary, how he and Geto Suguru became strangers due to their different ideas, and his determination to clean up this decadent world of curses. It was for this reason that he chose to become a teacher and personally cultivate a strong and intelligent partner.

"So, have you two had a fight now?" Shiori looked at him with her chin in her hand, her eyes filled with the fragments of light coming in from the window.

"I guess so." Gojo Satoru lowered his eyes and picked up a piece of cake. His eyelashes cast a light shadow under his eyes.

The background music of the dessert shop happened to cut to a soothing Christmas carol. Shiori looked at the shadow and said softly, "Teachers can rely on others sometimes."

When he looked up, he saw her pushing half of the cake on her plate towards him. "For example, me. After all, we are partners, right?"

Gojo Satoru stared at the half cake for a few seconds, chuckled, and reached out to ruffle her hair: "Yes."

"Teacher! My hair is messed up." Shiori ruffled her messed-up hair and spent a long time combing it in front of the glass window.

I don't know when the snow started falling outside the window. The tiny snowflakes stuck to the glass, gradually spreading out into a hazy white.

Shiori's eyes suddenly lit up. She packed up her things, pulled Gojo Satoru to her feet, went to the front desk to pack a cake, and paid the bill neatly.

"Now let the teacher rely on me a little more." She pulled Gojo Satoru and walked in front, with a hint of excitement in her voice.

"Where are you taking me, Shiori~" Gojo Satoru was pulled forward by her, his tone filled with his usual casual smile.

Shiori continued walking without stopping and replied without turning her head, "Back to the technical high school."

The taxi drove through the snow for a while and stopped at the entrance of Gaozhuan.

When Shiori and Gojo Satoru knocked on Geto Suguru's door, they were still wearing the cold air from outside, and the snow stuck on their eyelashes had not melted yet.

As Geto opened the door, his view was blocked by the cake held in front of him. Shiori raised her head and said crisply:

"Happy Christmas Eve, Geto-senpai!"
