Chapter 25 How come 0.0001 drops of blood were lost!

After the Atlantis messenger left, Lin Ke kept an eye on the icon on the civilization panel that marked the location of Master Heka, monitoring their movements at all times.

The small dots of light on the screen represent the escort teams, and their movement paths are clearly visible in the panel.

After a little thought, Lin Ke dispatched the [Scout] to their route.

[Scouts] have already explored some of the surrounding areas and found signs of Hebrew soldiers being stationed or occupied in many places.

He has a broader vision, so it is most appropriate for him to explore the route for the messenger of God.

Lin Ke can also adjust the route in time according to the situation discovered by the [Scout], so as to avoid the risk of encountering the enemy to the greatest extent.

[Scout] received Lin Ke's order and moved quickly. The fog gradually dissipated wherever it went, revealing a wider field of vision.

Soon, Lin Ke found some scattered enemy icons on the panel, slowly approaching the direction of [Master Heka].

He frowned slightly at first, but soon looked relaxed again.

"But it's just a small group of enemies, nothing to be afraid of."

The number of enemies is small and they are scattered, so they will not pose a threat to Master Heka and the God's Messenger in the short term.

He immediately checked the nearby terrain and other possible routes.

He soon realized that if he changed direction he would have to pass through an area that was already firmly occupied by the Hebrews.

Although it is the closest place, the risk of being surrounded is increased because the enemies are too densely concentrated.

Lin Ke frowned and made some operations on the panel, slightly adjusting the route of the [Scout] so that he could continue to scout around the main road to ensure that there were no other potential, more threatening factors.

So he continued to operate and let the [Masters of Heka] continue to move forward along the original route.

The command took effect, and the icon on the panel continued to move steadily towards the destination.

Lin Ke did not relax his vigilance, his eyes were still fixed on the [Master Heka] and [Scout] who were gradually walking away in the civilization panel.

The situation on the regional plots changes rapidly, and he must ensure that every detail is under his control.

On the other side, the Atlantis messenger was on his way back.

During the long journey, the messenger of Atlantis stopped to rest.

He took out from his bag the dry food and water that the Holy Pharaoh had ordered his men to prepare for him.

Several slices of dough were neatly wrapped in a layer of coarse cloth. Although the texture was simple, a closer look revealed that they were carefully baked and had a faint wheat aroma.

The clear spring water in the water bag is icy cold. Just take a sip and you can feel the sweet breath from the source of the Nile River.

He tore off a small piece of bread and chewed it carefully. Although he said nothing, his slight nod revealed his secret gratitude.

"Holy Egypt has just experienced war, and yet it prepared such good food for me...If I have the chance to come again, I will definitely bring some fine pearl jewelry to present to His Majesty the Holy Pharaoh."

It was not his first time traveling in a foreign country, but these simple foods did not bring him a rough feeling of fullness, but a sense of respect that was treated with caution.

He could even imagine from the aroma of the bread how the Egyptians carefully prepared these dry foods with limited resources.

The messenger of God held up a piece of bread while chewing.

"Are you all hungry? Come on, everyone, let's eat together! Eat!"

Seeing that the five [Masters of Heka] did not respond, he thought it was due to the language barrier and the other party did not understand what he meant.

But even after he gestured and raised his voice, these [Heka Masters] still did not respond.

"How strange."

Not long after, the messenger of God vaguely saw several figures swaying in the distance through the mist of yellow sand.

He immediately became alert and stared in that direction.

"Could it be...an enemy?"

He subconsciously slowed down his pace, keeping his eyes on the blurry shadows in front of him. His fingers touched the weapon at his waist but he hesitated and did not draw it.

His steps were slightly more silent than before, each step was placed on the thicker areas of the sand, trying not to make any noise, but his shoulders began to tense up.

"Let's go quickly. We can't be discovered by them."

The messenger of God whispered, his eyes still not leaving the distance.

He subconsciously waved his hand to signal the [Masters Heka] to speed up, but the [Masters Heka] remained calm and steady.

But he caught a glimpse of a black spot in the distance that was rapidly enlarging, and a fuzzy outline gradually emerged, and even the rhythm of the horse's hooves stepping on the sand became clearer.

The cavalrymen galloped on their horses, raising the desert dust with every leap, their iron armor gleaming coldly in the sun, their horses' manes flying in the wind, and their spears and shields held high.

"Oh no! It's the Hebrew cavalry!"

The messenger glanced back at Master Heka and found that the expressions on their faces had not changed at all.

"Run! There are only five of us!"

"Hurry up! We can't win!"

But he could no longer remain calm. His pace quickened involuntarily, almost running. The distance of the sand dunes ahead seemed to extend infinitely, as if he could never reach the place he saw.

"They're coming for us! Did you hear me?"

"Run! Run!"

The messenger of God spoke loudly, his tone rising.

His steps became faster and more flustered, and he even staggered a few times.

But the Heka Masters did not speed up and still maintained a steady pace.
