After waking up, Ji Lin'an and I slowly sat up. Looking at the black door that had appeared out of thin air in front of us, we looked at each other and stood up together. Ji Lin'an reached out to stop me: "You stay here, I'll go take a look."
Somewhat uneasy, I followed behind Ji Lin'an, keeping a meter's distance from him. When we reached the black gate, the cave suddenly went white, and the cave was instantly brightly lit, making every corner clearly visible, yet there wasn't a single lamp in sight. The light came from the cracks between the rocks. Ji Lin'an stepped forward and pushed the stone door, but it wouldn't open. Ji Lin'an and I then groped around the stone door for a switch, but found nothing.
Just as we were at our wits' end, we heard a noise behind us. Ji Lin'an and I turned around and saw that a white wall had suddenly appeared on the cave wall, which was originally full of stones. On the white wall were a bunch of densely packed words. Ji Lin'an and I went closer to take a closer look. The words on the wall were:
Welcome, lucky ones! To the post-apocalyptic survival community!
Duration of this post-apocalyptic survival challenge: three months
The rules for survival in the apocalypse are as follows:
One hundred lucky participants will compete in groups of 10, who can team up independently. Only groups of 10 players can collect survival supplies from the resource center. Supplies can be collected 10 times in total, with no time limit, as long as the group has at least 10 members. If a survivor in a group chooses to team up with another group after collecting supplies, that group's supply allocation will be reduced by the amount of supplies the new survivor receives. If the total number of participants is less than 10, supplies will stop being distributed. The game ends when only 3 survivors remain, and the winners gain ultimate freedom. If the survival period of three months ends and more than 3 survivors remain, all survivors will die immediately.
Zombies are present in the survival area. Killing zombies will earn you points. The points shop has been updated with survival weapons, so please use them wisely.

The game rules will be displayed on the Future Island interface, and you can check them at any time to ensure the game is played correctly.
After reading the game rules, please go to the exit gate and place your palm in the designated area to complete the authentication. Once all players have successfully authenticated, the gate will open, and the cave will release poison gas two hours later. All players must complete the authentication and leave the cave within two hours.
After reading the game rules, I was stunned, my mind went blank, my limbs went weak, and I unconsciously sat down on the ground. Ji Lin'an was still staring at the rules on the wall, motionless and silent. I sat on the ground, repeatedly digesting the contents of the wall. I originally thought that after becoming a lucky one, this would just be a simple post-apocalyptic survival game against zombies, but after arriving at the G City shelter, it turned into a real killing game with guns and bullets. No wonder Kaka hoped that we would let her go when we met her.
Ji Lin'an finally moved, turned his head to look at me, and sat down next to me: "Let's call Qianliyan and the others."
I nodded in agreement and dialed the number for Qianliyan. The phone rang for a while before being answered: "Hello."
With a weak voice, Qianliyan said, "Old Ji, are we doomed?"
Ji Lin'an took the phone: "Let's get verified first. After we get out, we'll figure out a way to meet up and then think of other solutions."
Qianliyan readily agreed and led Wufeng and Weibin to the gate for authentication. Ji Lin'an and I also arrived at the black gate, where two handprints were clearly visible. We placed our hands on the handprints, and after 2 seconds, red lights flashed around our hands. The four words "Authentication Successful" were displayed in the center of the gate.
After we all successfully authenticated, we waited in the cave for almost an hour. During the wait, I took out a protective suit from my spatial storage and put it on, while Ji Lin'an took out a gun from his spatial storage, ready to open the door at any time. After a short while, we heard a deafening bell ringing. We saw green light flashing continuously around the door. After flashing ten times, the door slowly opened, and Ji Lin'an handed me a gun.
We slowly walked to the exit. Ji Lin'an cautiously peeked out, but seeing that there was nothing outside the cave, he pulled his head back in. Ji Lin'an then called Qianliyan and the others: "Hey, Qianliyan, have you guys gone out yet?"
Thousand-Mile Eye replied, "Not yet, I was just about to call you."
Ji Lin'an said, "Don't rush out yet. Use your skills to look around and see if you can spot us. I'll also use my skills to check the surroundings. Look for weapons nearby and make sure you're safe."
We didn't hang up. After Qianliyan agreed, he and Ji Lin'an started using their skills. A few minutes later, Qianliyan said, "Old Ji, I can't see you guys. Can you see what's going on outside?"
Ji Lin'an looked at the phone screen: "I think I can see it clearly now. This survival area is a disc-shaped forest. We are in the outermost cave. I can see three other survivors around us, in the same outer cave as us. It seems that all the caves are on the outer edge. So, be careful. When you leave the cave, go to your left. We'll go to our right. Keep going and we'll eventually meet up."
The all-seeing eye replied, "Alright, let's leave the cave now."
Ji Lin'an glanced at the time, then turned to me and said, "Have you looked for the Bluetooth earphones in your space? I remember I brought a pair from the villa and put them in my suitcase."
I fumbled around in my phone for a while and finally found the earphones. Ji Lin'an immediately put one on my phone and handed it to me. He then put the phone in his pocket and said into the earphones, "Thousand-Mile Eyes, don't hang up. We'll stay in touch."
The all-seeing eye said, "Okay."
Ji Lin'an raised his gun, turned to me, and said, "Su Su, stay close to me. I'll go first, and you observe the situation behind you. Try to go to a more secluded place."
