Chapter 8 The Consequences of Not Listening to the Elderly
Team leader Wang is a bald man in his forties with white eyes and high cheekbones. He looks difficult to get along with. The way he puts his hands behind his back and looks people up and down makes people feel inexplicably irritated.
Suppressing the discomfort in her heart, Dai Qing nodded slightly and greeted him.
It is better to offend a gentleman than to offend a villain.
Team leader Wang hummed calmly and called Wei Hong over.
"Yes, I'll give you an apprentice. Take good care of him and help him become a master as soon as possible."
Wei Hong, wearing a mask, nodded and laughed loudly, "It's a good thing to have an apprentice to help me with work."
The machines in the workshop are noisy, and all the workers have voices much louder than the average person.
"Master Wei, my name is Dai Qing. I hope you can give me your guidance in the future."
"It's nothing. As long as you study hard, you will be able to get the hang of it soon." Wei Hong waved her hands, not caring much. She had the same personality as in her previous life, carefree.
"The carding machines in our workshop are divided into three groups. Group one is mainly for pure cotton, group two is mainly for acrylic and rayon, and group three is mainly for long-staple cotton. The machines are all the same. You should learn from Master Wei first. She was a model last year. You will be assigned a position after you have graduated."
"Thank you, Accountant Cui. I will work hard."
Although I had learned how to block cars in my previous life, after so many years, I still had to get familiar with it.
As an apprentice, her salary was cut in half, and she knew that her salary would increase when she could stop cars independently, so she didn't ask any more questions.
These car blockers work in three shifts: two day shifts, two afternoon shifts, two night shifts, and then two days off, and so on.
Following Master Wei to the post, she still started the introduction from the chassis of the cotton carding machine. The buttons on it were differentiated by colors. The red button was the on/off button, the yellow one was the slowdown/pause button, and the green one was the shortcut button.
After getting familiar with the buttons, the next step is cleaning, which means cleaning the machines.
The most common thing in cotton textile factories is cotton fibers and impurities floating in the air. They have to be cleaned every half an hour. If they are too dirty, the technicians on patrol will find out and deduct money from the workers.
With a brush and a rag in her hands, she began her apprenticeship.
Wei Hong saw that she was doing it very well, smiled at her, and went to block the car, coming over from time to time to see what she was doing.
At lunch time, turn off the computer.
Wei Hong used a sponge to wipe the cotton fibers on her body.
"Do you bring lunch?"
"No, today is my first day of reporting, and I haven't prepared anything yet. I'm going to check out the cafeteria."
"Hurry up, if you go too late there will be too many people, and a little girl like you won't be able to squeeze to the front."
Dai Qing nodded without delay. There were thousands of people in the factory, but only two canteens, one halal canteen and one for the general public.
Although some people brought their own meals from home and only a very small number ate in the cafeteria, there were still quite a few people there.
To get from the workshop to the cafeteria, she had to walk through the corridor on the first floor of the office building. After she took a few steps, she saw a group of people running past her in a hurry. They were wearing the uniform dark blue uniforms of the security department.
"Quick, go to the north gate for defense. Those bastards from the Textile World dared to provoke us at the gate of our factory and delay our shipment. They even dared to hit Brother Hao. Do you think I will kill them?"
"I heard that Brother Hao was injured. Is that true?"
"The other party had a weapon in his hand. Brother Hao was stabbed in the arm and has gone to the hospital..."
Watching those people walking further and further away, Dai Qing pursed her lips. She was a typical example of someone who didn't listen to old people and suffered the consequences. She could only say that it was her destiny!
