It seemed that the little peacock slept too soundly and too comfortably. After waking up, it found itself stuffed in this small secret bag. Young creatures are full of spirituality and are the most lively. They can't help but stay still. So they rubbed Qi Wuhuo's hand from this small place. The young Taoist untied the secret bag, held it in his palm and took it out.
"Are you awake?"
The peacock responded with an unpleasant and noisy cry.
In the palm of the young Taoist priest, he walked with his head held high and his chest puffed out, striding forward.
The spirituality is very lively.
However, it was also very noisy because of this. Qi Wuhuo's spirit was not able to reflect its spirit as before. The young Taoist thought about it, held up the peacock with his left hand, raised his right hand, and stretched his fingers naturally upwards with his palms facing outwards, which was the Buddhist [Fearlessness Seal]. The peacock's state of mind instantly became like the young Taoist's spirit.
Qi Wuhuo seemed to be thinking about something.
The Abhaya Mudra is to seal the heart with the heart, to bring peace to one’s own soul, and then to bring peace to the soul of the person being sealed.
Going a step further, it seems a bit like the Buddhist concept of telepathy.
Buddhism has five aggregates, and many Bodhisattvas also have five major mudras. Could it be that they are all related to the five major supernatural powers of Buddhism?
This thought only flashed through his mind without further investigation. After performing the Fearless Seal, the peacock's spiritual thoughts flashed through the young Taoist's mind. The young Taoist stretched out his fingers, gently brushed the peacock's fur, and asked with a smile:
"You said you had a dream?"
"What kind of dream was it?"
So the little peacock held his head high and chest puffed out, strode across the desk, and talked about his dream.
Big cat! Bad! Nine heads!
Eat me!
It’s black and I don’t know where it is. It looks like an eggshell!
Don't want to go back in there!
Eggshells are edible!
Finally pecked open the eggshell!
Pecking and eating at the same time!
Finally, the big cat disappeared, but he was still very hungry. In his dream, there was a ball of light in the sky.
Bright, round, and glowing.
Just like the rice grains that Aqi gave me to eat.
Take a bite!
Eat well——
The little peacock patted his belly with his wings, which were too flexible for a bird, but found that his belly, which had been bloated from eating too much, had deflated again. His eyes stopped moving, and it looked like he was in a daze. Then a trace of thought flashed across his eyes:
"Are you full?"
"full?"
"Hungry?"
"Hungry!!!"
"Aqi, I'm hungry, hungry!"
It ran to Qi Wuhuo's side, opened its mouth wide like a real baby bird. Qi Wuhuo laughed and took the sesame cake that it liked very much today. However, the little peacock was extremely happy. It held the cake with its flexible wings and took a few big bites. However, it did not continue. It just raised its head, puzzled, and then "asked" Qi Wuhuo -
Not tasty.
Not very hungry!
Still hungry!
Qi Wuhuo was slightly surprised, and said with a smile: "It doesn't matter, there are others, let's try this one."
He took out the remaining vegetable leaves from today.
The little peacock pecked it several times, then turned around and coughed everything out.
When it was just born, it was a little guy who was not picky and could eat anything, but now it has become like this. Qi Wuhuo tried many things to feed it, even the peach preserves made by Yunqin herself, but it just wouldn't eat any of the vegetable leaves, rice grains, or meals.
In the end, they had eaten everything, even to the stove, and only the raw pork strips prepared by the young Taoist Mingxin were left.
The little peacock's eyes lit up, and it jumped down from the young Taoist's shoulder impatiently. After flapping its wings a few times, it was able to sway in the air and land on the stove, and then pecked at it. It was a very cold winter day, and the pork was placed in a cold place, so the blood in the pork froze and became hard.
It is powerful enough to be used to hit bricks, or even nails. It is more useful than a hammer.
If you swing it in a circle and smash it towards the top of the head, you can knock down three or five strong men.
But the little peacock made a hole with one bite, and when he raised his head, he had already torn out a large piece of pork and swallowed it in big mouthfuls.
Qi Wuhuo didn't even see how it could swallow such a big piece of pork with such a small mouth.
It was as if I hadn't eaten for days and nights.
The little peacock pecked and swallowed quickly, as if it would starve to death if it was a second slower.
It's just tea time.
The chunk of pork, which was as thick and long as Qi Wuhuo's forearm, had already been eaten to the bottom.
The little peacock staggered and fell down with a plop.
The belly is round.
The young Taoist really had no idea how such a big piece of pork could get into such a small belly.
He squatted down, stretched out his fingers and poked the little peacock's belly, which felt very good.
"How did you manage to eat so much?"
"ah?"
The little peacock tried hard to raise his head.
But the bloated belly made it difficult to do so.
Try it a few times.
Snap, lie down.
give up.
think.
Then, the soul, which was still as blank as a blank sheet of paper, naturally answered:
Because I am the Peacock Wheel King!
The young Taoist smiled warmly.
How could there be a bloodline like that of the Peacock King that would get a bloated stomach after eating such a big piece of pork?
Although he is young, he is not stupid.
The old ox's words may deceive others, but they cannot deceive him who lives with the peacock day and night.
But he probably knew that Uncle Niu said this because he didn't want to spoil their fun, but the old ox didn't know that the young Taoist was already extremely happy that the little bird could survive.
He placed the little peacock in his palm, closed the kitchen door, apologized to the little Taoist Mingxin, and thought that he needed to get up early the next morning to go to the city market and buy some new meat. Otherwise, the little Taoist would be sad. He walked slowly in the quiet Taoist temple and said with a smile: "By the way, you were just born. Do you want a name? I can't call you little guy all the time, right?"
Little Peacock: "What's the name?"
“You can eat it!”
The young Taoist laughed and said, "Of course you can't eat it."
"As for the name..."
He thought of someone who once said, "May my son have a life without doubts, peace and prosperity." He paused and said:
"It is a hope, a sustenance, a blessing, and a name that belongs to you alone."
Qi Wuhuo explained to the young peacock what a surname and a given name were, and then said:
"According to Uncle Niu, you are Peacock. Otherwise, your last name is Kong?"
hole?!!
Oh no! No!
The young Taoist said, "Don't you like it?"
"So [Que]?"
The little peacock shook his head repeatedly.
bird?
Oh, no, no!
It answered as a matter of course:
I want to use the same last name as Aqi!
Same!
The young Taoist smiled faintly and said, "Okay, then you will follow me from now on. Your surname will be Qi. As for your name, Yunqin and I will decide together later."
The little peacock was very happy. It climbed to the top of the young Taoist's head and nested there.
"You are Aqi, and I am also Aqi."
"Big Aqi, Little Aqi."
"Aqi is big, Aqi is small."
After making a lot of noise for a while, it fell asleep. The young Taoist picked it up gently, placed it on a soft cushion, and watched it sleep soundly.
His mood also calmed down a lot. After meditating for an hour to circulate his energy, he washed up, lay on the bed, with the moonlight shining all over his body. He thought about the things to do at the Mingzhen Taoist Alliance the next night, and before he knew it, he fell into a deep sleep. The next day, the old Taoist priest and the young Taoist priest saw a fat little bird on Qi Wuhuo's shoulder.
The young Taoist Mingxin asked in confusion: "Ah? Uncle Master, when did you buy a little fat chicken?"
"It looks like a three-yellow chicken."
The little peacock looked at Qi Wuhuo in confusion.
Three yellow chicken?
The young Taoist replied, "It's delicious."
So the little peacock was very happy and waved its wings towards the little Taoist Mingxin.
…
However, in the Qinghua Changle Realm there is a Miaoyan Palace. There is a Taoist who wears a crown and a rosy robe, a wonderful Taoist body, and a purple gold auspicious appearance. He is reading Taoist teachings. He first reads the "Taiyi Jiuku Hushen Miaojing", and then the "Dongxuan Lingbao Jiuku Eliminate Sins Miaojing". The wonderful teachings are flowing, but when he sits down, the nine-headed lion is fast asleep.
Suddenly he opened his eyes.
So the Taoist stopped talking, his eyes calm, and asked, "What's the matter?"
The Nine-Headed Lion Yuanzun yawned, and then replied respectfully:
"Please forgive me, I was sleeping soundly, but suddenly I had a strange dream and woke up."
Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun said in a calm voice, "What dream?"
Nine-headed Lion Yuanzun recalled briefly and said, "It was a strange dream. I only remember swallowing a peacock in one mouthful, and then I fell asleep. Tianzun should know that the spirituality and foundation of the peacock are ordinary. Even the Peacock Great Wheel Mingwang is not worthy of being swallowed in one mouthful by my disciple. The so-called [Peacock Dharma] is just to stop rain, pray for rain, and eliminate disasters."
"Even the following passage, [It can remove fear, enemies, and all kinds of calamities. Moreover, if one fully recites and upholds it, he will surely obtain happiness], is only ordinary."
"Although his cultivation is powerful, it is just the means of a side sect Yuan Jun."
"With my talent and strength, I may not lose. If I am well prepared, I can swallow it up in one gulp."
"But this dream is quite mysterious."
He was extremely respectful as he looked at the scripture placed next to Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun.
It is the Taoist heritage and also the classic of the [Taiyi Dharma Lineage] opened up by Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun.
"The Miraculous Sutra of Taiyi for Rescuing the Suffering and Protecting the Body" and "The Miraculous Sutra of Resolving Grievances among the Three Lives".
As well as the "Miraculous Sutra of the Most High Mysterious and Spiritual Treasure Heavenly Venerable on Saving Suffering and Removing Sins", "Miraculous Sutra of the Most High Mysterious and Spiritual Treasure Heavenly Venerable on Rebirth and Saving Suffering", and "Miraculous Sutra of the Most High Mysterious and Spiritual Treasure Heavenly Venerable on Saving the Three Paths and Five Sufferings from Birth and Death" inherited from his master and named after his master.
Tai Shang means the Supreme One. When the Three Pure Ones disciples address their respective masters, they always add the word "Taishang" before the name.
He is one of the most famous Taoist celestial beings.
He learned from one of the Three Pure Ones, the Great Heavenly Venerable Shangqing Lingbao.
He was the founding disciple of the Great Heavenly Venerable Shangqing.
His cultivation level is far stronger than that of the other Shangqing disciples.
Inheriting the thought of saving people from Lingbao Great Heavenly Venerable, he transformed into the Ten Directions Heavenly Venerable.
It was also passed down that the Great Celestial Venerable personally refined the magic weapon, the Willow Jade Purifying Bottle.
"The Complete Works of Qingxuanji's Iron Pot Food Offering" states: He rides on a nine-headed lion, holds willow branches in his hands and sprinkles nectar to save the suffering and the dying.
This is the Taiyi Rescuer of Sufferings.
The "Yellow Lu Zhai Ten Heavenly Lords Ceremony" that Yun Qin had taken out of the Shangqing Library before, the ten Heavenly Lords referred to in it were all his incarnations. Only in the library of the Shangqing lineage could such rituals that directly led to the ten incarnations of Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun be taken out and read directly.
At this moment, Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun laughed and lowered his eyes to ask, showing his seriousness. The nine-headed lion naturally became more respectful and answered:
"That little peacock tried countless times in my disciple's belly, but always failed. His character is extremely tenacious."
"In the end, he directly pecked at the disciple's stomach as if it were an eggshell."
"He actually devoured the disciple in my dream completely."
"Then it seemed unsatisfied, and opened its mouth, swallowing the entire sun."
"But he's a greedy little fellow."
Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun lowered his eyes and said calmly: "The image of the [Peacock] swallowing the [Sun]?"
The Nine-Headed Lion Yuan Zun said respectfully: "My disciple's cultivation has entered the realm of perfection. I can be called Yuan Zun. I am a demon who has achieved enlightenment, comparable to a Bodhisattva and Yuan Jun. Although I am still a little short of the immortal realm of [Three Flowers Gathering at the Top of the Head, Five Qis Returning to the Origin], my soul has returned to oneness and I have long stopped thinking in dreams. Whenever I have dreams, they are reminders from the souls of heaven and earth."
"It is just that my disciple is dull and stupid. I beg the Heavenly Venerable to help me. I don't know what this phenomenon means."
"A peacock is nothing but an ordinary one. Even if it is the Peacock King, I can fight and kill it, and swallow and eat it."
"Its talent is only in praying for rain, warding off evil spirits, and clearing away evil spirits, but it does not have the power to devour."
Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun replied: "Everything in the heaven and earth has its own rotation and laws. Don't worry about it."
"In recent days, I seem to have sensed the presence of Master."
"When you have the chance, go find him."
"Back then, he only gave me a jade bottle and asked me to save all living beings and enlighten the world. Now, I have completed my mission and attained the status of the Ten Directions Celestial Lord, but he is still hiding."
Taiyi Jiuku Tianzun swept his whisk, placed it on his arm, and said calmly: "Master, please tell me your duties."
"Disciple should always ask Master."
"What does it mean?"
At this point, Fang still had the bearing of a Taoist master, and then he looked into the distance and murmured lightly:
"Master, no matter how interesting it is, no matter how good the cultivation seeds are."
"Don't be itchy and don't go out."
"Don't let me block you."
…
It was night again, and the moonlight was very good today. The young Taoist took the little peacock with him, then took out the badge from his waist, looked up, saw the full moon, got up and left the Taoist temple, followed the water, and according to what the fortune teller said, he raised his hand and pointed the badge at the moon, and saw the moonlight flowing, and indeed there was a road appearing in the water under the moon.
Qi Wuhuo put the things away.
Even though my mood has been extremely peaceful for more than half a month, there are still ripples at this moment.
The boy whispered slowly:
"Mingzhen Dao League..."
I hope that fortune teller doesn't cause any trouble.
