Chapter 298 The Opportunity to Become a God

Azshara stared at Su Yan in front of her, with anger and unyielding flames burning in her eyes, and shouted loudly: "I said, I will never follow you!" Her beautiful face seemed a little distorted by anger at this moment.

However, facing Azshara's roar, Su Yan just smiled slightly, with a confident arc on the corner of his mouth, and said softly: "Haha, you can do it!" Before he finished speaking, he flashed and attacked Azshara again like a ghost.

This time, although Azshara tried her best to resist, the disparity in strength was too great, and she had no chance at all. In the blink of an eye, Su Yan had subdued her, easily taking down the once proud queen.

Seeing this, Aurelia rushed forward and shouted anxiously, "Sir, please show mercy and don't hurt the queen!" Her voice was full of concern and worry.

Su Yan nodded slightly and soothed her, "Don't worry! I still have a use for her." He grinned, revealing a row of perfectly white teeth, a smile whose meaning was difficult to fathom. Then, without hesitation, he took Azshara and left, temporarily disappearing from everyone's sight.

Alleria watched them retreat, her heart tangled. She'd initially considered chasing after them to see what was going on, but then she realized that since Su Yan had made such a promise, it surely wouldn't harm Azshara. So, she ultimately gave up the chase, silently praying that Azshara would heed Su Yan's words and lead the night elves on a path of revival, restoring their former glory.

Not long after, Su Yan returned with Azshara. Alleria was the first to notice the change in Azshara's expression, especially when she looked at Su Yan. There seemed to be something in those beautiful eyes that hadn't been there before, something hard to explain. Furthermore, even Azshara's tone had changed dramatically, no longer as forceful and deferential as before, but now with a hint of submission.

"Goblin sir, please give me your orders. No matter what they are, I will obey them without hesitation!" Azshara looked at Su Yan with reverent awe and respect, her tone unusually submissive. Alleria, watching this scene nearby, was stunned. Her eyes widened as she stared at Azshara in disbelief. Just a short while ago, Azshara had been unyielding and unyielding, yet now she seemed a completely different person, treating Su Yan with such respect and deference. She couldn't fathom what magical power Su Yan had unleashed to cause such a drastic change in Azshara's attitude. But for Alleria, it was undoubtedly a blessing! After all, their revered queen had finally returned intact.

Su Yan lowered his head slightly, scanning the numerous naga below before fixing his gaze on Azshara. He asked gravely, "Is it possible for these naga to return to their former state?" After a moment's reflection, Azshara replied, "Perhaps only with the immense power of N'Zoth can this be achieved!" Upon hearing this, Su Yan's eyes narrowed, and information about N'Zoth quickly surfaced in his mind. He knew full well that this N'Zoth was one of the five Old Gods who had previously invaded the continent. Su Yan frowned slightly and inquired again, "From what I understand, they should all be dormant, right?" Azshara nodded, her expression grave. "Yes, while they are still dormant, they have shown signs of slackening. Furthermore, N'Zoth's Faceless Legion and the Nightmare Army are extremely powerful. Confronting them will be no easy task!"

Su Yan nodded solemnly, agreeing. He knew full well that N'Zoth's pervasive, infiltrating power was immense, making it impossible to defend against it. Recalling everything he had experienced in the enigmatic Emerald Dream, he had clearly seen N'Zoth firmly in control of the situation. Fortunately, there was always a way out. After much hardship and difficulty, they finally succeeded in subduing Ysera. Now, Ysera would be freed from the erosion and influence of the dark forces and could regain control of the magical and beautiful Emerald Dream.

At this moment, Ghana was finally properly dealt with. However, to completely break free of N'Zoth's control, he must eliminate his carefully planned backdoors one by one. These hidden devices were like bombs buried underground, poised to trigger new crises at any moment. Therefore, the task ahead remained arduous, but Su Yan firmly believed that as long as everyone worked together and forged ahead, they would defeat evil and safeguard this tranquility and peace.

Su Yan slowly turned his head, his eyes like torches, looking straight at Azshara, and asked in a low and serious voice: "Do you know where the place where N'Zoth gave you the power before is?" Upon hearing this, Azshara nodded heavily without hesitation and responded: "Such an important place, of course I know!" Then, she couldn't wait to say: "My lord, please follow me, I will lead you to that mysterious place." Before she finished speaking, Azshara had already taken a step, leading the way nimbly, and Su Yan followed her steps closely.

Before long, the two of them arrived at their destination. Su Yan looked out and saw an ancient and mysterious altar before him. It looked weathered, the marks of time clearly visible. A faint, bloody scent wafted from the altar, a scent that was almost imperceptible but lingered constantly, sending a chill down his spine.
