Chapter 210: School War (Part 3)
"I have been teaching for so many years - I never thought - students would fight on a large scale -"
Professor McGonagall was so angry that the bun on the back of her head was tilted to one side, and her eyes were scanning the students.
She soon found Harry and Ron trapped by ropes, Hermione whose front teeth were longer than her chin, Ginny covered in cream, the twins covered in feces... the unconscious students, half-sitting and half-lying...
"Ridiculous! Ridiculous!" She yelled. The students had never seen her so angry. "You actually pointed your wands at your classmates and fought with your classmates!"
Snape had a grim face as he waved his wand and cast the Stop Spell to rescue the little snakes that were still dancing under his feet.
He suddenly felt that he would rather go watch the Dark Lord dance ballet than deal with a fight between four college students.
Fortunately, asking about the cause of the incident did not require him to use his brain to think. After all, when the one and only Potter was present, he must be the culprit:
"Potter, this is your fault again, isn't it?"
Harry's face was swollen, his teeth were missing, and he was mumbling something, but from his eyes it was clear that it was not a good thing.
Snape sneered, stretched out a long yellow finger, pointed at Draco who was sitting on the ground and said:
"Malfoy, explain yourself."
Draco's face was also swollen like a dumpling, but fortunately his teeth were still intact, so he didn't utter a word unnoticed:
"Potter attacked me first—sir—"
Harry's eyes flashed with anger again, and he protested loudly with his leaky teeth:
"We...were...attacking each other together!"
Professor Sprout and Professor Flitwick also rushed over, and they almost fainted when they saw the bruised faces of the little eagle and the little badgers.
Professor Flitwick was about to start a reprimand, but the foul smell in the air almost made him vomit:
"Ugh—this smell—ugh—"
Professor McGonagall immediately realized that the smell came from the twins' feces, and she roared like a lion again:
"Weasley! How dare you - how dare you -"
All the Weasleys present, big and small, couldn't help but shudder.
"I have to write to your parents and tell them what their children are doing at school!"
Ron uttered a desperate groan, Ginny almost wanted to cast a Stunning Spell on herself on the spot, and Fred and George also smiled bitterly, the four of them stood in neat rows, ready to face the howling letter from their mother.
Professor Sprout covered her chest. For a moment, she felt countless devil's snares twisting and dancing in front of her:
"Can anyone of you explain what's going on here?"
Professor McGonagall, who had been patrolling all around, quickly spotted Ron. Realizing that all three Gryffindor members were present, she shouted:
"Ron Weasley! Tell us what happened!"
Ron untied the ropes on his body tremblingly. He felt that Professor McGonagall looked even more terrifying than a Hungarian Horntail.
"We...we wanted to invite...a dance partner..." His whole body was trembling, and his upper and lower teeth collided with each other and made a clattering sound, "but...we bumped into the Slytherin students...Harry and Malfoy...they...then...we...then the Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff students..."
Although he was so nervous that he spoke incoherently, the four professors quickly pieced together the whole picture of the incident from his incoherent words.
A murder caused by inviting a dance partner.
"How could I not know that Gryffindor students would collectively invite Slytherin one day."
Snape crossed his arms over his chest. He didn't believe Ron's explanation at all. He turned to Professor McGonagall and said:
"It seems to me that he is covering up for Potter—"
His words got stuck in his throat because he looked in the direction of Ron's gaze and saw Jian Yu chewing peanuts.
The students who were sitting or lying on the ground all turned their eyes to her.
Jian Yu, who became the focus of everyone's attention, was so startled that he took a step back and the peanuts fell to the ground.
After Snape was called away by Professor McGonagall, she rushed to the kitchen and grabbed a handful of peanuts to eat with melon.
Why does she feel like the one being eaten right now?
Something is wrong. Did you eat the melon and end up eating yourself?
This matter...she was not present...it should have nothing to do with me, right?
But how did they start fighting?
Don’t you want the usual points anymore?
Daphne, who had just woken up from the coma, saw Jian Yu, whose face was filled with shock.
Just as she was about to say hello, she suddenly remembered something and took out a mirror to look at herself.
Cream all over his head, pasta and bacon hanging on his head...unknown food...the whole person exudes a weird smell...
She decided to bury her head back into her pizza.
When the students saw Daphne's action, they followed suit. They used their hands as pizza and tried to cover their faces so that Jian Yu could not see their faces and identify who they were.
Embarrassment and shame made their faces turn even redder, and they wished they could find a black bag to put their heads in to avoid revealing their identities. If their hands were not big enough, they would have wanted to cover their entire bodies to hide their embarrassment.
Looking at this, if they all started working at the same time, the four founders probably wouldn't have to work so hard to renovate and build the castle.
"You—you—you are for this very reason—"
"Miss Jane—she—you—she—she was not present—"
Professors McGonagall, Flitwick, and Sprout spoke incoherently with their mouths hanging open.
It was really hard for them to accept that there were students in their college who did such a ridiculous thing.
You know, they had already made many guesses on the way here.
For example, insults were hurled at each other over issues of bloodline, leading to a war between schools.
After all, conflicts of this magnitude had hardly ever occurred during their time as teachers.
But the truth was completely beyond their imagination.
A little badger whimpered and burped uncontrollably under Professor Snape's gaze. The simple jade pendant in the shape of a heart in his pocket slipped to the ground. He was about to reach out to rescue it, but Snape got there first.
Snape's face became even gloomier. He picked up the pendant suddenly, looked at it twice, and angrily stuffed it into Jian Yu's hand.
Then he turned around and glared at the students lying on the ground:
"The air is filled with the stench of teenage hormones. It's really disgusting."
Jian Yu looked at the pendant in confusion, as if he understood something.
This melon...is it really related to her?
This group of people...could they be treating her as some kind of action figure?
You finally got the chance to attend a dance party and you want to ask her to dance with you?
Let her cosplay herself as herself in the game?
It's really puzzling.
