Seeing the countless Buddha lights, clear and bright, there was the aura of the Bodhisattvas that Qi Wuhuo was familiar with. On the surface, these Buddha lights were the same as the Buddha lights of Guanyin and others, very similar, so warm and bright, making people want to get close to them, but Maitreya's Buddha light was elusive and would never be so overbearing.
The Buddha light of Manjushri Bodhisattva is solemn, and the Buddha light of Samantabhadra Bodhisattva is warm.
The Buddha light of Guanyin was like a piece of moonlight, and it was definitely not so overbearing and violent. Qi Wuhuo's real body was drinking tea with Li Zhai at this moment. No matter what Li Zhai asked, the Taoist over there would block it gently and slowly. Then all the gods' thoughts entered this incarnation. Qi Wuhuo held the sword with his left hand, and put his right hand together like a sword, and slowly raised it.
Endless cause and effect converge——
The human Qi in the body lights up.
This place is in the human world!
Qi Wuhuo is equal to the son of Queen Nuwa in status and is inextricably linked to the human world. In the human world, all his actions will be blessed to the utmost extent. When he mobilizes human Qi, he will pick up money even when he goes out. The probability of divination will be directly equal to [1] to a certain extent.
Countless causes and effects converged on this body, forcibly pushing the young Taoist's [Heavenly Eye Divine Power], which was just in its infancy and not yet fully completed, to a considerable level. Endless light appeared on the sword finger, passing from the center of the eyebrows. Qi Wuhuo closed his eyes, and strands of golden light gathered and turned into an upright eye, looking directly at the temple in front of it with clear Buddha light.
In just a moment, the young Taoist's brows frowned.
What the naked eye sees is indeed pure, free and the Buddha's light is clear. But when observing with the Dharma eye, one can faintly glimpse a blood-red glow beneath the Buddha's light, and wisps of inky clouds beneath the Buddhist words rising into the sky. One can even hear faint sobbing sounds in the ears.
Wherever there is light and justice, there will always be shadows.
Qi Wuhuo raised his hand and brushed across his forehead, and all the Dharma Eyes dissipated. With his current level of cultivation, it was extremely difficult and exhausting to push the power of cause and effect. However, the luck of the human world instantly made up for this consumption. He immediately pondered and thought that it seemed that there was indeed something fishy in the [Nalanda Temple]. Judging from the bloody light, even Guanyin and others who risked their lives to get in might not fully understand the details.
"There are still cries. Could there be innocent people inside?"
Qi Wuhuo raised his eyes slightly, pondered for a moment, and suddenly his hands fell down and grasped the hilts of the two magic weapons transformed from the blood river. In the ancient times, the foundation and rituals of the Blood River Taoist Lord who had already stood at the great level and was eager to go further and become the [Yu] or [Qing] who surpassed the great level were transformed into these two swords.
Although they are held in Qi Wuhuo's hands, the essence of these two swords is killing and filth.
He is accustomed to polluting people's souls, dirtying people's auras, corroding cause and effect, and severing bones. He is most proficient in the current situation. Perhaps it is easier than Huo Yao. The young Taoist raised the two blood-colored magic weapons with their sheaths, loosened his hands, and the two swords fell to the ground, sinking deeply into the ground like thorns in rotten mud.
Qi Wuhuo raised his hand and wrote down in one breath the Taichi Lingwen taught by Yuchen Da Daojun.
【untie】!
Buzz buzz buzz!!
The two blood swords seemed to have directly reversed the previous process of tempering into swords, and actually began to melt. Drops of blood-colored sea water flowed and dripped from the sword bodies. It was still slow at first, but in the blink of an eye, it turned into a surging river of blood. The surging blood river turned into an endless sea of blood!
Qi Wuhuo stepped on the sea of blood and with a flick of his sleeves, the sea of blood turned into a mighty river, surging and moving, one left and one right, running back and forth. In the blink of an eye, it drew two magnificent arcs, and then merged in another direction of the temple. The two rivers of blood collided with each other, splashing blood-colored waves dozens of meters high, and then crashed down again.
Looking down from above, you can see that this temple is sacred and majestic, surrounded by countless mountains and forests, and under these mountains, there is an extremely wide and deep blood-red river surrounding it. The young Taoist shook his hand and threw out the relic that had defeated and killed one of the three incarnations of the Buddha, and it fell into the sea of blood.
Then he raised his palm and pressed down slightly, and the luck of humanity suddenly gathered together. The force was so strong that a vortex of stirring Qi was formed around it. In an instant, the relics were forcibly stimulated to come out, and infinite Buddha's light enveloped the sea of blood, making it seem as if it was being eroded by the Buddha's light inside the Nalanda Monastery.
"In this way, we can hide for an hour or two."
Qi Wuhuo sat cross-legged beside the sea of blood.
He slowly closed his eyes, and his Qi seemed to be in harmony with this world. Then he wrote a talisman with his fingers in the air. It was passed down by Jade Purity Yuanshi Tianzun, and was a part of [Brahma Qi Miro], one of his twelve true teachings. The disciples who practiced this magical power had vast and majestic Qi in their bodies, far beyond the ordinary world. Although Qi Wuhuo did not practice [Brahma Qi Miro] Body], he knew the corresponding Jade Purity True Talisman.
At this moment, he wrote more than three hundred talismans in the void in one breath, causing it to begin to continuously gather Yuan Qi here.
To be used after a while.
Just then, he raised his hand and plucked a strand of hair, placed it in his palm, and blew it with Taiyi's immortal energy. The strand of hair floated up and transformed into a small insect in the air, circling in front of the Taoist. The young Taoist smiled and said, "Go, go and see what's inside to see if you can find the innocent people detained here."
The insect was transformed from a wisp of his divine consciousness. Upon hearing what he said, the void turned, and with a flap of its wings, it flew forward. The young Taoist behind him exhaled, and immediately flew straight into the [Landu Temple] as if riding on a cloud. Qi Wuhuo slowly closed his eyes and practiced the method of restraining his qi taught by the Great Daoist.
The insect entered the [Nanda Temple] easily.
However, I saw that the whole place was bright, and the people coming and going were either monks or nuns. In the main halls, there were Buddha statues, and on the cushions, there were monks meditating and practicing Zen. Monks could be heard chanting Buddhist scriptures everywhere inside and outside. If you didn't know what was going on, and saw this scene, you would really think that this was a holy place for monastic practice and a pure city of Buddhism.
Qi Wuhuo's divine consciousness descended, and he could sense the subtle cause and effect.
He immediately controlled the little insect to fly forward, avoiding many monks along the way. He was almost discovered several times, but fortunately, at this moment, those Bodhisattvas who had also cultivated to the True Lord realm were setting up formations everywhere. Among the other Arhats and Vajras, although some were sharp-minded, they were still one step short and did not find any trace of Qi Wuhuo.
Finally, the tiny bug came to the first secret place. It spun in the air and turned into a young Taoist priest wearing a light-colored Taoist robe and with a gentle look. He stepped lightly, but did not cause any cause and effect and was not noticed by the monks outside.
Not to mention their current state of mental fanaticism, it is difficult for them to pay attention to things that have nothing to do with them.
Just the few words "true teachings of Jade Pure Yuanshi Tianzun" are enough to represent the attainment in the law of cause and effect.
How is it possible that these monks who have abandoned the true Dharma and are as obsessed as demons could detect this?
Qi Wuhuo looked up and saw only an ordinary hall. The young Taoist priest used the art of cause and effect to tap forward, and ripples appeared in front of his eyes. The solemn and awe-inspiring Buddhist temple revealed its true appearance. [Treasures].
They are all necessary items for setting up formations and performing rituals.
This should have been normal, but when the Taoist took a look, his expression instantly turned ugly.
The materials of these magical instruments.
yes--
The young Taoist priest managed to hold back the word, preventing the murderous intent from completely erupting.
A magic weapon similar to the Ten Thousand Souls Banner?
According to what he knew, there was a lineage in Buddhism that did have bone instruments, but the most authentic lineage should be that after the death of eminent monks, the bones and relics left behind were used as instruments to show their desire to protect the common people after death, and that all things in life and death are nothingness, and the skin is like a bubble, which will all disappear in an instant.
However, these magical instruments are so numerous and so new, and the bloody and murderous aura on them far exceeds the calmness of the Buddhists who have transcended life and death and left their cultivation to future generations.
“It was newly built within the past ten years.”
"They are prepared in batches for the grand battle."
The Taoist lowered his eyes slightly, walked forward slowly, his sleeves fluttering, and murderous intent rising in his heart as he left here.
The entire hall was crowded with thousands of magical instruments that all collapsed, turned into smoke and disappeared.
The young Taoist found the second place where there were causes and effects. Here were statues of Buddha, vivid and lifelike, covered in gold, with lively and compassionate eyes, just like real people. There were men and women. Qi Wuhuo slowly stretched out his hand and pressed on the Buddha statue, feeling the bones inside the statue and the diamond nails that pierced half of the body from bottom to top.
“…”
The young Taoist slowly opened his eyes and said, "Buddha in the flesh."
In ancient Buddhism, people practiced until their nature was indestructible and their soul became a Buddha. The boat that carried their body across the sea of suffering also did not decay, and this was considered proof of their supernatural powers. However, the current lineage of Buddhism goes so far as to kill living people and make them into Buddhas in the flesh. Otherwise, the practitioners of the current lineage are unwilling to give up their indestructible bodies and are unwilling to realize emptiness, and they want to keep the boat that was rebuked by their predecessors.
Otherwise, they have become so eager for quick success.
However, Qi Wuhuo discovered that among these Buddhas in the flesh, there were actually quite a number of them who were true Buddhists.
Their bodies were extremely hard, and seemed to have experienced angry struggles, and were pressed to death on the lotus platform of the flesh-and-blood Buddha. Their eyes were wide open, their pupils were wide open, and their eyebrows were erected. They refused to be calmed down and look kind and merciful no matter what.
Is this also part of the ritual?
Qi Wuhuo saw the names of the Buddhas in flesh and blood that were transformed by these Buddhist disciples.
[The Buddha in the Flesh and Blood of Awakening], [The Buddha in the Flesh and Blood of Awakening], they are all like this at first glance.
Just at this moment, Qi Wuhuo heard the conversation between two Buddhist disciples, who seemed to be asking why that group of people were still alive?
A novice monk asked, "Aren't they the traitors?"
"The Buddha's teachings are so vast that I can even donate my body to them, but they can't see through it..."
"Humph, it's only because the Bodhisattvas are busy chanting Buddhist teachings, otherwise, how could they have waited until now?"
"But it will be soon. We just need to wait until the Bodhisattvas are free..."
"Yeah, almost there!"
Qi Wuhuo swept his eyes across the two monks, then took a deep look at the Buddha statue, sighed, and bowed deeply. The anger in his heart had turned into murderous intent. Perhaps it was because this body was made of the most bloody and brave essence and blood, or perhaps it was because his magic weapon was the Double Blood Sword, the young Taoist seemed to be more easily enraged and more likely to kill than before.
He turned around and transformed into a beam of light, heading in the opposite direction from which the two monks came. After bypassing several checkpoints, he indeed heard the sound of sobbing. Looking around, he saw a large monk's room with hundreds of people inside. There was also a clear Buddha light flowing, which formed a barrier to protect the people inside.
"This is……"
Qi Wuhuo glanced around and saw the panic-stricken looks of the people inside, and then found a skinny old monk.
The old monk also seemed to sense something. He slowly raised his head and saw the young Taoist. His eyes, which had been squinting, suddenly widened. In an instant, Qi Wuhuo had directly entered the Buddha's light. These people had been trapped here for months, without seeing the sun, and had no idea of the changes outside. They had already been like frightened birds. When they saw the Taoist appear, they were frightened for a moment.
But since they were able to survive until now, they were not fools. At this moment, they subconsciously covered their mouths and did not make any sound.
Then they all fell silent, moved to the sides, and made way for the old monk.
The old monk looked at the Taoist in front of him and smiled with difficulty, his eyes full of hope and joy, and said:
"Amitabha, Amitabha, you are here, layman..."
Qi Wuhuo looked at the cramped environment here, as well as these skinny, listless people, and said in a deep voice, "What happened?"
The old monk reluctantly made a seal and used his telepathy to reverse the fate, allowing Qi Wuhuo to understand the situation and reasons of these people in a short period of time.
The young Taoist's expression darkened.
When they began to collude with Li Hui's father, or even earlier, a part of the Buddhist sect had already begun to prepare a way out. After all, humanity was flourishing, and with such good fortune sweeping down, no one could ensure that Buddhism would be successful. So they began to prepare ritual instruments and everything else needed for the rituals, and these people all had some special physiques.
Perhaps they were disciples who were plundered, or believers who were bewitched.
And the assistance of the previous emperor.
Some people are weeping:
"We thought we were just chanting and praying here, but we never expected it to be like this..."
"I want to go home and find my parents..."
Another man said: "At the beginning, these monks just said that we had a connection and were quite nice to us. But about a few months ago, things suddenly changed. They started taking some people away and never came back. When we questioned them, they just said that these people had returned to their hometowns."
"We believed it at first, but as it happened more and more, we became more and more suspicious."
"Finally, we learned the truth."
"There was a conflict inside the temple..."
Not all people are good, and not all people are evil.
Just like yin and yang, all things are difficult to be one. There are monks who are so fanatical about pursuing the power and status of Buddha, and there are also monks who seek the solitude and Dharma lineage of Buddha. Eventually, conflicts broke out. Those monks who practiced Buddhism protected the people, but were ambushed. After several battles, they were unable to break out in the end. They had to stay here, relying on some dry food and the old monk's magic to survive.
The old monk said softly:
"We have disciples and fellow practitioners who have been rushing out to break through and report the news, but they have not been able to come back."
"My opponents, disciples, and grand disciples all rushed out like this and never came back."
"Last time, we discovered that Guanyin Bodhisattva seemed to have appeared. We thought there was hope, and the last monks except me rushed out. But Guanyin Bodhisattva and his companions never came back. But I believe that they can definitely rush out."
The old monk widened his eyes, looked at Qi Wuhuo, and said with humble expectations:
"Sure enough, Juezhong, Juehui and the others should have rushed out to tell you the news."
Awareness, wisdom!
Qi Wuhuo instantly thought of those rows of Buddhas transformed into flesh and blood by Buddhist disciples. His body stiffened slightly, and he suddenly understood where these monks who kept their eyes wide open and showed boundless anger until their death came from. They fought to protect the people, and then in pursuit of the faint hope, they rushed to the Lanke Temple where the Bodhisattva was sitting.
He then died at the hands of fellow Buddhist monks.
The young Taoist looked at the old monk in front of him and asked, "Who are those two of you..."
The old monk said, "I am your last disciple."
Qi Wuhuo was speechless, and then he answered solemnly: "They have already informed me of the news."
"Really? Really..."
The wrinkles on the old monk's face relaxed, and he whispered, "Great, they finally succeeded in passing the message... The people here are finally saved."
"Thank you, sir. Thank you, sir!"
The old monk staggered to his feet, put his hands together, bowed to the young Taoist, and then suddenly fell forward.
Qi Wuhuo immediately supported the monk, and the old monk's hands trembled unconsciously.
The Taoist saw wounds on his fingers and wrists, his pupils contracted, and then he swept his eyes around the old monk and saw many young babies around him. Their mothers had died, and they would have died due to lack of nourishment, but now they were in good spirits, with traces of dried blood at the corners of their mouths, and those traces were even golden.
"It's your blood..."
Qi Wuhuo understood instantly.
The old monk had been maintaining the barrier and feeding these children with his own blood, which contained strong vitality. This had been going on for nearly a year, and his energy had long been exhausted. He grabbed Qi Wuhuo's sleeve, his body trembling, and he seemed to be still breathing. It seemed that he had not said the last words. The old monk's face was already in tears, and he said, "Please, layman."
"Exorcist..."
He grasped Qi Wuhuo's hand. For some reason, that old, veiny hand still had such great strength. The young Taoist nodded slowly in silence. The old monk seemed to want to smile, but the light in his eyes had already gone out. His hand slowly loosened and fell to the ground.
If it weren't for the glimmer of hope among his disciples, he would have died long ago.
Qi Wuhuo slowly looked at the monk, slowly bowed, held his hand, closed his eyes, and chanted softly:
"All conditioned phenomena are like dreams, illusions, bubbles, and shadows; like dew and lightning, they should be viewed in this way."
His voice was calm, but accompanied by the suppressed crying around him, there was always a sense of sadness. The children who were raised by the old monk with his own blood did not know that the old monk was dead. They lay around the monk, and one of them lay in his arms. The child turned over and lay down, looking at the old monk's drooping head and lifeless eyes, and laughed.
Still innocent, she patted his arm and said affectionately, "Play with me!"
One is dead, one is reborn, one has his eyes closed, one has his eyes raised.
An old monk and a naughty boy.
The young Taoist remained silent. At this time, the monks outside discovered that the Buddha's light was about to go out. They all shouted and laughed: "Haha, the old monk is dead!"
"Ha, you've abandoned the Dharma, you bald thief!"
"Good death!"
"This is the hell of endless suffering!"
Along with these shouts, dozens of monks rushed in. The Taoist turned slightly, his sleeves rolled up, and the compassion in his eyes disappeared in an instant, turning into violent murderous intent.
Make a fist and take a step.
Throw a punch forward!
The fist tip circulated the energy, sweeping up the raging waves. The monks' pavilion in front was completely broken, and there was a harsh noise, which disappeared in an instant!
Return to purity!
The people behind them became nervous and stood up suddenly. They were stunned and looked at the young Taoist's back in disbelief for a moment. There was smoke and dust billowing in front of them. The Taoist's sleeves were fluttering, and his body gradually turned transparent and dissipated. However, there were wisps of golden light that fell to the ground and formed a circle that included everyone.
The voice was calm and distant: "Stay here, don't leave."
“…Okay, okay.”
…
The Bodhisattva who presided over the formation received the message and said, "The rebellious monk who was resisting earlier is now dead. The last node of the formation will also be under our control."
"good!"
"We have to do it as soon as possible. I'm afraid Guanyin and the other four will come back again."
"Indeed."
"It is time to spread the Dharma lineage of our Buddha from now on."
"Good, good."
At this moment, the Bodhisattva suddenly felt something was wrong. The earth suddenly began to tremble. He looked surprised, stood up on the lotus platform and looked into the distance. However, his expression changed suddenly. He saw that the sky and the earth suddenly became a bloody light, infinitely vast and thick, with surging waves, exuding an endless and filthy murderous intent, occupying the sky and the earth, occupying everything.
The sea of blood rolled like a roar!
It had already submerged the surrounding mountains, and suddenly rolled over like an overwhelming force, and then—
It suddenly smashed down towards the Nalanda Temple!
Shaking violently!
The infinite, pure and free Buddha light in the Nalanda Temple suddenly dimmed. Although it was immediately restored, it was still shaking violently. Several monks fell into the sea of blood, drowned in screams, and lost their lives. More than ten Bodhisattvas in the Buddhist temple all changed their expressions suddenly and asked, "Who is it?!"
"Who are you, demon? You are disturbing the peace of our Buddhist sect!"
"Buddhism?"
The young Taoist opened his eyes. What he had seen before, the various magical instruments, the Buddhas in the flesh, and the people, made him feel murderous. He clasped his hands, and the spirituality in the sea of blood gathered and turned into two swords. The sword energy was cold and murderous, but the Bodhisattvas and Arhats had not seen the Taoist yet. murderous aura, and polluting everything!
They all used their magical powers and released their magic weapons. The Buddha's light shot up into the sky and transformed into pure things like lotus flowers, in an attempt to stop it.
Buddha's light rose and turned into lotus. The Buddhas withstood the onslaught of the sea of blood. Joy reappeared in the eyes of the monks.
But the next moment, there was a sound of sword, and all the pure lotus flowers suddenly collapsed from the middle, and then slowly dissipated. The heads of the Buddhas fell and smashed into the sea of blood, splashing waves, and slowly sank. They were filthy and terrifying, and soon disappeared, turning into specks of light.
Only the Dharma images of the Lotus Buddhas are annihilated and reversed, sinking into a sea of blood.
A cold and indifferent voice came along with the sword light, word by word:
"The way of thousands of years, the calamity of eternity, the three thousand common people, this way is mine."
"The heavy sword cuts the soul, cuts off the karma and sins."
