Chapter 289 Fierce Battle

Zoval's expression was calm and composed, but his eyes were like two sharp daggers, fixed on Su Yan, never moving away. A swirling demonic mist enveloped him like a thick black veil. Clearly, he was determined to defeat and eliminate Su Yan once and for all!

But Su Yan simply smiled indifferently at the increasingly dense black mist that gradually gathered around him, not showing even the slightest fear. In his eyes, the terrifying mist seemed to be nothing more than a passing cloud, completely unworthy of mention.

At this moment, Zoval was suddenly shocked! It turned out that Su Yan's figure had disappeared out of thin air again without anyone noticing! "What! How on earth did this guy do it!" Zoval couldn't help but exclaimed in shock.

Su Yan narrowed his eyes slightly, appearing behind Zoval silently like a cheetah. The Ten Directions Sword, tightly grasped in his hand, flashed with a cold light and fell with lightning speed, piercing Zoval's chest. In an instant, blood splattered everywhere, making a chilling "puff" sound!

Zoval groaned, his eyes narrowed, a ferocious expression on his face. He exerted force, tightly gripping the Ten Directions Sword that was piercing his chest. At the same time, a terrifying chain whistled out like a venomous snake, wrapping around Su Yan's head with lightning speed, as if it would twist it off at any moment.

Su Yan felt a tremendous force on his neck, which grew stronger and stronger, like a mountain pressing down on him, making it almost impossible to breathe. At this moment, Shalltear frantically shouted, "Su Yan! Come back quickly! Rushing forward like this will do no good! It's too late!" Sylvanas, standing nearby, hurriedly intervened, anxiously shouting, "Don't be impulsive! Rushing forward will only lead to your own death!"

However, Shalltear was already furious. She roared, "Are we just going to watch him die?" Before she could finish her words, Nari quickly spoke to her, "Don't worry. It's not the end yet. The outcome is still uncertain!" Hearing this, Shalltear calmed down a bit. She raised her head and gazed up into the air again. She saw Su Yan, clinging to the chain, engaging in a thrilling struggle with Zoval. Meanwhile, his entire body was enveloped by a strange green aura, making it impossible to see what was happening.

Su Yan frowned tightly, his face revealing an expression of extreme pain, as if he were enduring immense torture. Seeing this, Zoval became even more excited and arrogant. He laughed wildly, "Hahaha! Go to hell! In my hands, you won't survive! Become my slave!"

At this moment, Su Yan could clearly feel an extremely powerful aura surging towards his body like a tide, quickly enveloping him. As this aura continued to invade his body, his consciousness gradually began to blur, and his entire body was involuntarily enveloped by a layer of rich green light.

Faced with such a predicament, Su Yan narrowed his eyes with difficulty, trying to maintain the last bit of consciousness. However, in the next second, something unexpected happened - his originally shaky body suddenly disappeared without a trace.

Seeing this, Zoval was stunned for a moment, then prepared to unleash some harsh words to weaken his opponent's defenses. But before he could finish his words, he was shocked to find that Su Yan had disappeared from his sight again. "What's going on? How could this happen?" Zoval's eyes widened in disbelief, his face filled with incredulity, and he wondered if he was seeing things. But no matter what, the fact was that Su Yan had truly disappeared.

Zoval had thought he'd succeed in killing Su Yan, but he vanished like smoke, leaving him feeling incredibly frustrated and angry. He wielded the heavy chain in frustration, roaring furiously, hoping to vent his frustration and impatience. However, despite his best efforts, he couldn't find any trace of Su Yan anywhere.

Time ticked by, and there was still no news from Su Yan. Zoval stood there, his face terribly gloomy, veins bulging on his forehead. He knew in his heart that Su Yan would never die so easily, after all, he still had so many companions left at the scene. Thinking of this, Zoval gritted his teeth and cursed, "Damn it! No matter where you hide, I will find you sooner or later!"

"I'm here!" Su Yan stood still, his eyes fixed on Zoval. The corners of his mouth curled up slightly, a faint smile forming, as if everything was under control.

On the other side, Zoval roared and pounced on Su Yan like a ferocious beast. He tightly grasped the chain that emitted a cold light in his hand, swung it in the air, and then smashed it down on Su Yan's body without mercy.

However, something unexpected happened. Just as the chain was about to hit Su Yan, Zoval's body passed through Su Yan's body without any hindrance, as if Su Yan was just an illusory shadow.

"What's going on? Has this guy lost his body?" Zoval's face was filled with astonishment, his eyes widening in disbelief, his mouth wide open enough to fit an egg. He couldn't understand why his fierce attack had missed.
