Su Yan's gaze was as sharp as a torch, as he stared intently ahead. He saw a massive black dragon slowly emerge. He could clearly sense the terrifying aura emanating from it, a presence unlike any other black dragon he had encountered before. Particularly striking was the dark red glow shimmering around it, like a burning flame, making it appear even more terrifying and ferocious.
The black dragon stood there quietly, as if it had become one with the earth, an inseparable part of the land. For a moment, even Su Yan himself couldn't help but wonder if he was just hallucinating from excessive tension, but he quickly dismissed the idea—this black dragon was indeed extraordinary.
Without hesitation, Su Yan quickly unleashed his unique skill, "Clairvoyance," in an attempt to gather more information about the mysterious black dragon. However, he ultimately only learned its name—Deathwing! At that moment, Deathwing suddenly opened its maw and let out a deep, heart-shaking roar. With a gentle flap of its massive wings, several powerful tornadoes instantly erupted, roaring towards Su Yan at astonishing speed.
Facing such a fierce attack, Su Yan showed no fear. He held the Ten Directions Sword firmly in his hand and, in a flash, he descended rapidly forward. As he approached the tornadoes, he swung the Ten Directions Sword fiercely. A flash of sword light, imbued with the power of a mighty gale, suddenly slashed out, slicing directly at one of the tornadoes. Instantly, a resounding, earth-shattering roar echoed, and the tornado struck by the sword light instantly shattered, dissipating into countless fragments that dissipated into the air.
You must know that the Ten Directions Sword in Su Yan's hand is a peerless divine weapon, its gale-force power unrivaled in the wind attribute. Unless the opponent possesses divine-like power, it is impossible to suppress him in the wind attribute. At this moment, Su Yan stared at Deathwing, his eyes firm and full of fighting spirit. He swung the Ten Directions Sword once more, preparing for the more intense battle to come...
In an instant, the howling wind formed into a series of fierce vortexes, like a roaring beast, madly sweeping towards its target with overwhelming force. And the target locked by the wind was it standing not far away.
Deathwing's massive, ferocious head slowly turned, its cold gaze finally resting on Su Yan. Initially, this powerful being didn't take the seemingly weak human seriously. After all, in its long lifespan, it had encountered countless such tiny creatures. However, something unexpected occurred. Facing its devastating attack, Su Yan showed no concern, even effortlessly deflecting it. Even more astonishing, Su Yan not only easily withstood the attack, but also unleashed an even more powerful, surging elemental force from his hands, striking back at it.
Seeing this, Deathwing spread his wings in anger, let out a deafening roar, and then flew towards Su Yan like a flash of black lightning. During his flight, his massive body began to rapidly transform, gradually transforming into a humanoid figure. Even so, the terrifying aura he exuded was still terrifying. He stretched out his extremely sharp claws, like two gleaming blades, and swooped down from the sky, aiming directly at Su Yan's head.
In a flash, just as Deathwing's sharp claws were about to reach Su Yan's head, Su Yan unhesitatingly raised the Ten Directions Sword and swung it with all his might. There was a resounding clang, sparks flew, and the overwhelming force of the impact seemed to rip the air apart. However, despite Su Yan's desperate resistance, Deathwing's blow was too powerful, barely causing him to pause for a moment. Then, like two meteors, the two collided fiercely, then quickly separated.
"Boom!" With a deafening roar, Deathwing's attacks rained down on Su Yan. Though now in human form, the power he displayed remained undiminished, even more terrifying and violent than when he was a black dragon. Each attack carried immense force, as if shattering the entire world.
Su Yan tightly gripped the Ten Directions Sword in his hand, his gaze determined as he fought fiercely against the terrifying Deathwing. However, with each fierce battle, he gradually realized that his own strength was so insignificant in front of Deathwing.
Each of Deathwing's attacks carried a terrifying, devastating force. The entire space seemed to tremble as its massive wings flapped. Even more terrifying, the surface of his attack was covered in a thick layer of stone chips. These chips acted like heavy shackles, making Su Yan's resistance increasingly strained. The pressure he endured also increased, as if each blow was heavier than the last.
"Boom boom boom!" Deafening crashes echoed, and the battle between Su Yan and Deathwing reached a fever pitch. But it was clear that Su Yan was gradually losing ground, a situation that had truly caught him by surprise. He had originally thought his own strength was enough to handle any formidable foe, but he had never anticipated Deathwing's immense power. This disparity left him with a bitter taste in his mouth.
"Haha, a mere goblin can actually possess such strength, that's quite impressive indeed!" Deathwing looked down at Su Yan with contempt in his eyes. "But to me, you're only here to die! Just surrender obediently, and perhaps I'll give you a quick death!"
