Chapter 277 Educating the Next Generation

Chapter 277 Educating the Next Generation

"Sirius Black! You useless bastard, get out of here!"

Number 12 Grimmauld Place echoed with the angry roar of Phineas Black.

The sound was so loud that it even drowned out Mrs. Black and shook the whole house.

"If you're a man, don't be a coward!" He continued to roar in his own frame, "What kind of skill is it to be so timid! Is this what you learned in Gryffindor?"

But even though he shouted at the top of his lungs, creating a 360° surround sound effect, Sirius did not appear in front of him, and even the house-elf Kreacher did not show up quickly.

Phineas, who was panting, was gradually becoming more and more angry, but at this moment he heard the creaking sound of the door opening, followed by a burst of cursing.

"Are you sick? Kreacher!" His great-grandson roared even louder than him. "It's just some tequila and butter beer for everyone. Which pub can't you buy? Why do you have to trick me into going to that kind of place? Tell me, what do you want there?"

Phineas, who wanted to yell at his great-grandson, couldn't help but feel a little confused when he heard this. He calmed down and continued to listen.

"Kreacher is sick! As long as the young master doesn't get married, Kreacher will be sick!" The elf screamed, "The young master is a disgusting and dirty bastard who is only fit to swim in the gutter! Kreacher should have refused to serve him, but the young master is the last member of the Black family, and Kreacher must let him go out and meet some girls!"

"If my mistress knew that the Black family disappeared in Kreacher's hands and ended up in the hands of the hateful young master, how angry would she be? God, if the previous masters that Kreacher served knew, what would they say?"

Phineas nodded in agreement. Even though he didn't like this great-grandson, he had to force himself to like him when there was only one person left in the family.

"Just thinking about it makes Kreacher feel ashamed! If it wasn't for the kind-hearted young lady who woke me up, Kreacher would still be in a daze! If he couldn't see the young master give birth to an heir for the Black family, Kreacher would die with his eyes wide open. Even if he died, he would not be able to face Kreacher's mother and grandmother!"

Hearing this, Phineas couldn't help but praise this loyal house-elf.

"Right! Kreacher, well done!" He shouted, "Sirius, I tell you, if you don't listen to the old man, you will suffer the consequences!"

Hearing the noise, Sirius quickly rushed to the bedroom where the portrait was and punched the frame.

He really didn't know why this ancestor, who never went home and whose picture frame was always empty, suddenly returned to this house and launched a mental attack on him.

"That's impossible." The rebelliousness and stubbornness in the Black family emerged again, and Sirius said coldly to Phineas, "I won't get married. Even if I die and am buried in a grave with my bones rotten, I won't get married."

"You - you -" Phineas pointed at him with a trembling finger, and it seemed that he was about to die again because of his great-grandson.

He panted for a long time, but gradually calmed down. Then he scolded harshly:

"Forget it. Even if you get married and have children, you don't seem to be a good father. You don't even know what your godson, the Potter boy, has experienced in school. You keep saying that you love him, but you have never cared about his life in school. You are careless, reckless and impulsive..."

"What?" Sirius jumped up, the word 'Harry' instantly triggered his sensitive words, and he rushed back upstairs to look for the letter from his godson.

Phineas became more and more angry as he spoke, and a thought of regret for future generations suddenly occupied his mind:

"You useless thing. You finally found Dumbledore and boarded his ship, but you do nothing and are useless. Is Voldemort dead? No. Are the Death Eaters locked up? No. Is Umbridge kicked out of the school? No. You have been out of prison for so many years, haven't you made any effort? You are still here lazily drinking wine."

His anger caused Mrs. Black, who had opened the curtain downstairs and was about to curse, to shut her mouth, not daring to touch his majesty at all.

"You have no ambition at all. You only do what Dumbledore tells you to do. Are you a toad in winter? You only move when you are poked?"

"Why don't you take the initiative? If you had used your subjective initiative and kicked Umbridge out of school, your ancestors wouldn't have been dominated by a villain! My influence would have dropped from number one to number two! The reputation of the Black family would have been ruined! You are an unworthy descendant who has forgotten your ancestors!"

Sirius rushed down waving Harry's handwritten letter, not allowing anyone to question his love for his godson, and punched the portrait again:

"Shut up! What are you trying to stir up? Harry told me that he's doing well in school! He's safe!"

"You are not worthy of being my ancestor! Anyway, I have been expelled from the list by that old witch a long time ago. Sooner or later, I will burn your portrait -"

Phineas covered his swollen left face, his voice was so painful that it was unclear:

"You loser, you are not worthy of being my descendant! Your godson's school life is so safe that he is treated like a Muggle, and you, a fool, still foolishly believe that the information conveyed by those monitored letters is true! How could the Black family have such a fool as you-"

Sirius' eyes widened. He could tell from his ancestor's words that he was conveying some message.

Now his enraged brain calmed down, and after a few seconds of calming down, he decided to assess the situation.

Then he roughly pulled a piece of the bed curtain to wipe the stain on the picture frame, and said in a stiff tone:

"I'm sorry, ancestor, you are my real ancestor. I want to frame you at the highest point in my bedroom. So what happened in school?"

Phineas, still furious, covered his bruised cheek and snorted coldly:

"Dolores Umbridge, the so-called Senior Undersecretary of the Ministry of Magic, took advantage of Dumbledore's absence to plot to seize the position of Headmaster in the school and implement a high-handed rule..."

He recounted what had happened at school and told Sirius:

"She has already expelled the stinky girl adopted by Dumbledore. The next person to be expelled might be your Potter boy. In short, things and people related to Dumbledore will not end well..."

When Phineas mentioned Jian Yu, he couldn't help but think of his own experience of being beaten down, so he immediately began to save his dignity:

"If that little girl hadn't knelt down and begged me to tell you this information, I wouldn't have said a word to you, such a useless thing - Ouch! It hurts! You unfilial son!"

Hearing Jian Yu being belittled, Sirius punched him again, causing his right cheek to swell up, and he cursed incoherently:

"You useless piece of shit, why don't you do something useful! Get Umbridge out of here and take my name back! Remember to write the fact that my portrait played an important role in this matter into the school history books and publicize it!"

Phineas disappeared from the frame with a curse, and it looked like he wasn't going to want to see his great-great-grandson again anytime soon.

......

Sirius was extremely anxious when he learned that his godson was tortured and Jane was expelled.

He wanted to rush into Hogwarts and pin Umbridge to death in her office.

Fortunately, the visit of Mrs. Weasley and Lupin prevented Sirius from committing murder and returning to Azkaban in time.

"Well, Sirius, I heard that you're not willing to go on a blind date - what's wrong with you?"

The two men watched in amazement as Sirius' handsome face turned ablaze with anger, and received unfortunate news about the children.

"My children... Jade and Harry..." Mrs. Weasley's face was pale. She wiped her tearful eyes. "Merlin - what have they suffered? They only reported good news to me and their father, but not bad news. It turns out that there is no way to report bad news at all?"

The mother had a brief breakdown over the children:

"If it weren't for Yu's ingenuity, who thought of using portraits to convey information, I would have thought they were safe and well in school—? Merlin, she even knelt down to beg Principal Black for everyone—this poor child, what has she been forced into?"

"I don't understand why Harry never calls me and tells me these things." Sirius scratched his hair irritably. "I gave him a two-way mirror, but he never uses it. Did Umbridge take it away?"

He jumped up from the sofa and was about to rush out the door:

"I'll submit an article to the Daily Prophet right now! Expose Umbridge's atrocities at school."

Mrs. Weasley and Lupin held Sirius's shoulders on the left and right, and pressed him hard on the sofa:

"Calm down! That newspaper is acting under Fudge's instructions. Everyone thinks the school has improved under Umbridge's leadership! Your manuscript won't be published at all, and no one will believe it!"

"What should I do?" Sirius, anxious, lay back, "I'm really going to kill someone!"

"I have a plan." The smart and intelligent Remus Lupin, whose intelligence has been greatly improved in workplace relationships, suddenly spoke mysteriously, "Perhaps you know what 'praise to death' means?"

Mrs. Weasley and Sirius, not understanding what was going on, cast doubtful looks at him.

They always feel that... this Remus Lupin seems to have gone dark while working day after day?

Thinking of himself being swept up into the sky, Lupin couldn't help but shed a few bitter tears for himself:

"I exceeded my KPL target last month, so I have to raise my KPL for next month. I became an outstanding employee last month, so I have to extend my working hours next month... I feel like I'm being completely manipulated. My colleagues say the company can't do without me, and they praise me to the skies. The whole company commends me for my achievements, but when I was working at the Phoenix Society, they almost took away all my work, and secretly worked twice as much overtime as I did... Now they all think I'm showing off..."

Dejected and frustrated in his career, he made a speech:

"So it's the same with Umbridge. As long as we praise her to the point of being dizzy and make her want to achieve something...she will fall harder when she falls."
