On the other side, far away from Lin Ke.
Jerusalem, the capital of the Hebrew Empire.
Under the gray-white stone wall, a few tenaciously growing wild grasses are swaying in the wind.
Opposite the stone wall is a huge stone tablet engraved with Hebrew.
The Hebrew people wore plain robes with blue tassels tied around their waists as a symbol of piety.
Most of them wore white turbans on their heads and held sheepskin scrolls in their hands.
That's them humming passages from the Torah.
"Hear, our God, our only Lord."
"Praise you, our God, King of the universe."
"You shall love your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength..."
As they recited, some people would stop and place their hands on the six-pointed star pendant on their chest.
After closing my eyes and praying silently, I continued to move forward.
On both sides of the street outside the palace, Hebrew people in long robes knelt on the ground, holding burning incense in their hands and praying non-stop.
The exterior walls here are inlaid with many golden reliefs.
On it, the majestic images of the twelve Hebrew gods are depicted.
In front of the main entrance of the palace, twelve huge stone pillars reach into the sky, and each of them is carved with the image of a god.
Darkness, heaven, fire, storm...
At the highest point of the palace, there was a purple flag with a golden six-pointed star fluttering in the wind.
It symbolizes the supreme authority of the Hebrew Empire.
Inside the palace, the Supreme Ruler King Kzobelia was sitting on the throne.
He wore a golden crown inlaid with jewels and a dark purple robe.
The edge of the robe was embroidered with dense Hebrew words, which meant "great and eternal".
Below the throne, the Hebrew generals and ministers stood on both sides, wearing gorgeous armor or robes and with serious expressions.
Whenever Kzoberia's eyes swept over them, everyone would lower their heads and put their right hands on their chests, performing the most solemn etiquette.
A general in silver armor stepped forward and said respectfully, "Your Majesty the Supreme King."
"The demon summoned by Holy Egypt killed one of our gods on the battlefield."
"Today, only eleven of the twelve Hebrew gods remain."
"In addition, the Dark God's arm was cut off. The messenger reported that it would take the Dark God about a month to fully recover."
Kzobelia had no expression on his face, and just tapped the armrests of the throne with his fingers.
He didn't say anything, which made the ministers and generals below feel even more frightened, and they even lowered their breathing.
Another minister in a black robe stepped forward slowly and said, "Your Majesty, we have also observed that the Greek Federation has taken action."
"However, judging from the current situation, their main target is not our Hebrew Empire."
"We have observed that Sparta has sent out an elite team of approximately three hundred people, including an envoy who summoned the god of war Ares."
After the minister finished speaking, the palace remained silent.
Everyone's eyes were focused on Kzobelia.
There was still no expression on his face, but it made the atmosphere in the palace even more solemn.
Suddenly, Kzobelia's eyes turned to a general standing in the corner.
The general was wearing black armor and had a hideous scar on his face.
His body trembled slightly, as if he had a premonition of something.
Kzobelia's voice was flat, yet suffocating: "Hazard."
"How do you explain the demons and the witches' society's defection?"
Azar's face turned pale in an instant. He fell to his knees, his voice becoming unclear: "Your Majesty the Supreme King, I... I..."
Kzobelia slowly stood up and walked down from the throne.
He walked up to Azar and looked down at him: "You didn't give the devil enough souls, which led to the devil's defection."
"Yes, or no?"
Azar's forehead was covered with cold sweat, and his voice became more desperate: "Your Majesty, I, I tried my best!"
"We have sacrificed hundreds of people, more than ever before!"
Kzobelia did not react when he heard his words. He just slowly raised his hand and gently stroked Azar's cheek with his fingertips.
The action seemed gentle, but it caused Hazard's body to tremble violently.
Kzobelia still had no expression on his face: "Oh? Try your best?"
"So what you mean by doing your best is to make the Hebrews lose a god?"
Azar's body trembled more violently, and his voice began to become frantic: "Your Majesty the Supreme King! Spare me! Spare me!"
Kzobelia didn't say anything more, but turned and walked back to the throne: "Drag him away."
Two guards in black armor stepped forward and dragged Azar out of the palace.
"Your Majesty the Supreme King! Your Majesty the Supreme King..."
Azar's screams echoed through the palace and eventually faded into the distance.
Kzobelia sat back on the throne and glanced at everyone again, as if he had just stepped on an ant and said, "Now, the Greek city-state wants to intervene because of the devil's affairs. This is a good thing."
"I think now is the perfect time to use Ahura Mazda the Supreme."
"If any of you have any suggestions, please come forward."
A great commander in golden armor stepped forward. He was missing a finger on his right hand, but his eyes were sharp. “Your Majesty, I suggest not using the power of the Supreme God Ahura Mazda for the time being.”
"If we use the power of the Supreme God now, we will not be able to defend ourselves against the attack of the Supreme God of the Greek city-state."
