Chapter 59: Evil Knight

Chapter 59 Evil Knight (Page 1/2)

As the bursting flames dispersed the dark clouds of ghostly spirits, the evil spirits surrounding the troll Stark were instantly hit hard.

The violent explosion covered the evil spirits' wails, and the strong shock wave shook their spirits.

Several evil spirits that were the first to bear the brunt were the most seriously injured, and their spirits and bodies were directly disintegrated and disappeared into the air.

The other evil spirits that were affected were also not feeling well. The magic flames and the dust of the moon dust were like maggots attached to their bones, burning their spirits. The midday sun shone directly down, invisibly weakening their soul power.

Seizing the weakest moment of the evil spirits, Frank did not dare to stop for a moment. He immediately took a step forward, stepped on Stark's head, and with the help of his body, leaped into the air.

The sharp venomous snake silver sword in his hand directly turned into several silver lights, slashing at the bodies of the evil spirits.

It was said that it was too late!

Just like a quick knife cutting tofu, the silver sword of the venomous snake flashed, giving the evil spirits no chance to resist, and chopped the bodies of several injured evil spirits into pieces without any hindrance.

After the successful attack, the demon hunter directly used Stark as a stepping stone, stepped on its back, and took advantage of the height advantage to continuously launch swift attacks on the surrounding evil spirits.

In just less than ten seconds, Frank exerted his fastest speed, and the silver sword in his hand was swung into a sword light, aiming at the bodies of those evil spirits without mercy.

He must weaken the power of these evil spirits in the shortest time.

Otherwise, when they react, they will lose this excellent attack opportunity.

In the end, under his strenuous attack, more than half of the evil spirits were destroyed on the spot, and the remaining ten or so evil spirits were all injured and fell into a weak state, no longer as strong as when they first appeared.

The inner courtyard of the castle was still full of ghosts, and a dozen evil spirits floated around Frank and the troll. They did not attack rashly, but kept making threatening wails.

Their figures kept wandering, and from time to time they would suddenly approach and use the decayed long swords in their hands to attack by surprise, as if they wanted to weaken the demon hunter in this way.

Although these monsters no longer have the intelligence they had in their lives, as evil spirits transformed from intelligent creatures, they still have amazing fighting instincts.

When their own side was seriously damaged, these evil spirits no longer just attacked blindly, but switched to a round-robin and attrition war, and began to attack Frank and the other man.

Facing such an enemy that was more than ten times his number, the demon hunter, although he had keen perception and high swordsmanship, soon fell into a state of anxiety and his physical strength dropped rapidly.

After he killed two evil spirits in a row by exchanging injuries for his life, the situation on the battlefield suddenly changed dramatically.

Creak! Creak! Creak!

Heavy footsteps suddenly came from the castle gate in the distance, accompanied by the sound of huge iron boots rubbing against the floor. A two-meter-tall knight covered with rusty full-body plate armor and surrounded by black air walked out of the castle.

In one hand, he held a huge iron shield with a white eagle, the national emblem of Redania, carved on it, and in the other hand, he held a gorgeous knight's sword that was more than one meter long.

After walking out of the castle gate, this knight in full plate armor pointed the sword in his hand directly at Frank. In the visor that flashed with black and red light, his rotten skull-like face radiated a resentful light.

A rotten and low voice, as if it came from hell, came from his visor:

"You bastards from Temeria, you dare to invade the territory of Redania."

"As a knight, I will expel you."

"Warriors, follow me to kill the enemy."

With the roar of this evil knight covered in black air, the remaining ten evil spirits on the field seemed to be inspired by some kind of power and stopped their actions one after another.
