Chapter 885: The Emperor's Appearance

When the battle flag of the New Hebrew Empire was hoisted on the walls of Hebron, the outcome of the battle was clear.

The army of the New Hebrew Empire poured into the city like a tide, and wherever it went, the defenders were defeated.

Even Elisha joined the killing spree.

He had no armor, just a weapon and rushed to the front.

Of course, his fighting skills were not superb, but under the protection of the Five Messengers of Light, he quickly led his troops to the heart of the enemy camp.

Not far away, Lin Ke, Nan Tong, Succubus and Ramses watched quietly.

They had witnessed the fall and liberation of the city, but they did not celebrate at this moment. What they felt more was the emotion of the young man's growth.

"Your Majesty the Holy Pharaoh, look at what he looks like now."

Nan Tong spoke softly.

"I still remember when you saved Elisha, he was just a young boy who knew nothing."

"But in just a short period of time, he has become like this."

"Your Majesty, Holy Pharaoh, you have a very discerning eye. You can actually see that Elisha is a man of great potential."

Lin Ke nodded and looked at the slightly smaller but brave figure charging on the battlefield.

"He has a heart of gold, and that's what matters most."

"In this day and age, this is a rare and precious person, one that you can only find once in a while."

"Of course, this is also thanks to David. He has trained an excellent successor."

“What a pity.”

When Nan Tong heard this, he also took a deep breath.

"Yes, Your Majesty the Holy Pharaoh, it would be great if he were still alive."

“However, Elisha witnessed the tragic deaths of his family members, and later David died here.”

"This young man has endured too much pain that he shouldn't have to endure."

After hearing this, Lin Ke just said calmly: "But it is these experiences that have shaped him into who he is today."

“The path of an emperor is never easy. Those who kneel before him have once trampled on his dignity.”

"Now, the wheel of fate has finally turned back."

Nan Tong nodded and looked at Elisha's heroic figure commanding the army.

"Look, he already has some of the appearance of an emperor now."

"Once that innate temperament awakens, it will be unstoppable."

In the center of the battlefield, Elisha led an elite team into the enemy headquarters.

Arrows and magic beams flew across each other, and explosions and screams intertwined.

The young ruler Elisha, holding a long sword, moved freely in the enemy camp.

Every sword he swung hit the target accurately.

Of course, behind Elisha is the Light Messenger. Whoever Elisha's sword hits, powerful magic will rush towards him.

"Your Highness the King of Domination! Over there!"

A soldier pointed to the back of the hall: "The enemy leader is there!"

Elisha rushed in without saying a word.

The soldiers broke down the door and entered Hebron's meeting hall.

Inside the hall, several people were huddled in a corner, staring in horror at the soldiers rushing in.

"They're coming in!"

Elisha swung his sword forward without hesitation, blocking their retreat: "No one can leave here!"

A dozen guards in the hall quickly gathered and tried to stop the invaders, but they were immediately bounced off by the magic barrier of the Five Messengers of Light.

At this time, Elisha pointed directly at the two men in front of him.

A middle-aged man who looked like a scribe. Obviously, he was the one who wanted to create the Hyberian Empire.

The other was a burly man with scars all over his face, and his waist was full of weapons of various sizes.

"You are the leaders who command the armed men, right?"

"Let me introduce myself. I am Elisha, the ruler of the New Hebrew Empire."

When the scribe heard this, his face turned pale and his body trembled uncontrollably.

"The Ruler King? The Ruler King?!"

"The ruler of the New Hebrew Empire?"

"No! The New Hebrew Empire doesn't have a ruling king!"

At this time, the five angels of light behind Elisha took a step forward.

"How dare you disrespect His Majesty the Supreme King!"

The scribe stepped back in horror, knocking over the chair behind him.

"Misunderstanding! This is all a misunderstanding!"

"My lord, this is all... this is all their fault!"

After saying that, he pointed at the scarred man beside him.

But the scarred man's reaction to Elisha was completely different. Not only did he not show any fear, but he burst into laughter.

"Boy, don't think you're so great just because you brought a few magicians with you."

"I've been on the battlefield for thirty years. What kind of opponents have I not seen?"

He waved his hand suddenly, and more than a dozen archers who were lying in ambush around him appeared at the same time, drew their bows and arrows, and aimed at Elisha and his group.

"Drop your weapons!"

A great wizard who protects the country shouted sternly.

The big man sneered and continued, "How about we all lay down our weapons together?"

"We are just mercenaries. There is no need for us to fight to the death here."

Elisha's gaze then turned to a corner of the hall, where a dozen disheveled women were huddled together.

They were of different ages, but all had terrified expressions on their faces and their bodies were covered with scars.

One of the girls looked up and saw Elisha, her eyes widened and she covered her mouth in disbelief.

Elisha recognized her; she was the girl who had been taken away by the armed men in the stone chamber.

It was because Elisha stepped forward and stopped the enemy's atrocities that he was beaten all over his body.

When Elisha saw them, his anger instantly rose.

"You beasts!"

He raised his sword and was about to order an attack, but saw the scribe hurriedly kneeling down and begging for mercy.

"Your Highness, please calm down! This is all that barbarian's idea! I'm just a scholar, I know nothing!"

"Please let us go!"

The scribe kowtowed repeatedly, blood streaming down his forehead. "We are willing to give away all our wealth, just spare our lives!"

When Elisha heard this, he became even more angry.

"Your property? Isn't that the property of the people of Hebron?"

"How shameless!"

In comparison, the scarred man appeared unusually tough.

He slowly drew the scimitar from his waist and said, "Boy, the magicians behind me are useless to me."

"Since you are the real master of this city now, how about we work together?"

"If you kill me, you will be at odds with the mercenary group."

“Although the New Hebrew Empire inherited part of the Hebrew Empire, it is completely incomparable to the Hebrew Empire.”

"I hope you'll think about this carefully."

Elisha didn't say anything, just stared at the other person, then looked at the women in the corner.

"You said that magic is useless to you?"

"Where is the Grand Mage Protecting the Nation?"

"Shoot one of his arms off!"

The scarred man suddenly widened his eyes and saw a bright light rushing towards him.
