In Nanjing at the end of December, the temperature is not as cold as on the islands.
Having adapted to the temperature in the north, Tian Xin and Tian Jun are not quite used to coming to the south where the temperature is around zero degrees.
"Auntie, we'll be arriving at Nanjing Station soon." The journey lasted more than five days. Although it was a sleeper berth, it was definitely uncomfortable being trapped in such a small space.
Tian Jun also said that even though his quality of life improved dramatically after joining the army, he had suffered a lot in the past, so just sitting on the train for a few days was nothing to him.
But Aunt Xin is a girl with a delicate body and her face looked obviously haggard.
Immersed in books, Tian Xin had long forgotten the passage of time.
Hearing this, I looked at my watch in confusion. It was already 11 o'clock in the morning.
Tian Xin realized that she was so busy reading the notes given by the teacher that she completely forgot about the time.
After coming to her senses, she patted her forehead and carefully put the books into the box.
The teacher was transferred to Beijing half a year ago, and what was left to her was her life's work, so she had to put it in a proper way.
After packing up, Tian Xin took a towel and prepared to go to the bathroom to tidy up.
"Auntie, just use the water in the kettle and flush it through the window. There are too many people in the corridor toilet." Although Tian Jun's temperament becomes more and more dull as he grows older, he is still very considerate to the family members in his heart.
As he was talking, he handed over the military canteen that he had filled with water in the washroom more than an hour ago.
"Thank you!" Tian Xin took it with a smile, wet the towel with warm water, wiped her face, smoothed her messy hair, and asked, "Are you really not going to the army with me?"
Tian Jun shook his head and put all the boxes at the door of the carriage: "There is not much vacation time left." He had already made plans to go back to his hometown after sending Aunt Xin off.
There's no need to rush in the next day or two, Tian Xin argued in her heart.
But thinking that Xiaojun always had her own ideas, and someone outside had already shouted that they had arrived at the station, she didn't hesitate any more. She hung her cross-body bag and water bottle in front of her and reached out to pick up the suitcase.
Tian Xin didn't bring many clothes, but she did bring a whole box of books.
Tian Jun reached out and picked up the largest one, leaving a relatively small one that only contained a few pieces of clothes and wrapped it up.
"Give me another one, why don't you take it?" Tian Xin put the small package on her back and went to take the box from Xiao Jun's hand.
"No, I can carry it." Tian Jun avoided Aunt Xin's hand and said, "We're getting ready to get off the car, Aunt, follow me closely."
As he spoke, he followed the crowd and went out.
Seeing this, Tian Xin rubbed her brows and followed them helplessly. She felt that Xiao Jun had basically treated her like a glass doll all the way.

Nanjing Railway Station is located by the lake and on the mountain, and is known as the most beautiful railway station in China.
After Tian Xin got off the train amidst the crowded crowd, she subconsciously looked around.
Whether it is the most beautiful or not, I can still see the whole picture now, so I can’t comment, but the architecture is exquisite and the crowds are really huge.
Especially at a glance, there are actually quite a few well-dressed people taking photos.
Just as Tian Xin's gaze lingered on a towering tree not far away, she suddenly felt her body lighten.
She subconsciously turned her head and her eyes met a pair of familiar and gentle eyes.
"You..." Surprise flashed across Tian Xin's eyes. She wanted to ask him why he came so quickly, but they hadn't seen each other for more than a year. It was a sudden surprise to meet each other again after such a long separation.
From the moment the little girl got off the car, Wang Linkun's eyes had been fixed on his increasingly beautiful wife.
Although I couldn't hug her right away, I saw her little face quickly turn rosy, and the emotions in her chest that seemed to be surging out were finally suppressed.
He picked up the backpack he had taken from the little girl, and patted Tian Jun's shoulder with satisfaction, feeling that the boy had changed every year. He was only 20 years old, but now he was as tall as him: "Thank you for your hard work on the road."
As he spoke, Wang Linkun took another box from his hands, then smiled and answered his fiancee's doubts: "I know your car number, and I have asked the crew about the approximate location in advance. I will stand over there when you get off the train."
As he spoke, he raised his chin in one direction.
Tian Xin was able to follow his line of sight, but unexpectedly discovered that many people were looking back at them.
She didn't think about the handsome men and beautiful women as the reason why people stopped to look at her. She just thought that everyone was wearing military uniforms and it was too conspicuous. Tian Xin suggested: "How about... let's go out first?"
Seeing that she was uncomfortable, Wang Linkun nodded and stood beside the little girl: "Come here with me."

The jeep stopped not far from the train station.
After putting the luggage down, Wang Linkun took them to eat first.
Tian Jun shook his head: "I won't go. I have to go to the bus station to buy a ticket."
Wang Linkun had learned from his mother that he was going to do something in his hometown, but he didn't expect it to be so soon. He frowned: "So urgent?"
It wasn't a big deal to save a few hours, but Tian Jun didn't want to disturb other people's dating, so he said briefly: "There's not much time left."
Others might not be able to see the thoughtfulness beneath the young man's cold expression, but who is Wang Linkun? He must be a smart guy, how could he not know it?
He hooked his arm around the other's shoulder with a smile and said, "Stinky boy, stop thinking about nonsense. No matter how urgent it is, you have to wait until after dinner."
As he said that, he opened the back door and motioned for people to get in quickly.
Tian Jun touched his nose, and finally decided not to refuse, so he lowered his head and sat in the back seat.
Seeing that he was obedient, Tian Xin breathed a sigh of relief. When she raised her foot to sit in, someone held her shoulders.
Then she sat in the passenger seat in a daze. When she came to her senses, she looked up at the man still standing next to the car with confusion in her eyes.
Wang Linkun raised his hand and poked her head: "Sit in the back? What are you thinking about?"
