"Ah!" Kael'thas suddenly lowered his head and let out a deep roar, like an enraged beast. Instantly, flames erupted from his body like a flood bursting through a dam, and he lunged straight at Su Yan with overwhelming force, seemingly determined to perish together with Su Yan.
"You actually thought you could use the power of the fire element to end my life? That's pure wishful thinking!" Su Yan's lips curled up slightly, revealing a sneer of contempt. "Do you think you can defeat me like this? You're probably overthinking it. To be honest, you've run out of tricks, and I still have plenty of cards up my sleeve!"
At this moment, Kael'thas was horrified to discover that despite his all-out attack, Su Yan's body was completely unscathed, not even a scratch left. On the other hand, his own injuries were steadily worsening and expanding. The piercing pain washed over him in waves, turning his face increasingly pale and distorted, and an expression of pain gradually spread across his face.
Faced with this situation, Su Yan showed no mercy. He once again steadily raised the gleaming Ten-Direction Sword in his hand, aimed at Kael'thas' neck, and slashed down mercilessly. The Phoenix, witnessing this scene, was instantly furious and rushed towards Su Yan like a madman, recklessly. However, it was all in vain. The Phoenix had not been able to pose any threat to Su Yan before, and now it was impossible for it to succeed.
With a crisp "puff," Su Yan's Ten Directions Sword struck Kael'thas' neck with unerring accuracy, sending blood splattering everywhere. Simultaneously, the phoenix instantly transformed into a blazing ball of flame. Seeing this, Su Yan's eyes flashed with greed. Without a second thought, he opened his mouth and swallowed the flames whole.
As the flames entered his body, Su Yan clearly felt an immensely powerful fire elemental force course through his limbs, infusing every inch of his body with a burning sensation. His inherent fire element, like a long-awaited rain after a long drought, rapidly absorbed and integrated the newly influx of energy. Gradually, Su Yan could clearly sense his own strength rising at an astonishing rate, constantly breaking through his previous realm and advancing towards a higher level.
Kael'thas fell heavily to the ground like a puppet with its strings cut. His body twitched painfully twice before finally coming to a complete stop, his life force fading without a trace.
Su Yan slowly landed on the ground, his gaze passing over the ruins to where Shalltear and the others were not far away. His steps were steady and resolute, each one carrying an invisible force. When he reached them, he said calmly, "It's all over."
As soon as the words fell, Shalltear rushed towards Su Yan as fast as lightning, her concern evident in her words: "Are you okay? Are you hurt?"
Su Yan shook his head gently and replied with a smile: "Don't worry, I'm fine. This little scene won't faze me."
At this moment, Nali pointed forward and shouted excitedly, "Look, we can leave from here!"
Su Yan looked in the direction she pointed, a hint of surprise on his face: "Can we really leave this Shadow Realm?"
Nali nodded vigorously and explained, "This place has actually been almost completely eroded and controlled by the Jailer. Now that the Jailer is dead, the entire Shadow Realm has regained its freedom. We undead now have our own world and can live a peaceful and tranquil life."
Hearing this, Su Yan nodded thoughtfully, agreeing. Since the matter had been resolved so smoothly, he didn't need to worry about it any further. He then turned to Sylvanas beside him and asked softly, "So, what about you? Have you made a decision?"
Sylvanas nodded without hesitation, and replied firmly, "Of course I will go with you! Wherever you go, I will follow you closely."
Seeing this, Shalltear smiled and interjected, "Well, she's quite useful after all. We were able to successfully defeat the enemy this time thanks to her help."
Chen Mo slowly turned his head, his eyes falling on Sylvanas' beautiful and resolute face. The corners of his mouth curled up slightly, and he said slowly, "It seems that I really need to reward you well this time."
Upon hearing this, Sylvanas quickly responded respectfully, "It is my duty to help you, Lord Goblin, resolve your problems. This is my job, and I really don't dare to ask for any reward." Her voice was crisp and pleasant, but with a hint of determination.
However, Su Yan, standing nearby, gently shook his head and said with a smile, "Rewards are always clearly defined here. Since you've made such a contribution, I will naturally give you a corresponding reward, so there's no need to refuse." He raised his head and glanced ahead, then continued, "Well, it looks like we can continue on now. Let's go back to Silvermoon City to find your sister."
Sylvanas nodded in agreement: "Okay! Everything is up to you, sir."
At that moment, the quiet atmosphere was shattered by Shalltear's exclamation. She suddenly pointed her finger forward and shouted, "Look! What the hell is that!" Everyone looked in the direction she pointed, and saw a bizarre creature suddenly emerge from the inky black rock face. It resembled a serpent, but a closer look revealed something else entirely—it lacked a head, replaced by a single, long, wriggling tentacle. At the other end, a massive mouth bulged, filled with razor-sharp teeth, a terrifying sight.
