Su Yan stretched and slowly opened his eyes. The bright sunlight outside the window shone on his face, making him feel warm.
He sat up, rubbed his eyes, and after adjusting to the light, he looked towards the bed, his lips curled up slightly, revealing a faint smile. It turned out that lying beside the bed was Anduin's sister.
Last night, Su Yan successfully cured their stubborn attitude. They were originally determined to avenge Anduin, but now they all said that Anduin's death was a good thing.
Su Yan stood up gently, tidied his clothes, and then walked out of the room.
Although Anduin's problem has been resolved, the situation in Stormwind remains complex and changeable, with various forces intertwined and difficult to handle.
Su Yan knew very well that in order to completely solve these problems, more efforts and time would be needed.
However, Su Yan was not discouraged. He understood that even if he couldn't take down Stormwind City with a single blow, he still had enough power to face the challenge ahead. Within this city, there were many different factions, one of which was the Paladin Order.
This team has a high opinion of themselves and considers themselves righteous. They claim that they will use the energy they possess to dispel the forces of evil, and thus have won the support and support of many people.
But in fact, these people are just using the name of justice to make money and will do anything to pursue their personal interests.
For them, money comes first and nothing else matters.
Su Yan's rampage in the palace swept across Stormwind City like a storm, quickly attracting the attention of various factions. People speculated about the identity of this mysterious outsider and the forces he represented.
In this Game of Thrones, the most eye-catching group is undoubtedly the Church of Light composed of paladins.
The Church of Light is famous for its powerful power of holy light. Not only can they fight, they also often use the power of holy light to heal the people, and are deeply loved and trusted by the people.
If anyone wanted to compete for the next throne, Uther, the leader of the Church of Light, would be the most likely candidate.
He is known as the "Messenger of Light", a title that symbolizes his lofty status in the Church of Light.
He assisted the Archbishop in establishing the Knights of the Silver Hand and created many legendary stories in it.
Uther had long been aware of what had happened in the palace, but he did not act rashly. As an experienced leader, he understood the importance of caution. He chose to wait and see, waiting for the right moment.
He knew that at this critical moment, any wrong step could lead to irreversible consequences.
Therefore, he decided to remain calm and observe the movements of other forces in order to make wise decisions.
Uther strode down the street, filled with questions and worries. He decided to personally investigate what had happened in the palace to determine if the goblins were behind it.
However, the intelligence only mentioned goblins, but did not specify the number, which troubled him greatly. If the number was small, it meant that the goblins might be very powerful, and he would have to act with caution, or even reassess his own strength before dealing with them.
When Uther reached a street corner, he suddenly stopped. He looked around and saw that there were almost no vendors around. Most people chose to take shelter in their homes. Only a few fearless people dared to go out to earn money, because their families had no money and if they didn't work, they would starve.
At that moment, Uther was surprised to see a goblin in a black robe appear before him. Its figure seemed strange and eerie, emanating a mysterious aura. Why would a goblin be here? And why would it be so bold to act alone? This series of questions left Uther deeply puzzled.
Meanwhile, Su Yan noticed Uther's arrival. Judging from his attire and appearance, he was a Paladin from the Church of Light. Su Yan wondered, "What's this guy doing here? Has he sensed my presence?" He stared at Uther, trying to find clues in his expression and movements.
"Hahaha! It's a Paladin! Perfect! I'm having a blast killing people today! Why don't you commit suicide?" Su Yan suddenly stared at Uther and spoke, a hint of an arrogant smile on his lips. His eyes flashed with teasing and provocation, as if he was mocking the powerful opponent before him.
Uther held a heavy hammer in his hand, emitting a faint golden glow, as if divine power flowed through it. His face was solemn, and a firm determination flashed in his eyes: "Who will live and who will die is still uncertain!" Uther made a quick decision and swung the hammer at Su Yan. A brilliant holy light instantly enveloped the entire battlefield.
Holy light shone, as dazzling as the sun, blinding the eyes. With a resounding bang, the hammer smashed into the ground like a meteor, triggering a deafening explosion. The earth trembled, smoke and dust filled the air, and terrifying energy waves swept over.
Su Yan felt immense pressure, but he didn't flinch. He quickly swung the Ten Directions Sword in his hand, trying to block the blow. The sword and hammer collided with a crisp clashing sound, sending sparks flying.
However, Uther didn't stop attacking. He continuously unleashed his skills, sending rays of holy light raining down on Su Yan. Although these attacks caused limited damage to Su Yan, they successfully stopped him from getting any closer.
Uther knew that his strength was far inferior to Su Yan's, but he was not afraid and decided to buy time with a tenacious resistance. He firmly believed that as long as he could hold on, he would find an opportunity to fight back.
